>> good evening. tonight we are turning over most of this hour to an examination of one subjective, the most important subject of our time, the democratic party in league with the department of justice, the fbi and in addition to three of the nation's intelligence agencies tried to impeach the president without evidence or crime of any kind, conspired to overthrow the president of the united states despite bringing the immense weight of those agencies and departments against donald trump, he
4:01 am
persevered, he has prevailed and stands exonerated of all baseless charges and vindicated by the acquittal of partisan charges and congressional abuse of power. we want to examine and begin to understand how the american people have been persuaded to tolerate the harassments, attacks, efforts of one political party to subvert the policies of donald trump's administration, to try to overthrow his presidency and with us, special guest including rudy giuliani, sidney powell and judicial watch president tom fitton. first the president was put through crossfire hurricane, an 11 month fbi probe that began in july of 2016 while the president was still a candidate in which fbi agents
4:02 am
investigated when the fbi came up with nothing the radical dems conspired with obama era holdovers and loyalists to create a special counsel investigation led by robert mueller. almost two years of investigation resulted in clear and unequivocal exoneration and vindication of the president. after failing in crossfire hurricane and the mueller investigation that collapsed the radical dems quickly maneuvered, tried to initiate and impeachment without evidence, only baseless partisan charges charges entirely partisan, transparently farcical, donald trump was immediately acquitted nearly two weeks ago. with the special counsel there was no collusion so radical drams moved to obstruction and the president again exonerated. the dems tried impeachment on abuse of power. there was none so they claimed obstruction of congress but
4:03 am
there was none so why would the american people continue to put up with more subversion, more attempts to overthrow an already historic president and what will be the price for the party of hate come november of this year. the radical dems efforts to overthrow donald trump have always been tied to the early actions of the deep state, members of the permanent bureaucracy in washington who have seditious lee works from the earliest days of the trump campaign to try to present and eventually remove donald trump from gaining office. as outlined by the conservative treehouse and we want to credit them with outstanding reporting and recommend them to you on tonight's broadcast, a key moment that could have changed the way the president's first 3 and a half years in office unfolded, the department of justice's corrupt decision not to prosecute a man for leaking
4:04 am
classified information. that man was for security director for the senate intelligence committee james wolf. wolf was indicted in 2018 for leaking information to four journalists including one with whom he was having an affair. he also lied to the fbi. as we reported here before, wilson indictment shows he picked up a highly classified document on march 17th of 2017 to take to the senate intelligence committee. a later fbi sentencing recommendation confirmed that that document included the first two fisa warrants for carter page but james wolf was never charged with leaking those classified documents, most of the charges were dropped against him and what could be called nothing than a sweetheart deal orchestrated by former us attorney jesse lou. wolf was allowed to plead guilty to one count of lying to
4:05 am
investigators for which he served two month, two months in prison. it is that moment in which we can now see evidence of the department of justice covering of the background scheme to remove the president. had the prosecution of wolf gone on it is likely text messages between senate intel committee vice-chairman mark warner and christopher steele's attorney adam waldman might have been highly scrutinized. we will never know. further questions would have been asked about warner's links to steal and the credibility of steel's work but it wasn't in the left-wing national media's best interest look into case, they were busy making claims like these about the steel dossier. >> the dossier has been corroborated by the intelligence committee. >> the dossier is far from bogus. it is the accurate dossier. >> nothing in the dossier has been disproved.
4:06 am
>> the steel dossier rings true to me. >> the am i 6 guy who did a famous dossier which is getting more credibility than it did. lou: how has this been allowed to go on for so long and at least one claim gaining further credibility, not so anymore but looking back on those fateful days it is amazing how gullible the left-wing national media pretended at least to be. proposing questions of two people deeply connected to the fight against a radical dems and deep state efforts to overthrow this president joining us tonight is sidney powell, attorney for former national security advisor general michael flynn, former federal prosecutor, good to have you with us, and thompson, president of judicial watch, judicial watch with a singular status, doing more than any other organization to bring
4:07 am
much of the secretive aspects of this outrage against this great republic to light so thank you for being here. >> let me begin with that moment at which the federal government shows to only sentence amanda two months in prison for what was an egregious act against the government. >> that was a stunning decision on the part of the us attorney jesse lou and i'm certainly glad the president will recommendation for promotion to another department of the government and i'm glad she's no longer in the us attorney's office because the swamp, she would have had jurisdiction over the swamp and could have done a lot to clean it out and instead she protected it. >> this is again the fisa warrant's application back again because that was what was contained in those documents that he was carrying back, why
4:08 am
in the world would the justice department not prosecute this person inducer to the fullest extent, the senate select committee on intelligence for whom he was working. >> let me take a different point. in many ways that would have been an ordinary sentencing and plea deal but the difference is those opportunities, that professional approach is only allowed for the protected class, democrats staff, people close to the deep state but if you are a republican, if you are associated with trump they take an aggressive point of view and try to put you in jail and prosecute to the full extent of the law way beyond any regular person would have been prosecuted. in essence what wolf got is what stone should be getting. in the least what flynn should have been getting, flynn has been prosecuted way beyond the underlying circumstances that
4:09 am
it shows you that if you are tied to the democrats, tied to democrats in the senate specifically here you get a special dispensation from the justice department and you have to remember sessions i remember announced 27 leak investigations, this is not the only week that took place, you had general flynn who was the victim of leaks, attorney general sessions was the victim of leaks, classified leaks, where's the investigations there and it is interesting that again the leaks that we do know about that were actually investigated, comey and mccabe the justice department punted on in their you virtually have confessions by the leakers. >> confession or not, mccabe two times lied under oath, other lies obviously lacks of can door as the ig likes to refer to it. as tom puts it the variance between republican justice and
4:10 am
democratic justice under the deep state perhaps deep state is the wrong terminology altogether. perhaps it should be radical dems deeply buried in the bureaucracy and sometimes not so deeply. >> that is probably more like it because some 90 something% of department of justice employees donated to the hillary clinton campaign but one of the reasons wolf got off as lightly as he did was because he threatened or did subpoena senators from the senate, somebody on intelligence, he didn't leak that likely on his own. he was probably instructed to leak it, or somebody on the committee or more than one person knew he was leaking it. >> we will take o general flynn here tonight, we understand that there is also a court hearing tomorrow morning for roger stone. it is a very busy judiciary because they have quite a mess
