president, bernie sanders wants to rotate out, he has a plan to rotate out the conservatives on the court to a different court and replace them. >> they would effectively like to erase the wisdom of the founders who understood you needed to have checks and balances and we are not a democracy, were constitutional republic with different centers of gravity and power. that is a roadblock to the radical agenda of leftist. in this case the one roadblock is a supreme court paid they are willing to change anyway possible to get the utopian vision of a future and in this case elections have consequences. i would say the same thing if hillary had one and there were three new pro-choice justices, i would be frustrated with the supreme court but it is what it is paid you have to win if you want to set the future of the court. he did that, he's doing that that's why their outreach. you have to stand firm is divine the president. liz: we reported last night how senator schumer had attacked president trump for going after

saying she should recuse herself because she is talking about bias in her dissent and opinion of other conservative justices breaches allowed to express her dissent. the president has that opinion. senator schumer was saying what president trump was doing was wrong but you cannot equate schumer in the president because senator schumer threatened justices. that's different. >> that's a huge difference. suggesting that they should recuse themselves because of bias on the beds is one thing. a lot of people made that case. lou.liz: schumer is threateninga rural when that will come against these two specific men at a rally -- a political rally on the steps and when asked to apologize he tried to equivocate and say that he meant something else when it's clear he did not. this is why it would be appropriate.

started. you throw in bernie becoming the face of the party and that dampers enthusiasm. >> you just made news. americans are self identifying as republicans and up ten percentage points in the season. >> the democrats were up three in september of last year and now the republicans are up seven, why does not occur, you don't like the agenda of the democrat party and they have less candidates. bernie sanders is a minority candidate in a crowded field he was doing well and nobody burns for biden. they are coming back not out of love. >> democrats are now backing off single-payer, they're not campaigning. nancy pelosi does not like it, harry reid does not like it, you will not win in the white house on it. bernie sanders modifying the reunion. that was their purity test now they're backing off. >> i said all along there was 41 people that wanted to decide whether to use that or not.

so people in the various states, doctors can refer things there. in some ways, this all reminds me of the post 9/11 environment on terrorism where there's a lot of emotion, a lot of fear but it takes a lot of coordination from the federal government and local authorities based on science try to get after how do we deal with the threat in this case if the potential is contagious. to get the test out was a very important first step. liz: do you think there's an overreaction that there's a mysterious here, were seen various headlines the press, media, scientists and experts saying that the fatality rate may be a lot lower than what they've reported at 3.4%. >> there is a sense of hysteria just generally. some of that is understandable. we fear the unknown. with the fact that people can have symptoms for a period of time without manifesting is something that is scary to

people. but in reality when you listen to the scientist including at the white house briefing, the emphasized really specific demographics of the people at most risk from people in china. are there people who have compromising immune systems, are there people that have had various trips that have come in contact with those people in those categories. were not talking about something that is a mass contagion. we've had a bit of an overreaction but we need to follow the science and the evidence. liz: the issue is, those with mild symptoms who don't even know that they have it, they are not being counted in the denominator for the fatality rate. there will be a lot more people with it which means the fatality rate would be lower than the reported cases. border patrol ramping up screening for coronavirus at border points of entry, the excluded and caught 304 nationals in washington state, buffalo and in california,
