hearts and minds of young people. 6,000 were at his last event. over a thousand of them dedicated their lives to jesus. politically for him to come out and talk about the fact as black americans we shouldn't just blindly vote democrat which i believe 90% have blindly done it because that's what their parents have done, aunts, uncles. i think when he says own your power. he means the power as an individual, don't just blindly cast your vote for the democrats. david: you just focused on something that's so important. there is definitely need for a renaissance about to take place in the black community which had strong faith roots and it lost it. it's not just a black community. white, black, whatever has lost its faith. but particularly the black

community. the role of the preacher was so strong. you would think a remember sawrns is possible like that? >> i feel it. i have been praying for it. i think the church has been praying for a revival and awakening to hearts and minds back to their first love. so many blacks and americans period in this country once had a childlike faith in god and believed in him and trusted in him. i think there is an awakening that's coming. kanye is the tip of the spear for that. i just don't think most believers thought it would come through somebody like kanye. david: miracles do happen, and some of them happen in the least likely places. but on to the politics of all this. i wonder how black america can continue to vote for empty promises when a man donald trump fulfilled a lot of those

promises, particularly on jobs numbers which are better than they have been before for black america. to deliver, rather than just to pander. >> the democrats don't have anything to offer. donald trump started off with what the hell do you have to lose. and he followed up with prison reform, over 7,000 inmates, most of them black released. then reintegrated into society. the economy is booming. opportunity zones. because of the tax cuts is putting $100 billion into 87 communities. most of them minority communities. the hbcus'r, he merged $360 million, a 14% increase over anything in history. he's doing so much for the planning community in -- for the black community in this country which is good for all americans. but the liberal media don't want
