announced from south korea, that's a lot of our products unfortunately. i put a tariff on washing machines and refrigerators. they just announced that they are building major refrigerator and washing machine plants in the united states. do you know why? do you know why? because they don't want to pay the 25% tariff so they are building them here so they don't have to pay the tariff pair. [applause] and just one final thing, i know this doesn't matter but it's so eloquent to talk about it. i'm talking about dishwashers, weights here the next one. i'm talking about refrigerators. when i'm talking about dishwashers, sinks, toilets, light bulbs,. [cheering] but sinks? toilets? and showers? you don't get any water. they put restrictors on them, now they made them permanent. people used to take them out. they put restrictors on them. try going and buying a new faucet. you turn it on an open water comes out, right? we won't talk about toilets, but you know that too. but we don't talk about that because i've said this three or four times, the only subject they ever talk about his toilets. so i don't mention it. but how about the shower? you go into a shower, and i have this beautiful head of hair i need a lot of water. you turn on the water, drip, drip, drip, i call the guy is there something wrong with this? no, sir just the restrictor. so you're in there five times longer than you are supposed to new year's probably more water and it's probably an on pleasant experience. so we are getting rid of the restrictors you can have full shower flow. [cheering] did you ever go to the fossa, you turn on the faucet to wash her hands and it turns on so easy because there is zero pressure behind it. no water. you go like that nothing slips on. and then dung, dung, dung these people are crazy. and then in california this governor who has no clue by the way,. [booing] governor gavin newsom, he sends all the water out to the

pacific and then he just comes up out of you saw this, they come up with the rules and regulations that starting soon. if you are a person who lives in california, you only get 50 gallons of water. that sounds like a lot of water but it's not if you take a shower and wash her hands a couple of times. then it goes down to 47, 46, 45. can you imagine you pay the highest taxes outside of new york, but they are not doing a good job in new york, they are not doing good. everyone is leaving new york for other environs like florida. not good because the taxes are too high governor cuomo has to get those taxes down. and other things have to happen. so gavin newsom, you have the water pouring down from up north. millions and millions of gallons. they diverted into the pacific ocean because they have.

[inaudible] we must be in wisconsin. millions of gallons coming down it goes through this massive valve this is a serious valve. and they turn it because they have a tiny tiny little fish that's doing very poorly with her without the water. [laughter] so in the meantime if you own a home in beverly hills, they scream at you if you want to water your grass a little bit. but you have no water coming in. they divert millions and millions of gallons and what we've just done for the people of california as we have made it possible on a federal basis that they don't have to divert all that water anymore. that's only good for california, but these are the things we do. and now the last one, we are working on cars. we are making them less expensive and safer. we are giving them a tiny little bit more fuel and you are going to save on average $3500. you're going to have a heavier car, a little bit.

meaning you will have steel instead of papier-mâché walls. [cheering] and we are getting a lot of good. an environmentally better because now people the numbers 12, from 12 years ago at the gas guzzlers, they will be trading in their cars to get the new cars, which they don't do right now. so it's really going to be something and we are in a little fight with california over that, but ultimately we will win that one. you will buy a better car, safer car for less money. not a bad combination. [cheering] to lift up forgotten communities that need investment the most we have created opportunities on jobs and investment are now pouring into 120 newly designated opportunities zones right here in wisconsin and ron johnson, and jim scott of south carolina helps. they are doing great. they are doing great.

[cheering] and for decades, politicians ran for office, promising to defend wisconsin workers. but then they went to washington and lined their pockets with special interest cash as they shipped your jobs and your dreams to countries thousands of miles away, countries that you've never even heard of. politicians lowered our economic defenses and allows other nations to rob your factories, steal your farms, by the way there is no estate tax on those beautiful farms, we got rid of that. [cheering] so now, if you love your children and you have a farmers small business or small ranch or even a large ranch, you have no estate tax you can give it to the kids. if you don't love your children. [laughter] is there anyone in here that doesn't love their children? all right raise your hand. like they are brats, they are little brats they are horrible

human beings. [laughter] so if you want on track one of them this doesn't help you because you will save some taxes. the fact is no estate tax on the small businesses and farms, that's a tremendous thing. because you were dying, leaving the business to your kids, they all said thank you very much daddy and mommy, and then they went out and mortgage the hell out of the place and they ended up losing it. to the banks, but we got rid of the estate tax on small farms and businesses in really great things. little stuff like that we have done that we never said we were going to do, but these people were ransacking your communities. but we are defenseless no more, because at long last, you have a president who puts america first. the sanctuary county of milwaukee, released an illegal alien criminal with the multiple charges for sexual assault of a child, think of that of children. he is now at large, they are searching all over, and he is looking for yet another victim. they are searching all over. allowed to go from your sanctuary city. and the city of madison, police arrested an illegal alien for sexual assaults, after authorities released him he committed violent battery only to be released one more time, they are looking for him again. isn't that nice? [booing] so the same illegal alien that was arrested for a third time in september and charged with multiple sexual assaults, including sexual assault of a child, now that criminal is once again in wisconsin jail,

and i call your left-wing officials to stop the madness and to work with ice to ensure he is deported the hell back home. get him out of our country. [cheering] democrats stand for crime, corruption, and chaos. republicans stand for law, order, and justice. it is true. [cheering] illegal crossings are down 78% since may, and we have ended catch and release. that was a tough one.

