bring a vote to stop the reprogramming of pentagon funds to build the border wall. your take on the democrats here. >> the democrats tried to stop him already. the authority the president used to access this funding was given to him by congress. it's a completely legal move. liz: lincoln v vigil says he can do it. it's reprogramming existing pentagon funds that were headed for the border for construction projects there. i know they took money away from pork. but we have done the research. gao says he can do it. >> i believe he can do it under the national emergencies act. he needs to do it. the american people want a secure border. when i was at the border we made action plans.

administration who were insubordinate and all the issue us you discussed. -- issues you discussed. the judiciary committee is focusing on being political. elizabeth: do others agree with you on the committee saying yeah this is wrong? >> i don't hear any other democrats. chairman nadler shut down congressman jordan quickly. no one spoke up. i think the american people are owed to hear from the ig who investigated comey, who is so involved in all the investigations. the american people deserve to hear from him. elizabeth: democrats on your committee going to vote on thursday about procedures for impeachment, where do you come down on that, quickly? >> yeah, it's what they've been trying to do for the last eight months. they don't care what the americans really care about, like securing our border that care about impeaching the president and they will do
