terms told him. judge sullivan is again proving he is a partisan activist trying to destroy the life of general flynn. by the way not making judiciary look any better. the d.c. court of appeals doesn't have to take up the judge's request. a major day at the supreme court a day of important victories again for president trump. the justices closed out their term by delivering split conditions on two cases concerning the release of president trump's tax returns and financial records. in separate rulings, justices deliver ad victory for president trump in block the radical dems in congress from having access to the president's financial records. at the same time, the high court also ruled president trump, nor does any president in their ruling have absolute immunity from prosecution, as if that was the issue. and the ruling, by the court is

until after the election which as i just said to john salomon, that is just criminal conduct on the part of our justice department. it is the justice department as led by this president. what the hell is going on over there? >> well, there is two things, two-ways things happen here in washington, d.c., that is slow and never. and i can tell you that hopefully on this particular case it is more a case of being slow and judicious. i can say that we don't have a whole lot of visibility into the timing what may or may not happen. i do have visibility in my previous job in terms of what john durham may be reviewing and it is very, very damning. when we look at the kind of evidence that i've been able to see, the kind of investigation i believe that he is conducting, what we'll ultimately see, justice will prevail.

i'm talking about the leadership across the country. in my world leaders are supposed to lead. talk is cheap. we can march all day long. we can take knees all day long. for me as a leader that doesn't bring any resolution or any closure to any kind of problem as far as i'm concerned and for the folks in my constituency, they look to me for answers and for peace and for some closure when it comes to problems being identified and bringing some solutions or recommendations for solutions, not only for clay county but across this country when i look at the leadership or lack thereof, i see and hear a bunch of talking, a bunch of outward manifestations of frustrated people but what i don't see anybody doing anything actionable. i was letting it be known, we were faced here in clay county with an individual who thought this would be the county where he could bring outside folks, he actually reached out to organizations like blm and dream defenders and thought that this would be the location to have

such an event. well, you know, i draw a hard-line when it comes to a place where i lay my head this is my home. the folks of clay county are my friends and my constituents. these are the folks that i love and care for, i will be junked if i don't all i can as the sheriff to protect these people. lou: i would have to think that black lives matter would think long and hard before taking on leaders like you and others in clark county who will not just simply buy into a marxist mission statement and a bunch of posturing rather than looking, as you say, what are the actions and what are the results and what is the mission. i want to share with our audience. i not going to read all of this. if we put up that mission statement from black lives matter. there are corporations, heads of corporations in this country, writing $10 million checks to this organization. i don't believe they know who

they're sending money to. i would like to read that, if you put up the, there it is. we are a collective of liberators who believe in an inclusive and spacious movement. we also believe in order to win and bring as many people with us along the way we must move beyond the narrow nationalism all too prevalent in black communities. we're must azure we're building a movement to bring us all to the front. we're looking for a world where black lives are no longer systematically targeted for demise. rallying cry for black lives matter is a striving for all black lives striving for liberation. we had one of the most violent weekends in years in this country and some of those deaths are attributable directly to black lives matter protests and demonstrations, where people died. your thoughts? >> well you know, we have a lot going on in this country.

again i will say folks are frustrated by what they perceive to be individual problems. i'm not naive or, my head is not buried in the sand to know that when i look in the mirror i see a black life staring at me. what is profoundly different about the folks that follow or ascribe to the ideologies of blm is the fact that black lives have been mattering for a long time. we can't pick and choose when we want to jump on the bandwagon of blm when just like you said, we had one of the most deadliest weekends in a long, learning time and in some of our large metropolitan cities. where is blm then? why isn't there any outcry when things like this happen? why is it only isolated to a incident where a non-minority officer engages a minority with deadly force? that doesn't happen that frequently and, when it does happen, it is like all hell breaks loose as if its the only thing that exists in this world.

about whites are subhuman, that, the list goes on. the violence in the cities and more young people are dead and we have some of the most ignorant discussions on television imaginable. when they talk about tearing down statues and tearing down this country. what is the antidote? >> first of all, lou, it is ridiculous that a virginia legislator has proposed that we reduce assaults on police officers from a felony to a misdemeanor. what is that all about? lou: yeah. >> but we are in crisis, the very people who are supposed to be social justice warriors are demeaning the blitz and marginalizing them. as a consequence, it is resulting in more "black deaths." we have more black on black murders in the major cities in

the last 4th of july weekend than we ever had in the nation this is a crisis and they're being destroyed by people who are supposed to be their champions. but it goes beyond that. i was upset that the kip school, which is a group of charter schools, over 25 years, served 100,000 black kids and they have been an oasis for these families seeking a decent education and their model, used to be hard work, be nice, emphasize academic excellence. they just concluded. they changed it. their leadership said those values diminish the significant effort to dismantle systemic racism and in places values on being compliant and submissive and supports the illusion of meritocracy. this is coming, that is like some children are drowning and they're being saved by people

who are assaulting them, their saviors. so this is where this unraveling of this nation is occurring in the culture but if it can occur among a very valuable institution, i hope that this leadership will rethink this surrender to the race grievance mob. that is what it is. but the solution is to promote resilience. lou: without question. yeah. >> but when you -- lou: in corporate america -- i want to, i'm sorry, go ahead. >> yeah, go ahead lou. corporate america is funding black lives matters. go ahead, sorry lou. lou: exactly right. no, that is exactly what i was going to ask you about. i can't believe the number of corporate boards that are deciding to give money to a marxist organization that means to destroy the nuclear family which you've been talking about

as the, as the foundation of those who are in poverty and our inner-cities in particular. it is their foundation for the future, to restory the family to them. which by the way, as also pointed out, the history of the african-american in this country, at one time, was based on a strong nuclear family. it just stuns me that there is so much ignorance based on ideology in boardrooms and executive suites as well as, you know, the mobs that are taking our streets. your thoughts what can be done to restore the families in our inner-cities and low income neighborhoods. >> for hundred of years, the black families prospered because of the their christian faith and
