for the fight over funding, border security earlier today, the house joins the senate to block trump declaration to reprogram funds for the border. >> this has been a big fight the senate voted this week to terminate the declaration of the national emergency. the same thing happened in march. today the house followed the suit of the senate. they voted 236 -- 174. the national emergency will stay in place.
