questions. they showcase the different standard between how we treat heads of corporations versus heads of government agencies. they should be held to similar standards but government gets a free pass, and 2001, there was a ceo of a very big energy company, a company you'll recall called enron, enron filed for one of the biggest bankruptcies in history thanks to accounting sham. the ceo who wiggled his way out of trouble by saying he was unaware of fraudulent activity of his company. his name was jeffrey, and 2006 he was sentenced to 24 years in federal prison because his subordinates falsified accounting records. his excuse, he was not aware, watch. i did not believe the company was in financial peril and i have no knowledge of any wrongdoing of the employee.

james comey signature. so why did james comey as head of the fbi know what the heck was going on in his own organization and why would anyone allow him to use that as an excuse. it is a convenient excuse after the fact that is played dumb. but given that plain dumb on wall street is not allowed, why is it being allowed inside the butt way. bottom line what this tells you our government is willing to protect investors more than it's willing to protect average citizens. after all, shouldn't the head of the fbi be held to the exact same standard of the head of any other organization including publicly traded ones? when this is all said and done, once we get into impeachment trial in the senate i suspect americans will have a tough time letting james comey off the hook. the fbi should be there to protect us not to infringe on

would be hauled into a federal district court, i would be facing sanctions, referrals to the office of professional responsibility, i would be facing referrals to my bar, the florida bar to see whether or not i could still practice as a lawyer. and the last thing is, if they thought for a second that if the court or the government investigators thought for a second that i was intentionally misleading or omitting information, they would team me up in a minute. trish: you'd be in deep trouble but james comey gets off scott free. >> it's unfortunately, i'm not advocating in any way, i know jim, i'm not advocating his prosecution but they are clearly
