trish: criminal charges against andrew mccabe. a up much attorney recommending that the doj move forward with an dime of andrew mccabe for misleading investigators. you may recall the i.g. report says mccabe improperly authorized a leak to the "wall street journal" about the clinton foundation. when fbi agents confront mr. mccabe about the leak the i.g. report says mr. mccabe lacked candor. is that enough to land him in jail in joining me now, a trial attorney who says yes, lacking candor can get you into a lot of trouble. >> lacking candor is lying and misleading.
