back in 1993 about how a riot went wrong in new york and at the bible how to stop the riot, it's simple, your rest the first person who breaks the law, peaceful protest and can do whatever they want, they throw iraq and get arrested, they break a window and get arrested. they burned a car and get arrested. if you arrest them early, you will stop it. and never fails, i took over the city and had two major riots two years before he came in and then i had eight years of no riots even though i had pretty controversial police brutality cases. but we were not going to have riots. they waited too long, if you notice the video, the police officers are there observing the crime, that is absurd, police should be watching these people throw bricks and molotov cocktails, in my city we may have failed to use policeman on

it but were talking about almost exclusively the democratic mayors and governors who are holding onto the shut down much longer than anybody else. liz: here is the other thing, when looking at the recent jobs report, african-americans are now seeing in local workers, their job is around 16.8%. a year ago the black-eyed employment rate was near a record low of six-point to percent. there is major frustration out there, there is that story and the labor market has begun to heal and we know that story is going on, i want your reaction to the push and a dozen cities to defund police department what was your reaction when he heard the story breaking out? >> i thought i heard every insane thing the democrats could do. now making war on the police. after we just had massive riots all over the country we will cut

the police, we have major crime in minneapolis, the real problem here is the underlying crime, police brutality is a small number of incidents. black on black crime, large number of incidents. six, 7000 year blacks killing other blacks, only nine incidents last year of police officers shooting unarmed men. the big difference between nine and 6000, all this attention on nine in the intention on the other 6000 lost with black lives of their lives don't matter. their lives don't matter. they're getting killed by police and nor does the life of the captain who is african-american and killed because he is trying to secure a store for his friend. they shot him in the head and
