that the mail-in voting scheme is underway officially. north carolina has set out the first of 600,000 mail-in ballots as of today. north carolina is being sued by judicial watch for having nearly 1 million inactive voter registrations and offering a lot of problems to the country. u.s. attorney john durham has yet to produce a report on his investigation into the origins of obamagate. let me repeat that, no report, no indictment, no word. that is despite a number -- numerous predictions from journalist and their sources and politicians of both stripes and all stripes to date the durham investigation that has produced one guilty plea on the part of a former fbi attorney by kevin kleinsmith and by the way it was not much of a guilty please and

>> as you know judicial watch is shut down because they pointed a special counsel and we knew what the likely outcome is going to be. the justice department investigation was not going to provide the information necessary for the american people for accountability and the president should now recognize that it's unlikely that there will even be a report before the election so let alone any major indictments. they have not question obama, they have not question biden even though in the lease there witnesses, why hasn't heller clint big question, she gave the money to the dirty dossier traders. >> it's a rhetorical question. lou: i understand it's a rhetorical question. it's also a question and the fact is there are answers and the answers are she owned sizable parts of what is now a federal government that should be under the control and

right in your skepticism. i will call it skepticism, not cynicism because skepticism is what results when cynicism is right. the fact of the matter is, we are going to be disappointed again and we already are as of today. and william barr is talking about going after google fighting off the fiendish professional career attorneys in the justice department in order to do right and do justice. my god, what in the world, why has there been no housecleaning in the justice department. >> i have no idea, the civil rights division is not doing anything to clean up the election rules and their opposing everything were doing in terms of getting accountability. we discussed documents that the fbi was spying on trump that in response his tweets critical of obama spying on him and we have the information that the ukraine embassy was spying on him, his

family, his lawyer with a listed monitoring of the social media accounts likely in violation of the privacy act. all of this is coming out in the justice department has little or nothing to do with it. in fact there usually obstructing us, state department holding back information on biden in the information we just received. they have been sitting on it for eight or nine months. i tell you, i am not a cynic because if i were judicial watch would not be doing the work. but we are doing on behalf of the american people because the justice department and the fbi in the deep state are a wall. lou: another thing as you mentioned, the ukraine u.s. embassy would have been -- they are the ones who let poor john solomon and lou dobbs that were being monitored. lou: i am too. i am really proud of the fact that i'm on the enemies list of the people trying to overthrow the president. i will take that every time. and i know you will as well. thank you for all your good work you did on that. i want to turn to mail-in ballots, the former vice president who is referred to as vice president by many of the media when they do get the rear opportunity to talk to them. biden today, the reporters asking him questions, one asking about the mail-in ballots in the style of the question this way about what a subversive idea to stop mail-in ballots and did not refer once to the carter baker study on precisely that mail-in ballot which was a fraudulent waiting to happen and recommended against by both

parties for almost 15 years. and suddenly the democrats think it's a brilliant idea and the reporters don't have the sense to ask questions about why the dems are insisting on mail-in ballots. >> every election expert used to be mail-in ballots. everyone used to be against because they understood it was an opportunity for fraud and increased risk of voter fraud. if you vote by mail your voters are more likely to be compromised, intercepted, not counted or if it is counted, challenge. if you want to ensure your vote is counted, the best way to do is vote in person and the left is set up a system that could break our elections. i fear they are planning violence if they do not win, i fear they're planning to kick it into the house if they don't win. you can read about in the new york times, they are threatening secession by certain states in order to get the electoral outcome that they want. in many ways the left is moved

beyond voting, it is a power play from here on out i fear. lou: it is a power play but not only with mail-in voting but a power-play by antifa and by black lives matter whether marxist organizations or not. an adjunct to operation in both cases of the democratic national committee and the democrat party. it is outrageous and in each instance it is enabled and permitted and encouraged and democrat run cities to unfold. we will be watching the 100 night of street violence in all likelihood in portland, more rioting but in the name of what, not george floyd but in the name of what? marxism if it's black lives matter and it is working with antifa. the president is walking out and

