we should dig into it when it was happening on their own watch. david: senator schumer and other democrats have been talking about how the process is corrupted because senator mcconnell is biased in favor of the president. but listen to what that same mr. schumer said back in 1999 during another impeachment process. >> this is not a criminal trial. this is something the founding fathers decided to put in a body that was susceptible to the whims of politics. people will call us and lobby us. it's quite different. david: so back then he saw the difference between a jury trial and impeachment trial. >> i am sure he did, because this is a political process. it's why, david, i believe the

senate should have a long trial. if we ever want to avoid being in this mess again and putting our country through the hell that democrats have put us through the past several months. we need a long trial in the senate. bring the hog out in front of the american people and slaughter it, right then and there in a public full long hearing so the american people can see everything that's tonight, to see the guts and the gory details of what led to us this point to insure we never get back to this point again. chuck schumer doesn't want that. he doesn't want the republicans to call joe biden and adam schiff, so many others who deserve to be subpoenaed and called before the full committee to testify. he doesn't want that because he understands that politically wouldn't go well for him or his party. david: fired fbi director james comey playing the victim card.

except for medical reasons. i want the vaccine to be given to the vaccine to everyone who can be given to it medically. if they are not a pregnant person or immuno -- it protects the community. measles is wildly contagious and as i was telling you it can hospitalize one out of five. david: i had measles, i was one of those that did not get a vaccine. i guess that makes me immune. i did not go to the hospital, a lot of my friends had measles. in my community and there was an outbreak of it. i don't think anybody went to the hospital. so many people say why bother getting a vaccine and risking complications from a vaccine it is not such a big deal? >> not only the one out of five statistic but what about the people around you? what about the person getting cancer it's getting chemotherapy. do you really want them exposed to your measles? and you're leaving a you have measles for for five days. you have a low sniffle, you have a little fever, you think you have the flu, then the ratchets and you've spread

david: how do you go about it in the course or 24. >> so i am not as strict as jon hopkins on this. i'm going to say you eat from sunup to sundown. you eat from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and then you don't eat overnight. you take it easy overnight. after you've had your evening meal, you don't eat. you can drink, but not your evening meal. david: said i eat at 930 so that's a problem for me. >> so they don't have your breakfast of ten or 11:00 o'clock. are the other way to do it is 85 days usual and weekends go easy, have one meal. >> and that's actually what my wife and i have been doing. we feel great and we've lost a little bit away. you know my wife, i've lost about a pound a week by doing that. >> it's not just weight-loss it's a lot healthier for you it's a very good for your body and it decreases your risk a very serious is diseases like cancer. david: good deal, good deal, doctor siegel always a pleasure to see it. and always a pleasure to see
