4:00 am
have a good evening. lou: good evening, everybody. tonight we are doing something we seldom do. we are turning over most of this hour to an examination one subject. but it is clearly the most important subject of our time. the democratic party in league with the department of justice, the fbi in addition to three of the nation's intelligence agencies tried to impeach the president without evidence or a crime of any kinds, conspired to overthrow the president of the united states, despite bringing the immense weight of those agencies and departments against president trump. he persevered.
4:01 am
he has prevailed and stands exonerated of the charges brought on by abuse of power throughout. we'll examine how the american people have been persuaded to tolerate the attacks to subvert the policies of president trump's administration to try zo to overthrow -- trying to overthrow his presidency. joining us, rudy giuliani, and judicial watch president tom fitton. the president was put through crossfire hurricane that began in july of 2016 while the president was still a candidate. in which the fbi agents investigated when the fbi came up with nothing, the radical
4:02 am
dimms conspired with obama-era loyalists to hold a special counsel investigation led by robert mueller and it led to exan racial and vindication -- led to exoneration and vindication of the president. after that collapsed the radical dimms tried to initiate an impeachment on charges totally farcical. president trump was acquitted nearly two weeks ago. there was no collusion so the radical dimms moved on to obstruction and the president again exonerated. the dimms tried impeachment on abuse of power, there was none, so they claimed obstruction of congress. but there was none.
4:03 am
so why would the american people continue to put up with more subversion and more attempts to overthrow an already historic president. the radical dimms' efforts to overthrow president trump have always been tide to the early -- been tied to the early actions of the deep state who seditiously worked to try to prevent and eventually remove president trump from office. we want to credit outstanding reporting, a key moment that could have changed the way the president's first 3 1/2 years unfolded. the department of justice's corrupt decision not to

prosecute a man for leaking classified information. james wolfe was indicted in 2018 for leaking information to four journalists. including one with whom he was having an affair. he also lied to the fbi. as we reported here before, wolf's indictment shows he picked up a highly classified document to take to the senate intelligence committee. a later fbi sentencing recommendation confirmed that that document included the first two fisa warrants for carter page. but james wolfe was never charged with leaking those classified documents. most of the charges were dropped against him in what could be called nothing other than a sweetheart deal. wolf as you allowed to plead guilty to one count of lying to

investigators for which he served two months in prison. it is that moment we can see evidence of the department of justice covering up a backgrounds scheme to remove the president. had the prosecution of wolf gone on, it's likely text messages between mike western and christopher steele's attorney might have been highly scrutinize. we'll never know. further questions would have been asked about warner's links to steele. but it wasn't in the left-wing media's best interest to look into wolf's case. they were too busy making claims like this. >> the dossier has been corroborated. >> the dossier is far from bogus. >> increasingly it's the accurate dossier. >> the steele dossier just rings

other organization to bring the outrage of this republic to light. let me begin, sydney with that moment in which the federal government chose to only sentence a man to two months in prison for what was an egregious act against the government. >> that was a stunning decision on the part of the u.s. attorney jesse liu. i'm glad the president pulled her recommendation for another department of the government and i'm glad she is no longer in the u.s. attorney's office. she would have had jurisdiction over the swamp and could have done a lot to clean it out, but instead she protected it. lou: the fisa warrant application, why in the world
4:08 am
would the justice department not prosecute, tom, this person and do so to the fullest extent. it's the senate select committee on intelligence. >> in' ways that would have -- in many ways that would have been an ordinary sentence and plea deal. but that professional approach is only aloud for the protected class. democrat staff, people close to the deep state. but if you are a republican, if you are associated with trump, they take an aggressive point of view and try to put you in jail and prosecute to the extent of the law way beyond what anybody else would have been prosecuted. flynn has been prosecuted way beyond the underlying circumstances. it shows you if you are tied to the democrats.
4:09 am
if you are tied to the democrats in the senate specifically here, you get a special dispensation from the justice department. sessions announced 27 leak investigations. you had general glenn who was the victim of leaks. attorney general jeff sessions the victim of classified leaks. the leaks that we do know about, the leaks that were investigated, comey and mccabe, the justice department punted on. and there you virtually have confessions by the leakers. lou: mccabe three times lied under oath. other lies obviously are lacks of candor as the i am g. likes to refer -- as the i.g. likes to refer to it. the variance between republican and democratic justice.
4:10 am
perhaps the deep state is the wrong terminology. perhaps i'd should be radical dimms deeply buried in the bureaucracy and sometimes not so deeply. >> 90-something percent of justice department employees donated to the hillary clinton campaign. the reason wolf got off as he did is he threatened to subpoena senators on county committee. more than one person knew he was leaking it. lou: we'll take up the case of general flynn here tonight, sydney. we understand there is also a cord hearing tomorrow morning for roger stone. it's a busy judiciary because they have quite a mess to clean
