to win and they will just wheel him up and hope for the best that he can remember what his name is that day. kennedy: and that's fine, but we all know anyone who wants to run for president wants to be the most powerful person in the world. and they think all this power should be concentrated in their human form. so it's really difficult to convince narcissus like that to get out of the race. so what happened to pete and amy? >> does a couple things for so they were not performing well. and amy never did better than third in hampshire. elizabeth warren is done even worth but she's still in it but not for too long. president obama spoke to buttigieg as soon as he announced and he said i'm not telling you who to endorse, you have no more influence on this then you have right now. and by the way, you have to know that my guy was joe biden for eight years. kennedy: not his guy though i'm glad you brought that up because where is president obama? he could have helped joe biden months ago. that was really his guy, if they really were best friends

biden said he is the last best hope. he is the person who will deliver results. what does that mean? >> that means he's not it independent democratic socialist is a member of the democratic party. we could have eight months, beginning wednesday we could have eight months of tromp versus bernie. the same populace racking the entire planet going from populace right to populace (that could be our future. it's going to balm a lot of people out. we're the last best hope for that happening. unfortunately though there is no good alternative. the alternative is quit the race and endorsed biden. he's the one person said you don't want democratic socialism, but the establishment screwed the pooch and you need fresh voices and knowledge nobody. kennedy: the phrase that pays his screw the pooch let's hear if we later on. the battle of the billionaires heating up and president trump and mayor mike taking shots at each other's records and shortcomings, some shorter

doesn't feel like michael bloomberg's authentic personality. especially if you spend any time in bloomberg new york. it's not who he is. when he's taking out billboards and sending mean tweets and creating memes, that is someone else trying to out trumped trunk. it did not work for the republicans in 2016. >> i think he is out trumping trunk. i think he speaking to people's brain. sanders speaks to guts. i would say biden speaks to people hearts. you can't beat trump at trump's game. you have to play your own game. so i think that's most likely. kennedy: and the authenticity is so vitally important with the democratic party. i would be shocked, joe biden is who he is he's an established democrat has brain is turned oatmeal, but that's who he is. he doesn't really run from that. i don't think this whole tough guy works for mike. >> he is also trying to sell himself as a manager.

in his own way. that is being a conservative i most worried about bernie sanders being in the general election. more than biden because i think the country is not happy with the last 30 years of policy or politics. if you look at surveys, long-term surveys every single institution is underwater in approval except the u.s. military. so one remaining institution that americans agree is a positive thing. and i don't think in that environment the message joe biden is running with which was i was there, i don't think voters want to hear that. kennedy: that's a very good point you can look to that and if that's what you want to run on his hey look at my record. there's a lot of failure in that record as well. it's not all sterling so there are a lot of people who are disenchanted with president trump. either the republicans, independents, conservative democrat. they will not under any circumstance vote for bernie sanders. despite with the popular myth is these days are still a lot of people who are going to decide in the next several

months who they are going to vote for. kennedy: there's still a lot of race left. joe biden now compared to joe biden six nancy goes neurologically diminished. i don't know it joe biden looks like six months from now? >> it is impossible to say with confidence he is going to improve. his speech, after south carolina that was great that's a best moment of his campaign he made complete sentences and was totally energized pretty mighty been good in texas item no. he's been shielded from the press and he's had limited capacity. it's this weird thing of anybody who's had an aging parent tennessee in seen this process, it is happening. kennedy: it when they go downhill it can be a pretty rapid thanks. >> i have never felt bad for joe biden in my life. he's been running for president since i've been 11 freaking years old. i'm sick of joe biden and i feel really bad for him. kennedy: junior why i feel bad from? i don't know how he gets out of the razor that breaks my heart. if nothing won't be on the stage, but you know there are
