gregg: a 13-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the brutal stabbing death of a new york city college student. they found the teen mere the area of the murder scene. and he was carrying a knife. teen confessed to the murder. fox news correspondents david lee miller has more. reporter: this is a tragedy that shocked and angered new yorkers. for some it's reminiscent of the city's troubled past. the victim had only been in the city three months. she was here attending barnard, associated with columbia university. she was to bed monday evening in morningside park. in recent years the park had an
