why this is a shameful day in house of representatives. i was one of those that was a major mover in clinton impeachment 20 years ago. ken starr appeared he was subject to questioning by the democrats and by the republica republicans. the clinton lawyers had a day to present a defense before the house voted articles of impeachment against president clinton. what is significant here is the house under the constitution is not a grand jury. people who are not on the three committees that were allowed into the scif, are not even allowed to hear the testimony. this is probably the most consequential and gravest vote that any member of the house of representatives will cast any time during their careers, shutting members who are not on three selected committees out from being able to hear and judge the body language of the
