good evening everybody, awful politics of the d scrrks swamp gets strange stranger and stranger every day. this morning had the radical dems decided upon two charges to assert against president trump as the house beginses to wrap up their now almost three month long so-called impeach. inquiry. then this afternoon those same radical dems finally agree to approve the trump led pus mca trade deal after last minute negotiations led by trade representative robert lighthizer, and the agreement on the united states mexico canada trade deal no celebration just

very weak. washington is swirling with more swamp talk of impeachment trade deals you name it. attorney general william barr once again ripping in to the conclusions of justice department inspector general michael horowitz. barr questioning how horowitz could find no documentary or testimonial evidence of political bias and well almost two years of investigation. in the fbi e probe of the 2016 trump campaign. these irregularity and admission who are not satisfactorily explained and i think that inner ifs bad faith. he said is people gave me an explanation and i didn't find anything to contradict it so i don't have a basis for saying that there was improper motive. but he hasn't decided the issue

11:04 pm
grate to have you with us first the the president reaction to -- these two charges which have already in point of a fact been rebutted by just common sense and the evidence. >> absolutely. lou, he said it as he was walking out to marine one, democrats having nothing, and the two article of impeachment that they put forth today are just grasping of straw on instruction of congress that means they didn't play nice and were angry and abuse of power -- i would say that dems have been abusing power for months to be honest. only evidence they have are transcripts that president he himself produced showing that, you know, no wrong doing. so today we expected article of impeachment i did find it interesting that only two they were able to produce were, were these two. pnches these two -- and when you look at it all in material of on obstructing congress all president was doing
11:05 pm
was seeking and for himself and for the -- for the members of his administration their legal rights and where did you find those in? court and that takes time. it's preposterous what democrats have put up as these two charges. >> absolutely. the due process that was afforded this president in many this sham impeachment is less than somebody who had a traffic ticket would be afforded. so, of course, we were not going to participate that in that we said that over and over and over again as you all know they were having secret meetings in basement they kept change rules and bringing partisan witnesses forward. we have absolutely no due process here and they have no intention of giving the president a fair shake. so, of course, coming up with on instruction of congress i think is a little bit absurd. i think that american people know it is a little bit absurd, in fact, there's a new poll out today showing it that impeach. is over 50% that the american public are against impeachment at this point.
11:06 pm
they have overplayed their hand i really believe that here. >> and those, those polls on impeachment and who, opposing impeachment have now for weeks been running against impeachment and for the president. let turn to u.s. mechanics ca which the president referred tos a silver lining. i think he was being partly facetious but there's great truth in what he's saying. to have that pus mca deliver today by the democrats -- he has to be satisfying to white house to administration and lays the -- basis to move ahead and actually show something for 2019. led by this president -- >> absolutely. of course we were so pleased that u.s. mca finally got the attention that it deserved today. this is a process and something that we've been calling on for weekses and week as you all know. i did find that timing and the stark differences in the the two
11:07 pm
announcements to be very interesting you know she had six, seven of her democrat colleagues behind her for the impeachment and then, you know, near moments out there went out with a entire swath of democrats proud announcing and to be honest i think it's been there are democrats trouble in their communities and they need to go home to say they did something so they're trying to take credit few and this was spearheaded by president it is a promise he made as he was running it is a problem he has -- has seen through to the end and we're very thrilled this happened todays. >> let's turn to, let's turn to william barr -- saying point blank it appears that this was a bad faith investigation. the gun by the fbi, he is extraordinarily critical and when not critical dismissive of these efforts to go after the president. it is pure fraud against the the president of the united states.
11:08 pm
and everything that is revealed just schismly reenforces that reality. >> absolutely. i couldn't agree more with everything that attorney general barr said today but i've got to tell you hao when i was briefed yesterday on report i found it to be chilling as an american citizen. not only was this president and campaign spied upon. but the fact that documents were illegally altered by an fbi attorney. that is unbelievable to me. the fact that as you said surveillance was used, and people kept finding evidence to the contrary that show president in campaign were doing nothing wrong and that was hidden. that cannot continue and we all look forward to the durham report and what will come out there that i think a lot of people will be held accountable at the top of the fbi at that time. >> you know one of the things i would like to do is request to barr on -- on the baseless investigation that was started by the deep state radical dems. and if we can play that with

taxpayer money to china? don't question send them enough? don't they take enough? they take enough is the right way to frame it so no good reason why united states taxpayer should be backing loans to the chinese government for the the camp and anything frankly. but the reason why -- is because china has infiltrated world bank to such a degree and that if severely curb our influence and there's accelerated they've basically bought off african country as my understanding and they've also had quite a few allies in europe and that's directly at our expense and so it is crazy. anybody who you paint this picture to comes to the same agreement if you're a american and i've introduced legislation that will encourage them to do just that to graduate from the the program never take loans backed by u.s. taxpayers ever again from the world bank. and to start tholed them accountable. >> well good for you great for you, and shame on fuss, i mean,
11:57 pm
we created -- world bank and monetary fund and like we're disinterested passive investors who point of fact our tense is never been more required. what more can we do? >> well i think -- an american he is every world bank president is an american. so -- he was, you know, he was always been a hawk in china -- what happened? >> soda tay is doing a very good job of taming that down. the previous president kim was horrific so china doubled their loan capacity under him. you can look pup speeches of the former president touting initiative as a positive development for china, and they, that was under obama when mall pass came in you start to see loan program diminish. i want iting to go to zero frankly i don't think we should have there butting working hard and i commend him if that work but we need to continue to push

on this because it is not just going to happen unless we do to. >> i want to turn if i may to the articles of impeachment. that aring being marked up right now the house judiciary committee, what is your take through this process and surely, surely nancy pelosi even adam schiff understand that their farce exposed them for louts they are. it's just despicable that they even proceed with it. >> yeah i can tell you back in northeast, ohio in my district this is very unpopular to be going down this impeachment pass you'll be hard pressed to find constituent of mine who are excited about impeachment pass, and so i'm against it for a whole host of reasons. on principle i'm against it but also as i can tell you in a important swing district or important swing state, the people of ohio are not for this, at all, and i'm with them.

perform and -- and those are good folk to be with congressman. i'm with a e rest of the country too. because most of the country is absolutely adamantly opposed to these articles of impeachment and carrying out this front against the president and , in fact, everybody who voted for him. >> it is just -- especially so close to the next election. i mean, i'm somebody who believes that whenever you get the the opportunity you put the faith in the american people and you let them decide that's how self-government works, this close to an election i think there are a lot of volters even volters who don't like the president frankly who are looking at this and going okay. this feels like a completely partisan exercise and we're about to revote let the american people decide who the president of the united states is. we're -- we're 11 months away. and yes, and also trying to overthrow ath president who is historic and achievement is accomplishment and success for the very people of ohio and
