missiles which they have been continuing the developing against the un resolutions and their own commitments. so they know they are vulnerable. if they continue to provoke, it's not just the u.s. we will have to defend but it's the entire international community and i can see nato forces joining in if the iranians miscalculate. but they are very much not concerned and busy with what's happening in iran. you recall just last month, there were more than 1000 iranians killed by the iranian regime because of ayatollahs. not only they call them to stop their military operations overseas, which again is on the account of the iranian people, they don't have much to eat.

let's get you updated with the latest on the iran situation. we just learned managers on high alert tonight in italy, ready to deploy lebanon's to protect the u.s. embassy there. 3000 more u.s. troops will be deploying to kuwait, ordered by the pentagon in the wake of the soleimani killing. they will join some 750 paratroopers, 82nd airborne division sent earlier this week. mike pompeo said that u.s. had no choice but to kill soleimani. >> the risk of doing nothing was enormous. enormous in the short term also highly risky. doing nothing shows weakness and emboldens iran to what happened under the previous administration for eight years.

it russia. it's not like we are as dependent on them as we were 40 years ago when they stormed our embassy hostage for over a year. they could get away with that because they had the oil, they don't have an. >> i fought with oil a long time. it up 2.6 million barrels a day. we are producing more than the saudi's, more than pressure and we are such a player. when i look at the president's policy of rolling back regulation when he came to oil and industry tracking in this country, to me, it was definitely partially a big business decision at the same time, it was also a decision about national security because he can make a different move, he can act differently when he knows he's not strangled by the middle eastern oil producers.
