threat is the highest. i am from chicago, last weekend and the weekend before, there were ten killings of young black man on the streets of chicago, it is criminal the way that a lot of these police department are protected by police unions, if we are going to do something, let's do something about the police unions are protecting the bad apples that are doing a lot of this abuse. a lot of the payouts, los h angeles alone has paid out over $500 million and police brutality action over the last number of years, that is real's taxpayer money and a lot of it is a result of police protecting the bad apples. >> there is no question george floyd's should not have been murdered. there is also this, every year 10 million are arrested for crimes like child rape to assault on seniors to assaults on women, a lot of people are

saying try walking in the shoes of a cop, by the way a third of them are minorities, now we are freeing 60000 prisoners due to covid-19 and folks are asking, do you want the cops, and critics are saying they would agree with you and it's the minority and immigrant communities who are already suffering who gets lampard by crime. yes you want police reform, yes band chokehold, we see that happening in sacramento and pasadena. don't do chokehold but don't defund the cops, they are called to do way more than people realize. you know what they have to do they move homeless people into shelters, they take care of drug addicts and move them off the streets in the hospital, they deal with domestic abuse, they do with rates of children and women, are you going to stop that, how do you squaree defunding the cops and politician not doing that to riot and loot into politicians of the cops to arrest people for reopening their businesses due to covid-19 shut down orders, how do you square that?

the police, we have major crime in minneapolis, the real problem here is the underlying crime, police brutality is a small number of incidents. black on black crime, large number of incidents. six, 7000 year blacks killing other blacks, only nine incidents last year of police officers shooting unarmed men. the big difference between nine and 6000, all this attention on nine in the intention on the other 6000 lost with black lives of their lives don't matter. their lives don't matter. they're getting killed by police and nor does the life of the captain who is african-american and killed because he is trying to secure a store for his friend. they shot him in the head and killed him.
