bernie won the state he was at least able to keep it close and macomb county. this is a very nice win for joe biden as he puts himself on pace to get to that 1991 magic number you are talking about kennedy that's what it's all about, we'll talk a little bit more in the later in the hour to get into it more little more detail. is the road the nomination in terms of delegates, 1991 is your magic number if we added the six states tonight, and of course what biden was able to do on super tuesday was really remarkable coming off what he had been through the first nominating contest. in 1991 is still something you can think about. as night comes in our projections have biden at 706 sanders at 580. it's hard to play catch up is there give it out a proportional basis. once you get it lead, biden has about a hundred delegate lead coming in and he's widening it as it goes on. it is difficult to catch up. joe biden the former vice president and very good

so there some mixed information about the availability of these testing kits. it seems like some of the first ones had a faulty reagent which left them useless. the numbers i keep hearing as they are sending out hundreds of thousands by the end of the week that may be true. unfortunately, the people who have the testing kits, when their testing individuals they are not necessary reporting negative test. so it's hard to say how many tests have taken place. we keep getting different numbers bird we don't actually know. the only thing that actually has to be reported are the positive cases. we are expecting peopling good faith report the negative. the purpose of testing is one to know if your investment when you have close to 85% of people with mild symptoms of an upper restaurant or a system or no symptoms at all they beg to ask why do i need to be tested? here's the thing, the reason their testing so many people for epidemiological issues and health concerns one of the spread of the virus called a novel coronavirus bird we don't know much about it we

essentially create the panic, create the uncertainty that the central planners are hoping to alleviate. kennedy: that's where the biggest problems right now is people's reaction to fear. and what that does, obviously, is it compounds the problem. i like the idea of this payroll tax cut. but what do you need in order to balance that out so we don't have long-term consequences on the site? >> apparel tax that would normally be a terrific idea. we've never made a tax cut we don't like. the problem is twofold, one thing is being talked best temporary which is about is useful at all, even more so blows up the debt and the deficit which is an ongoing issue for the country. the payroll tax that really doesn't do her thing long-term. but i will tell you kennedy it's a heck of a lot better than the other ideas being floated in that straight out bailout. have we not learned our lesson whether to bailouts for the crews industry? kennedy: evidently not in that's why you have some

pushing back. the idea that we are going to artificially prop up these floating cemeteries known as crews ships, i'm not a fan. i don't think the government should forbid people, i think if you are an adventurous person the person who stands on the edge of a cliff to get an instrument photo, go ahead and go on a cruise ship right now. stu met cruise operators are slashing prices. the iron airlines are slashing prices. american industries very inventive and they will get through this. but once we start with this moral hazard, picking winners and losers forget the fact that it's cronyism, outright cronyism it's a tremendous waste of taxpayer money. some businesses might need to go out of business or be reorganized. some employees might need to find new jobs. this is the nature of a dynamic business. the more we get involved with picking winners and losers, who is strategically important if it's a cruise operator, that's going to retard the

in michigan and missouri, how much of the bernie sanders support with white dudes basically was support for bernie sanders and how much was against hillary clinton? as it turns out in this is always seen through out the process so far, but very much so tonight. this was a lot of anti- hillary clinton votes and not a lot of bernie votes. so i think online presence, social media presence of bernie's hard-core supporters which is a really small percentage of the electorate they are super loud. kennedy: they are allowed to make you feel like there is an allegiance. >> this is why never ever tweets. the democrats are going to have to deal with this. right now joe biden keeps this up, what he's doing, kyle reference late april. i we see number tonight that might nudge it up a little bit if he sustains this. it is certain point the bottom falls out. we are seeing numbers for biden and counties were bernie sanders did really well last time and we are seeing bernie

sanders underperform what he did last night. time. this is a trend there's a problem. the democrats have a problem you do with that hard-core group at six or 7% may be of democratic voters who say maybe i am not going to back the eventual nominee. in states like michigan, like wisconsin, like pennsylvania, that could be determinative. what he try to do about that? you try to suck up to them or replace them by bringing over former republican or moderate voters who went to trump last time? kennedy: michael bloomberg would come in and bribe them. >> he will sprinkle money across the keystone states. kennedy: everyone's getting a corvette, a hybrid probably. he's going to come in and make dreams happen and a lot of lamb chops for angry young men out there. i'm fine with it. good example. they'll have a hard time reconciling try to get back those voters that voted for obama and then went for trump. their union guys. in squaring that with this confiscation, unconstitutional, not to mention michael bloomberg who has hundreds of billions of dollars, taking away second amendment rights the state level he just endorsed joe biden i'm sure he will use his gun control apparatus to do the same thing. when joe biden cannot even get the name of the firearm. kennedy: it's an ir 13 and a half. [laughter] >> let me share a couple thoughts here. i grew up in south texas i grew up hunting. i know joe biden. he is not against the second amendment, i am not against the second amendment. here is what we are against, kennedy and kate. and matt. and our viewers. we are against folks using weapons that belong in the war zone and not on our streets and communities. it's that simple. we are worried about those kids in school who are learning to duck and cover.
