repatrioting american citizens this is additional money needed, i was glad to see the vote as strong as it was in house. steve: do you feel we were slow in getting off the ground, and administering these tests. what was the delay? >> first, you have to realize, to get the test done, we had to be -- have access in china to get the sequence of the virus itself. that was delayed, they didn't let us into this china so we could identify the virus, that was a delay, then there were issues that at ctc with a agent, virus asay to determine if people are positive or negative, i think they had that fixed, new getting out these tests, to laboratories and big cities but down to your family physician, everyone will be able to tested, i think that response is slow initially because honestly the chinese did not let us in, then
