♪. david: happiness that you can afford. researchers at yale and oxford are finding that exercising every day, or at least a couple times a week can lead to more joy than any amount of money. they reported individuals who exercised three times a week for 30 to 60 minutes had 18 fewer poor mental health days per year compared to those who did not exercise and those who partake in exercise were just as happy as non-active individuals who make 25,000 more a year. so is exercise the key to happiness, jackie? >> i certainly think it is. there is additional research shows a link between exercise and rise of serotonin in the brain that makes you feel good. that is one aspect. people who are more fit, feel better about themselves will project a better personality. i think there is validity to this. everybody should try to move a little wit during the day to see how it feels.
