[♪] david lou: good evening, everybody, this is war, so declared president trump after the radical dems and speaker pelosi pretended to launch an impeachment inquiry. the effort has been under way for a long time. the effort to remove president trump from office began three years ago and has become the worst political scandal in this nation's history. still the radical dimms obstruction rages. despite three years of investigation and a special counsel that found no evidence of russian collusion and vindicated the president.
1:01 am
driven by hate and lust for power, the left seems to be declaring they will hold a fast-paced impeachment hearing of the president. the only crimes are those of the radical dimms and the deep state, it appears. that also is the case in their so-called inquiry. what crime do they claim the president committed? not a single citation of a law broken, a statute violated. only their breathless praying of fantastical reasons they cite to remove the president. as lawmakers leave washington for a two-week recess in the midst of high dram al and dunn -- high drama schiff says he will stay behind.
1:02 am
schiff already joining with the heads of foreign affairs and oversight committees to subpoena secretary of state mike pompeo seeking documents related to ukraine. all this as president trump tears into the party of hate defending his call with the ukrainian president, demanding at the same time the resignation of adam schiff. president trump released a new campaign ad targeting the corruption of the former vice president joe biden. >> promised ukraine a billion dollars if they fired the prosecutor investigating his son's company. >> if the prosecutor isn't fired, you are not getting the money. on of a [bleep] he got fired. >> the democrats want to impeach the president and their media lap dogs fall in line. they lost the election. now they want to steal this one. don't let them.

lou: nearly 300 former national security officials signed a letter, that letter calls president trump's actions a proked found national security concern. perhaps that would be impressive were the collection of sergeants not -- the collection of signatures not stocked full of former radical dimms in the obama administration. astounding why they would even go to the trouble pretending they were objective. as the deep state, the dimms and rinos are hurling everything they can at the president. the truth about the so-called whistleblower is becoming clear. and the holes and contradictions are mounting throughout that complaint. we turn to chief washington correspondents catherine herridge. catherine: one of the whistleblower's most of ex closive second-hansd claims is
1:04 am
the official record of the phone call between president trump and the ukrainian leader was locked down to restick it access. the whistleblower cites white house officials claiming the transcript was placed in a safe for covert actions. but a former official who worked at the trump white house questions whether the process was unusual. >> we put the transcripts into a very secure top secret code word system. i don't see any difference from what this alleged whistleblower is claiming. i don't think there was any change. catherine: the acting director of national intelligence said he believes the whistleblower acted in good faith but that did not requit to a presidential coverup. >> the executive office of the president and the national

radical left's latest attempt to undermine the president's of donald trump. "washington post" running this headline that reads as you see here. new poll shows limited support for removing trump from office. actually it's quite misleading. that's the results of the poll. 37% with limited support. it should have been overwhelming support for the president against impeachment. they claimed there would be 8 mentions of bind in the telephone call between president trump and you krainl president zelensky. and there were only three. by the way there were no threats and the testimony of the

of collusion with russia. a report by the special counsel vindicating the president, and she wants to add to one fiction, that there was anything improper with the call with zelensky, but somehow there was influence of the russians. the dimms clearly aren't over russia. despite the special counsel finding of no collusion. they are peddling the so-called whistleblower's cover up as fact but there was no crime. since when does a cia officer planted in the white house become a which the blower. and why are there no whistleblowers involved in democrat scandals. isn't that odd? benghazi. the email scandal, fast and furious. the list goes on. all of these questions need to be asked but they are ignored by

the left who seem to have their minds on only one thing after all this time. they want to obstruct and if possible subvert and overthrow president trump. joining us tonight is harmeet skharmeetdhillon. rnc committee woman for california. public of the 2020 trump advisory counsel. let, get right to it. an impeachment inquiry. to the life of me i can't find a crime. i have lots of questions for the dimms and their conduct and in their allegations. what about you? >> the crime is donald trump winning the 2016 election. that's a crime they haven't gone the over and they will do anything to stop him. this recent kerfuffle is an extension of the russia investigation that was failed. if we get past this one there will be another and another.
1:10 am
but the democrats have an endless supply of spies, the swamp creatures burrowed into the white house. so we have to fight hard to put a stop to this, lou. lou: i would hope so. the rnc, republican leadership on the hill, they don't seem to be filled brimming with passion to defend this president and go after the radical dimms perpetrating a fraud on the american people and who are relentlessly and absolutely from every quarter attacking this president nonstop. this one would think has to end. >> the rnc is fighting hard. all the material coming out of the rnc is corn is tent in fighting for the president. i'm disappointed to see our conservative republican senators scurrying away from questions

about this. we'll remember those folks when they come calling for contributions. this is a time for everybody to stand together. this is a fight for the future of our country. lou: it's nothing less than that. the niceties from the rino republicans, i don't understand why the party bothers. if they have principle or courage, they are willing to test it. i want to turn to a development that is very interesting, and i know you have been check it out because we discussed it today. but "the federalist" publishing this story that the intelligence community, secretly, this whole thing is based on a whistleblower for our audience. the intel community secretly gutted the requirement of first-hand knowledge on the part of the whistleblower. that happened so mysteriously
1:12 am
just before that complaint was filed. >> that's right. what we learned from this today's reporting from a couple different sources, the form used to require as recently as a month ago and last year. the complaint be first-hand knowledge, in a number of other obligations. it can't be differences of policy. it has to be specific criteria. it doesn't cover the president, it only covers with happens in the intelligence community. the new form which is published on the website of the dni for whistleblowers. it's marked august 2019. it has eliminated that first-hand knowledge requirement. and you see that reflected in the current complaint. it's full of second-hand, press

1:14 am
but more importantly, the type of complaint we are talking about could not have been made under last year or earlier this year's rules. it's significant those rules were secretly changed. anybody working in the intelligence community, including not just an employee, or a contractor, could make a complaint the president involving garbage from the media, and that holds you have our whole government snirt's are you deck -- the whole government? that's ridiculous. lou: a cia officer conduct surveillance for the deep state inside the white house did exactly that given the opportunity of what changed. you can't say the date, we don't know the date. but we do not was presumably in august of this year, just before

national security agency that come in and go out. this guy was in and out. he didn't have any way of knowing what was going on in the white house. he created a story. he did what a cia analyst does. he put a portfolio together making a case back to the president what's going on elsewhere. he did it on this president. lou: why in the world would a president want this in his white house? i can understand having it -- >> you didn't know he was there. he might have been there two years ago. lou: he left in july. >> he shouldn't have done that. i have no first-hand knowledge. i'm sure it was john brennan. lou: the politics of this. let's look at the ad we just showed you from the president.

1:25 am
but the reality is what they have now is what rules washington, d.c. is 218 votes in the house. they have the 218 votes. they could vote tomorrow to impeach the president. are they going through two weeks of this charade. schiff has always been her pet rock. lou: she wants him as her successor. >> she says to the other five chairmen. couple with something. you have a couple weeks to do it because we are moving forward. lou: this is a preposterous waste of america's time and it's harassment and subversion of this president. why should the american people have to put up with this nonsense? no reasonable person with an independent mind and objective mind can look at that transcript and say this president did a damn thing wrong.
1:26 am
>> it is about what i said. subverting the president. >> hillary clinton comes out today saying he stole it. he's a bad president. at the end of the day the country is appalled by this. the senate better be tough on not let this go forward. lou: the senate, those folks are today o --they are daffodils. look at this quinnipiac poll. >> it's only going to get worse.