today 1.4 million jobs last month, bringing the total to over 10.6 million jobs created in just four months. that is a record by far. in august we had 249,000 retail jobs, 174,000 leisure and hospitality jobs and 29000 new manufacturing jobs. the unemployment rate plummeted to 8.4%, the second largest single month drop ever recorded surpassed only by our big decline in june. last month we saw a large decline in the un-employment rate for african americans, hispanic americans and asian americans, very big declines. we are witnessing the fastest label market recovery from any economic crisis in history by far. by contrast the last administration have the slowest, weakest and worst recovery in

american history, that was well documented as you know. this year the united states has seen the smallest economic contraction of any major western nation and we are recovering at a much faster rate than any other nation. business confidence is higher today in america than in any other g-7 or eu country, that covers a lot of territory so we had the business confidence higher than any of those countries, in july retail sales not only we've covered but reached a new all-time high. think of that, retail sales, that is a very basic statistic in a big statistic. it not only recovered but reached the highest level ever, auto sales have surged to an incredible 74% since their april low in nearly back to the pre-virus levels and that has been a tremendous thing, new

scars and used cars have been doing incredibly well pre-mortgage applications with 27% higher in august than during the same period last year. homebuilder sentiment reached the highest level on record indicating that more high-paying construction jobs are on the way. homebuilding has been great in lending has been really incredible. u.s. manufacturing activity reached a 19 month high in august, while my administration has fought every day to restore prosperity, however, nancy pelosi and the democrats in congress are holding additional china virus relief hostage to reasons that nobody understands. i guess i do, i understand, it's called politics and speaking of politics, i think north carolina, i think that michigan and pennsylvania and other states should open the governor's, the democrat covenantergovernors should openp

on november 4, it is continuing at the level that they continue, democrats are insisting on a massive taxpayer bailout, badly run blue state, stimulus checks for illegal aliens in the mass release of inmates from jail, they want to release a lot of inmates, some of them for very serious reasons, they want to release them from jail, they want that as part of the stimulus package, can you believe it. it's time for the democrats in congress to work in the auto put the american people first. we have $300 billion in an account that we did not use, 300 million. we are willing to use that, i would be willing to release and subject to congress and use that as stimulus money and it would go right to the american people so we have $300 billion sitting in an account that we did not need because things are going so

well with the economy but it would be a very appropriate thing to release that to the american people and i am willing to do it all we need is a sign off but that does not mean we will release prisoners, some very vicious people actually we will not put them on the street think the democrats want us to. and were not going to give stimulus checks to illegal aliens that came into the country illegally and now we give them a check, we want to give the checks to the american people. we have 300 million, it's there, we don't need the money or anything, but that money get released to the american people. as our economy rebounds, there's only one thing that can stop the extraordinary economic comeback and wipe out the future of american workers and that's what the democrats want to do with the $4 trillion tax hike implementing things that will be really bad for our country and

this will absolutely cripple what were doing on regulations and so many other elements of success, we have the greatest economy in history prior to the china virus coming in, now they want to stop regulations and they want to bring up regulations to a level and stop the things that we're doing which is at a much smaller level and bring a regulations that nobody's ever seen before, they want to do things that will make it impossible for any economy to grow and they want to ban fracking and as you saw band band band and he sees the polls going down and he sees that he was only talking about not only banning fracking but he wants to ban fracking. it doesn't matter what he wants to ban, the people that want to control him and weathers pennsylvania, texas, oklahoma, north dakota, so many other states you cannot be in fracking, that would be a

