loan even though they say february has been the best fundraising month to this point. mayor pete buttigieg saying he needs $13 million to remain competitive ahead of the states. but when you compare what mayor pete buttigieg and elizabeth warren have brought in this month, president trump has more than doubled that, he brought in more money in one week campaigning in california, $14 million the most candidates have brought in all month. president trump's campaign saw a record-breaking hall for fundraising in january bringing in $60 million. >> if only the people with the clever billboards have michael berg for the debate he would've been much better off. >> from all the money in politics to the money in the markets, the major averages jackie deangelis joins us from the new york stock exchange. in the red today. >> it was a rough week for

stocks breaking their new reco record, part of this was the coronavirus as you mentioned at the top of the show, we don't exactly know what the impact is going to be. traders are saying when stocks write record why not take the money off the table as you head into the weekend. that's why you sell selling pressure today. tech has been hit very hard by the coronavirus fears because there's so many tech companies that do business with china or supply chains in china, you can see across the board, amazon dropping today. because of supply issues in china, they did not tell us by how much in terms of the guidance but the market is starting to get a little nervous. today had coca-cola said, we will see an impact to our first quarter eps and were still guiding and keeping our full-year guidance of same. it's taken a little bit more of a wait-and-see approach

>> the fox business alert, news in on wells fargo, they agreed to a $3 billion settlement resolving criminal and civil investigation into the sales practice. jackie deangelis joins us with more detail. >> good afternoon, the press release coming from the department of justice, this is over the opening of millions of accounts without customer authorization. this is been pending for some time. it is in fact official. a couple of important things to know when it comes to the agreement, the particular settlement is not for individual customers per se, the money will go to the u.s. treasury and not towards making individual, all that were affected by. the products covered in the settlement does not extend to mortgage or car loans, this is about checking, savings, credit cards, bill pay, the consumer-products and the deferred prosecution does not

weinstein trial coming to you numinous decision on three out of five counts but they remain deadlocked on the decision for the other two. brian is outside the manhattan courthouse with details. a whole weekend before healing to state. reporter: a whole weekend, and this is a little bit complicated as to what happened today, this is how it went down, 215 the jury alerted the court that he entered they reached a unanimous decision on three of the five counts against harvey weinstein, count two which is a criminal sex act which counts four and five of the rape charges, those are directly with the two accusations at the heart of the case, the first allegation that weinstein forced oral sex in 2006 and the other is the rate the actor in new york city hotel, the jury said they were

deadlocked and could not come to you numinous decision on counts one and three, these are predatory sexual assault charges, both serious charges punishable up with up to life in prison. the jury asked the judge whether a partial verdict was okay and the defense said they were willing to accept the partial verdict in the prosecution said no. the jury needed to come back with a decision on all five counts and now that jury will have a fifth day of deliberation on monday. in order for them to find him guilty of predatory sexual assault charges, count one and three that they are hung up on, they need to believe that weinstein had a history of prior sexual crimes and in this case the prosecution leans heavily on the testimony of the actress annabella, she testified saying he raped her back in the early '90s. and for further jury to come to a decision, obviously they are

having a tough time on the predatory sexual assault charges, they need to come to a decision on the charges and need to have believed her story and indications of the last four days but they had questions about her story because they asked for her testimony to be. reporter: back to the court and asked question about consent and why she did not initially file charges back in the early '90s. so we shall see what they come to consensus with but the partial verdict today and the judge deciding no, that is not good enough. all five counts need to be decided on. >> bad news for weinstein to get to the two that are the higher bar, they have to think he's guilty of the other three. so if they are hung up on the higher run, i don't know mathematically how they get there without having decided that he was guilty of the other three. that's the logic around it. i'm not a lawyer i could be wrong but that's holy zone. thank you.
