and constitutional experts which i thought was kind of a staged presentation. i think that big dynamic difference will be that president gets to make his defense. and i think if that is done well, we get through phase one it may be enough for 51 senators to come to a conclusion much if not and we get to witnesses, that could belabor from 10 days to a couple weeks out to 4 or 5 or 6 weeks who knows. david: wow. >> senator, thank you for that background, you look at -- i listen to mcconnell, he used the word process. right, i would have preferred him to use word pass, this thing, david said it has to go through several committees, i think 6 or 7. what is likelihood of it actually getting passed by next tuesday. and we already know that there is still trade between the 3

countries, but how much is being held back, that way we can measure the impact of this signing of the deal. >> i think it will be disproportionately impactful for forkin agriculture. they are best years, were 09-13, then the input prices went through the ceiling, since then commodity prices have been historically low, i think we'll get it through the process, it has made it through most of the committees, it has structure unique in and of itself in terms of timing between stages, all of this could have been done by fall of last year. but, i think now that we have to in front of us, leader mcconnell will make sure we do get it through by the end of this week is my hope, a big relief for hoosiers.

and theft of proprietary stuff, and currency manipulation, i think they will be relieved of that moniker. it will benefit farmers, manufacturers i think are hedging their bets in the future on how deeply to take their supply chain into china. david: senator braun have you been in business with farmers most your life, i hear your father as well, you know them well, they were big on president trump in 2016. and electing him, are they sticking with him now, i know thathat -- tariffs hurt them. >> they like it, when it comes to farmers particular that shows you how shrewd the chinese are, they knew when they counter punched with soybeans, they now