disaster, ohio. we want to abolish american energy, that's what's going to happen, adopt disastrous trade deals and inflict a devastating shutdown. as you know i've said we want to shut it down and be willing to shut it down and you don't shut down when resetting records and by the way were rounded the corner, were rounding the corner on the virus pre-joe biden's blanket which shut down and collapse our economy in countless deaths from suicide, drug, alcohol abuse, heart disease and more. you don't shut down, causes a lot of problems, a lot of very serious problems. more so than the virus itself. biden's plan is not a solution, it is a surrender. and our country is doing so well, were starting to do so well and were going to have a great third quarter. you'll see it for yourself because he numbers will be announced prior to the election on november 3. joe spent his entire career sending american jobs to china

and other faraway countries for 47 years people were of pillaging our country, taking our jobs and our companies and that's never going to change without mindset in that group. if biden is not going to be standing up to the foreign countries, if you not going to be standing up more importantly to the people that run the democrat party, he does not have the strength to do that. he refuses to condemn antifa, bad group of far left domestic terrorist organization, he does not want to say anything bad about it. his plan to appease the domestic terrorist is the exact opposite of what i'm doing, i think you saw that last night, yesterday the u.s. marshals, we sentiment, the u.s. marshals, we were waiting for local government to take care of it but they did not do that, so the u.s. marshals

with law enforcement took down the antifa member who murdered a man in the middle of a street in portland, the suspect was killed after drawing a weapon when officers attempted to take him into custody, they wanted to take them, the u.s. marshals, incredible people. i want to thank them for their strength, bravery and i really do wish that the mayor of portland and the governor of oregon would get going and stop the crime in the city it would be so easy to do, while were focused on creating good paying jobs, the radical left is focused on unleashing by really violent mobs and whether you're conservative, liberal, republican, democrat or independent we must all agree the need for peace and order and safety, under my administration, law enforcement is conducting arrest nationwide of writers,

looters and domestic terrorist and reasons we did not put chicago into a list what were holding back funds from some of the states and cities that are doing such a poor job, and incompetent job, a job that nobody can even imagine how bad and were holding it back until they get their act together and we are having a lot of people in chicago right now and you notice that the numbers are going down rapidly but we deplored a lot of federal law enforcement inside of chicago and they're taking a quite a few people. and there being arrested and being put in jail and that's why you see the numbers going down and with respect to the mayor we did not hold back funds in chicago. but new york is experiencing a tremendous crime wave in some cases up over 300% and they have to do something quickly, we just spoke to mary bowser and she's willing to do whatever is necessary and i had a very good talk with her in d.c. and the

other places, they speak wit for themselves. were working with the state and local authorities to comb through hours of videotape, identifying arrest suspects and prosecute lawbreakers wearily have over 300 and jail and we have tremendous evidence and i want to think the media for helping us out because they are taking different angles and we have it from every different angle, we cannot have it better than what we got. we see it from the sky and the ground and from the right and the left. when they say they did they do it we say what is this. so we get that from the media free of charge, under operation legend weave surge federal law enforcement to cities played by violent crime, the initiative is already resulted in tremendous it success in nationwide we have over 2000 arrest and we don't talk about it too much but now

we might as well. we've arrested over 2000 criminals, they are criminals and in a single month the murder rate in chicago was cut in half actually. so on the china virus front, the nations of europe have experienced a 38% greater access mortality than the united stat states, 38% more, greater access mortality in the united states, i know you don't want to report that, we took new york out of the equation, nobody even close, the job we done is incredible and we don't get any credit for but we've done an incredible job through operation warp speed three vaccines in the final stage of clinical trials, yesterday fisa announced, i just spoke to the head of fisa, great guy, they announced that it expects to have the results of

the trial very, very shortly, next month but we will remain on track to deliver a vaccine before the end of the year or maybe before november 1 and then we can probably have it sometime during the month of october and integrate company. johnson & johnson is also doing very well. under no. we have some great companies doing very well, there in final stages. in you will see results that are shockingly good. finally i want to provide you with a brief update of the virus cases in the united states that declined 20% nationwide over the last month and hospitalizations and deaths have continued to decline over the past week very substantially decline thanks to america's medical genius the mortality rate has been reduced by 85% in april.

