covid-19 lockdowns is unlawful sees sure of power. the state attorney says we will not enforce the lockdowns. who is right or wrong on the lockdowns? >> that is good news for the citizens of michigan, liz. governor whitmer weaponnized a 1945 law in order to continue the shutdown amongst the citizens. that is a gross abuse of power. not only that, think about the businesses that have been suffering. people who have not been able to get the proper medical attention whether it was elective surgery or surgery recommended by their doctors. that is why there are lawsuits against her from people in the medical profession there is a barber who has been in the news on a regular basis who is also suing her. so that is good. people need to recognize the abuse of power that came from this governor. by the way her husband for the memorial day weekend tried to

get his boat into the water early by claiming he was like the first husband or whatever of the governor. and she tried to laugh it off as a joke. so look at the hypocrisy there as well with her husband trying to get by the laws and rules that her, his wife had out there against the citizens. it is outrageous. elizabeth: yeah. we hear what you're saying. we're also tracking this, people want to go back into lockdown mode. talking about that, president trump should do what british prime minister boris johnson did. boris johnson basically reversed his position on lockdowns saying we'll do more lockdowns after he came out of the hospital for cone crone. but others say that makes absolutely no sense. there is no direct correlation globally between lockdowns and death rates. britain has imposed lockdowns but massively higher death rates unlike jop who mandated no

lockdowns. japan said, don't lock down the economy, you will make the situation worse if you shut people inside. what do you think of that? >> you're absolutely right, there is no correlation. this should be up to the local officials, the state-run government to decide what is best for their states. you can't treat, throw a blanket over everything. you can't compare new york which is densely populated. you have the subway systems and bus systems and everything, densely populated versus farming communities in the midwest. so you can't treat the entire country the same way because each state is a different, different directive a different initiative so what you look at this lockdown of the economy especially it is bad for the country. it is bad for business. it is bad for families. you look at new york city, for example, they're looking to raise taxes. i think governor cuomo issued an initiative today that he wants to shut down certain businesses

lost families, excuse me loved ones due to criminal illegal crime? let's listen to this. >> unbeknownst to me a classmate asked him for a ride home. we found out at the trial that his intent was to murder josh for his truck. he brutally beat him, crushed his face and voice box. he beat him in the head with a closet rod four times until it broke. he strangled him over and over again, tortured him. he tied him up like a animal, dropped him in a field and set him on fire. >> an illegal immigrant intoxicated hit him from behind going probably 120 miles an hour. >> he was killed on his way home from work on 2014 by repeat illegal alien criminal, driving drunk the wrong way over 35 miles and. >> his partner and him got a call, a drunk driver here illegally pulled in front of the

is an open border and this election, that is coming up, president trump has done unbelievable amounts of good through executive orders with no help from the congress. those of us, i'm border security co-chairman, caucus co-chairman, we just can't seem to get the congress to help the president and pass legislation that needs to be passed. that is why it is so critical that the american people realize the dangers on a national security level, criminals, jobs, pandemic, public health, all levels of the problems that we face on open borders. when, hard for me to even imagine americans that would vote for a democratic party that would open our borders you will to millions of illegal aliens and hundreds of thousands of criminals as well. elizabeth: it is no not just from send tall america, not just
