uranium beyond the standards of the jcpoa and the nuclear deal. but in that playbook are certainly attacks on u.s. troops and u.s. facilities. now, that would get a response, a significant response from the united states, still measured on what they did, but nonetheless, a significant response. they may be at a calculation point that even that is worth it to create a larger crisis that would get the world to put their focus on it possibly affect toil prices, and as a result of that, put pressure on the united states. that's a bad calculation because the united states -- we are not going to buy into that. given everything they have done so far, what has the united states done? we increased the sanctions.

filing with the court saying we have this official investigation, a serious investigation going on. they have done nothing but harass the president with their hearings. but he did nothing according to the rules of the house and the constitution to actually go with impeachment. if you want to impeach the president, start the procedure. david: i'm wondering, you are on that committee. are you going to start a procedure to sanction your chairman for some part of this? >> you know, we may need to look into that. what happened is he sent two conflict messages. one thing we know for sure is they want to impeach the president. but they want to have it both ways. they don't want to do anything official because it's grossly and highly unpopular with the american people. david: what kind of sanction would you envision? >> i think we would say it would be a censure-type thing saying

generation -- david: even worse, she's not, apparently, understanding or has been totally ill-informed about what happened with the communist and socialist revolutions all over the world over the past hundred years, how they've led to tens of millions of people dying and how she could support anything close to that is just beyond belief. it's kind of scary. meanwhile, i want to move on. a colorado couple got the scare of a lifestyle time when they found a bear and its cub in their kitchen. what happened then? >> a rather frightening situation for this colorado couple. they heard some noises coming from the kitchen, so the husband went to check it out, and he found a giant bear and its cub in the kitchen eating a loaf of bread. so he ran back to get a bat to scare the bear, he ended up getting pretty cut up. they were able to get the bear out of the house, but he was hurt. the wife was okay. and they ended up having to -- authorities ended up euthanizing

the bear because if bears attack anyone, they will euthanize them. david: going after a bear with a baseball bat, that guy's got guts. meanwhile, they're still wondering what pluto is. it's been 13 years sense it was declassesfied as a planet, but one nas a saw chief has come out in its defense. >> yes, jim bridenstine was at a lecture in colorado, and he still believes it's a planet. a lot of us probably reading this article today thought pluto was a planet, but they downgraded it back in 2006 because it was missing one of the qualifications, and pluto's always been kind of a mystery, it's smaller than the moon. but if bridenstine says so, we're going to have to go with what he says. david: you learn something every day. stephanie, this is a new study claiming couch potatoes may have a shorter life span and, frankly, that's not much of a surprise. >> yeah. this is a new study, i think it's a reminder that we need to get up and move around. what i was reading was that people who sit around for more

than nine and a half hours a day are more likely to live a shorter life. even moderate stuff, lighthousework, like dishes and mopping -- light housework and simple things can give you a longer, happier life. today david i'm going to run are over to pop eye's or chick-fil-a for one of their sandwiches. they're trying to bury e the hatchet, right? >> yeah. so popeye's came out with this new chicken sandwich, it's all the rave. i heard about it, but apparently they sold out of their sandwiches a month in advance. it's gotten so extreme that they now have some sort of alert or app that people can sign up for so they can find out if their closest location will have a sandwich for them. david: what i love is this is real chicken, it ain't that fake stuff. stephanie, thank you very much. by the way, catch me every weeknight at 5 p.m. eastern