mortality rate reduced by 85% and hospital links of stay are one third of their average length in april. so the hospitalization is down, the length of stay is way down, in order to keep making progress against the virus we ask all americans to remain vigilant especially over labor day, you have the labor day weekend coming upon us immediately, i guess we can say pretty immediately and we need everybody to be careful, apply common sense and do all of the things that we told you to do as quickly and as much as you can, social distancing, wearing a mask whenever the distancing is not possible. in staying with the group that you know, let's trying get through this one weekend and i think we have a chance of doing that, social distance, washer

assessment of the economy, very strong jobs report today, 8.4% on a point rate, 1.4 million payroll increase but i want to add 3.8 million increase in the important household survey which aims at small businesses, particular and from which the employment is calculated and in the past four months we have generated a 10.6 million increase in payrolls and a 14 million increase in households. so we have restored basically half of the jobs that were lost in the pandemic contraction. today's report also included the lower wage industry in the minority groups across the board, the diffusion index was a whopping 69%. these gains are very, very broad-based. there are still too many people

out, there is still too much hardship into many unemployed, we are working on that and moving in the right direction. that is why today's numbers are encouraging and optimistic. now other areas of the president mentioned just -underscore, we are in a housing boom, there can be no disagreement about that, sales, mortgage applications, prices, home starts up 23% annually in july and were in a car boom, automobile boom we've gone from 8.7 million in sales to 15-point to million in sales in the recent four months. it is a big jump, the president mentioned the leading indicator of used car sales and prices, the manufacturing index is very strong, this recovery includes manufacturing, the ism's are running in the high 50s, the new order index at 68 and production index is 63 and we had a manufacturing report for durables, core durables over the

past three months, orders of 35%, shipment some 35%. so these are very strong numbers. new business applications from 25000 - 66000 is 160% gain through august and is a president referred consumer spending is booming up 84% annually over the past three months. my view of course we are in a v-shaped recovery, it's a self-sustaining recovery. high demand increase production and manufacturing along with declining inventories will give us a tremendous momentum going into the second half of the ye year, i still reckon that the third quarter will be at least 20% growth, the atlanta feds gdp index is close to 30%, i think 20% is a good number in the whole second half and next year provided the economic policy

remain pro growth. i just want to mention one thing on the policy front, i simply don't understand the other side wanting a 4 trillion-dollar tax increase after a deep pandemic contraction. on this point, i believe the vast majority of economists, i don't care if your demand-side or cider, you don't raise taxes by this amount or by any amount. but for trillion, really picking the pockets of taxpayers who are returning to work and need all the resources they can get, you just do not do it, the profession should be have a complete consistence on that. so i'm quite surprised and i think that is a potential obstacle and people are beginning to speak about that. but all i can say is factually the numbers are coming in very positively. with a lot of optimism going on, more work to be done but were going in the right direction. thank you, appreciate it.

>> the question about 300 billion hike you rolled out that unilaterally in your way for congress to repurpose it and offer stimulus checks? >> yeah what about it. >> is that correct? >> there is a theory that i can do it without the approval but i'd rather get the approval so that we have it. but there is a theory that can take me 300 billion it's money that we had in that we built up in money that we have not spent and i would love to give it to the american people as a very powerful stimulus. i think there is a theory that i could do it without having to go back but i think it would be appropriate to go back and i would ask congress to approve it. it's a very simple approval. it's literally a 1 cents approval and the democrats should do that, the republicans

would do that and be glad to do that. we'll see whether or not that they do it. please in the back. >> mr. president tom had an interview with the head of the delaware fraternal order of police, he said that they were going to induce you i would like your response. >> i modern of delaware because i don't see biden anywhere but delaware and i like delaware two. but to have the law enforcement delaware give their endorsement to me is really a great honor. it just shows you how pathetic the democrats are when it comes to crime and law and order. would you please extend my very great thanks, it's a very great honor to get from delaware law enforcement. we've gotten it from almost all law enforcement. because every time i see biden