a very big and very powerful border wall is going up at record speed and we are and we are fully financed now, isn't that nice? constitution. that's 186. and last spring wisconsin voters, as you know, elected a great judge to your state supreme court and this spring you have a chance to reelect another terrific judge. justice daniel callie go vote for justice daniel to defend the rule of law. daniel kelly. [cheering] we are aggressively combating the opioid epidemic and we have done -- look we haven't gotten rid of it but with the numbers nobody thought possible. in 2018, drug overdose deaths, the over dosed deaths fell for the first time in decades. including by 10% in the state of wisconsin, 17, 18, 19 and

even 21% in a couple of states. [cheering] and china is now putting a big lid on fentanyl which is a disaster coming out of china. i said to the president of got to do it. people are dying of got to do it. they are doing it. and we are fighting very hard for school choice and it is moving along wellin wisconsin. [cheering] milwaukee created the first school choice program 30 years ago, to free children from failing government schools. and now my administration is working to give school choice to every child in america who needs it. [cheering] as we continue rebuilding our military, workers are building brand-new humvee replacements. you know about that. in oshkosh, a magnificent new

littoral combat ships and marionette. a lot of ships. a lot of humvees. i recognized israel's true capital and opened the american embassy in jerusalem. [cheering] and we recognize israeli sovereignty over the goal on the heights, something they have been trying to get for 52 years. [applause] for years you watched as your politicians apologize for america. now you have a president who is standing up for america and we are standing up for you, the people of wisconsin. in our last election was so important, i don't know, maybe the most important ever. but it was so important, i really believe this election may be in its own way will be just as important. i can't say more, but just as important. [inaudible] >> that's a difference you don't get in the country but to get on america's funniest home videos. if you feel that paperwork and get in here illegally don't have that problem. kat: meantime, tomorrow is the day we have all been waiting for. house speaker nancy pelosi tomorrow said to finally deliver the house articles of impeachment to the senate. moments ago the president weighed in on her plan. >> nancy plus he says it must be nonpartisan. and she said it has to be clear-cut. well number one, that this can happen no problem. number two, look at the vote.

three democrats voted with us. so i guess you could say it was a nonpartisan vote. because they voted with us. kat: so while nancy's arch nemesis mitch mcconnell stop this thing right in its tracks? for nearly a month capitol hill's two most powerful lawmakers have been locked in a political knife fights fruit of the ages. nancy has been holding onto the articles in an attempt to pressure mitch mcconnell into allowing witnesses into the senate trial. but for the last few weeks, republicans, as well as some democrats have been pushing nancy to show her cards. today, senate minority leader chuck schumer demanded that once the articles are delivered, mcconnell must play fair. >> we don't know what those witnesses will say. or what the documents will reveal. it could hurt the president's case, or they could help the president's case. we don't know. but we know one thing, we want the truth. on something is waiting as profound as an impeachment

trial. kat: but the senate majority leader shot right back saying he has no intentions of any monkey business. >> if the existing case is strong, there is no need for the judge and jury to reopen the investigation. if the existing case is weak, house democrats should not have impeached in the first place. impeachment is not a political game. and the unites states senate will not treat it like one. kat: but the million-dollar question is still, will we see and a new witnesses? the president's former national security adviser john bolton said he is willing to testify about the white house apparently hates that idea, and has suggested it will use executive privilege to prevent bolton from speaking. so will we see a fair trial that everyone can be proud of? or will is instead turn into

yet another partisan bloodbath? alright catherine? >> it will be yet another partisan bloodbath. i actually do think there are many people on the hill who genuinely believe they are doing. [inaudible] at this point. but it's mostly motivated. everybody's arguments are reasoning backwards from their preferred setpoint. i think this notion that calling witnesses reveals the weakness is an odd one given that's how our judicial system works. that's her adversarial justice works. you call witnesses and then you try to come up with the truth. so that piece of the argument baffles me. but impeachment is political, impeachment is always been a political matter and truth is it will come back. kat: that is absolutely true i also think there could be a million witnesses or there could be no witnesses. and i'm inclined to think it's going to be the same way regardless of what happens.

do you think it's worth to have witnesses? >> i think it's worth it to have witnesses. we don't know with a whistleblower is. the president and i say says been impeached but we don't know who it is. hunter biden is given one interview and has disappeared. he's almost in the witness protection program. >> he is on the maury povich show. [laughter] can you be in a witness protect us when you're not a witness? >> and then you've got this woman alexander who is a high level democratic operative who was actually in the ukrainian embassy in washington d.c. trying to recruit them to dig up dirt on donald j trump. that is foreign interference in a election. i went here her talk about that. if we'll have them talk about the impeachment rather not be the oversight hearing. the only chance we have for these people come forward and find out they know, i think that's vital. kat: will jimmy you've been more riveted by anyone, you

are always talking about nancy pelosi and she such a star with the way she's handled things. you can't get enough nancy. >> is such a scam, like she sent on these articles for months. it's mostly been most urgent thing in the world but this idea that we're supposed to take her word now that she was trying to extract a leverage from mitch mcconnell. but she has nothing to leverage him with. that's why it is so stupid to me. you can't pressure someone by offering to take away something they don't want. some ascended jetting or buying a new tvr one have a three way with you and megan fox, she's not an essay fine, it's stupid. the whole thing is stupid, the country doesn't care. and that's the problem they have with impeachment. they can call 500 witnesses, but it does raise the question as to if these witnesses are important why did they call them during the congressional hearing? i don't of the question to that but it seems odd. kat: becca said jimmy loves nancy pelosi all right the panel returns later, but first, president trump just weighed in on the bernie