speak it says delaware, delaware, delaware he never leaves. i'm all over the country and all over the place. go ahead. >> thank you mr. president. germany has said the russian opposition leader was poison. what do you think should be done to russia about that and what is your message to russia about that and how should the international community in the united states response. >> i thing we have to look at it more fiercely about the case. and i think we will, there's nobody been tougher in russia than i have. we get along and i get along with the most all countries, i get along with north korea, which was to be going to work with north korea if hillary got elected you would be at war with north korea it would be a very messy and bad war. many millions of people would be killed. in the meantime we got along with them and we did not get to work, everyone said if i was elected we would be at war in one week and it's been just the opposite. were doing very well in afghanistan and bringing the troops down a very low level and

the other things that are happening very interesting. we have a great piece still going on in the middle east with uae in israel and we seem very few things that many people have done and is very well received and will be having other countries announcing soon and joining that. they're going to have a lot of countries and a lot of country saying why didn't you do this from the beginning, they would've loved to been there but they want to be in. so were doing a lot of things. i think i was the one that alerted the united states and the world i why is germany spending billions and billions of dollars to russia to get their energy from russia and then were supposed to protect germany from russia, what is that all about. and the sanctions and everything else with the same trade with russia were negotiating a nuclear nonproliferation treaty which is very important thing,

is the most important thing, some people say global warming, i don't i say this is far more important and we are the biggest, they are the second biggest nuclear waste, china is third, there distant third boatbuilding pretty rapidly. and at some point we will include china into those talks but were doing very well with russia on nuclear nonproliferation. i don't know exactly what happened. i think it is tragic and terrible and it should not happen. we have not had any proof yet but i will take a look, it is interesting that everybody's always mentioning russia and i don't mind you mentioning russia but i said tied at this point is a nation that you should be talking about much more so than russia because the things that china is doing is far worse if you take a look at what's happening, look at what happened

with the china virus of not keeping that within the confines of china, they should've kept it in the confines of china, look what they've done to 188 countries all over the world but you never ask about china, you always ask about russia. i would be very angry if that's the case, we will take a look at the numbers on the documents because the numbers will be sent over the next few days. >> in the back. >> i did not understand everything that you said. i know india and i understood those young people that you mentioned, those are very good young people. i know their relationship to india is very good and so is mine and the prime minister is a friend of mine and is doing a very good job, nothing easy but is doing a very good job. we are talking, while were at it, were talking about china and india, going at a pretty good on the border as you know, it's been very nasty, very nasty situation. we stand ready to help with respect to china and india if we can do anything we would love to get involved and help and we are talking to both countries about that. but i appreciate your nice sentiments. they think a lot of india and soda why and i think a lot of your prime minister. you know and it was a fantastic event, i was invited by the prime minister and this was a massive, where they play football, the houston football team. it was incredible, was actually incredible. the prime minister could not have been more generous. we have great support for india in the prime minister and i would think the people would be voting for trump. i also as you know went to india and just prior to the pandemic because india has been hit very hard, i left a week before that and we had an incredible time and what we it's really an incredible place, an incredible country, and it's definitely big. it's definitely bug. but you've got a great leader, and he's a great person. >> thank you, sir.

right now i'm not gotting along with china, but that's my choice. i don't like what happened with respect to the pandemic, with respect to the china virus, i don't like it at all. what they've done to this world and this country and europe and every place else is terrible. but i do get along with, with president putin. but i've been tougher on russia than anybody else by far. if you look at the obama administration, they were weak. look at the land they gave up, look at what happened with respect to, look at what happened with respect to ukraine? such a big part of ukraine given up during the obama add administration. and i don't think they would have done that with me. ing i don't think they would have done that with me at all a. we gave tank busters, and they gave pillows. have you heard that expression? they sent pillows, and we sent tank busters to ukraine. with that being said, if we can do a nuclear non-proliferation
