no freedom at all. they will put this great republic on the trash heap of history if they have their way if our government does not act and act immediately. both facebook and twitter this week censoring "the new york post" bombshell reports linking joe biden to his son hunter biden's corrupt business dealings in ukraine and china. facebook censored the stories. twitter censored the stories. facebook saying they needed to be fact checked. and twitter called the stories, quote, potentially harmful. whatever in the world that means. within minutes both social media platforms had put an end to the free flow of information in this country. the free flow of information that underpins our very democracy. they blocked millions of their users, including myself, to

simply slow down the distribution of "the new york post" exposes of the bidens. twitter said their decision to censor "the new york post" links fell under what they called their hack materials policy. it is a powell that twitter ceo -- policy that twitter ceo jack dorsey ultimately claimed would be changing. social media's outright manipulation of the american voter is outrageous. it's also against the law. and it is worsening. and it is a deep-rooted practice in silicon valley. a prominent behavioral psychologist and professor has been warning us of the perils posed by the oligarchs of silicon valley to our election for some time. that election now 18 days away. professor robert f. sang told senator cruz that google, twitter and facebook use search

engines to manipulate votes in the 2016 election, swaying between 2.6 and 10.4 million voters in 2016 to hillary clinton. if that's not stunning enough, professor epstein says there are millions more votes on the line in next month's election. 15 million votes that could be shifted and shifted without anyone's knowledge. >> in subsequent elections google and facebook and twitter and big tech's manipulation could manipulate as many as 15 million votes in a subsequent election? >> in 2020, if all these companies are supporting the same candidate, there are 15 million votes on the line that can be shifted without people's knowledge and without leaving a paper trail for authorities to trace. lou: just how would big tech and social media manipulate this

lou: breaking news now, we may be one verge of a major breakthrough in the fight against the china virus. pharmaceutical giant pfizer announcing it could be ready to apply for emergency use authorization for its china virus vaccine as soon as the end of next month. pfizer and partner biontech expects of the day a that on the drug's every catty in the -- efficacy and data on the safety by the third week in november. they named this operation putting money in the hands of biotech companies across the industry operation warp speed. it is moving at an unprecedented speed, and this is very good news, indeed.

joe biden likes to call himself middle class joe. he's called himself that more than 500 times by someone's count. but china joe isn't really that middle class anymore. according to joe and jill biden's 2016 tax returns, they made almost $400,000. but in the four years since joe left the white house, well, joe's made $17 million. where did all that money come from? some of it may have come from speaking fees. he he has a very good arrangement, and he had a nice book deal. but a lot of it so pick, it's hidden -- opaque, it's hidden from the american people. the bidens use delaware financial privacy laws to set up two s corporations called self-capri and giacap a a. many use corporations, perfectly legal to avoid paying social security or medicare taxes. the sources of such revenue

can't often be traced. the bidens used $2.7 million of that money to buy a second house in delaware in june 2017. modest joe, a month before they bought the house hunter biden was planning a business venture or with a chinese energy firm that includes -- for the big guy. so did hunter, was he funneling money to his father through s corporations? it's hard to tell, but many are wondering, and many now are digging. last month's report by senator ron johnson's committee points out hunter biden hid a lot of his money through several limited partnerships. so much remains hidden from the american people by middle class joe and the biden family. including his public, his years of public service at the university of delaware sealed away there. public service but very private

records. joining us tonight is president trump's personal attorney, former new york city mayor rudy giuliani, also host of the podcast common sense and chat with the mayor show on wabc radio in new york. rudy, great to see you. and this is -- >> good to see you. lou: -- an extraordinary expose, and it is so powerful -- >> it is. lou: -- so important that the american public know what's happening. your role in it has been central and that the of your attorney. can you quickly tell us how you came to be at the center of this? >> sure, sure, sure -- lou: that these got to the new york post. >> you know what -- i'll tell you what convinces me that this is very damaging. all they do is awe attack the process and attack me and attack the people who found it, and they can't attack any of the substance of the e-mails, the texts or the photographs which are clearly hunter biden. no question about it. and i'll explain that in a

minute. so here's how we found out about it. hunter biden brought this hard drive in to be repaired i'm going to say about a year and a half ago. he left it with a merchant. the merchant repaired it and then tried to reach hunter biden to give it back to him. he could never reach him. 90 days passed. at 90 days, according to the agreement signed by hunter biden -- which i have a copy of -- the hard drive was abandoned, became the property of the merchant. a few months later the merchant started hearing these things on television that the bidens were saying and was being said about them, and he became very nervous, and he decided he better take a look at what he had because it might be criminal in nature. so he opened it up -- lou: nervous? >> his words, he said he was shocked when he looked at it because he said the pictures were disgusting, they were dirty, they were porn graphic, and i they had evidence of a

clear number of crimes right on the pictures. and then he said there were texts and e-mails, and even though he didn't know much about the situation, it was clear they were hiding money, laundering money, involved with foreign countries. he was particularly angry because i was being attacked about ukraine, and it showed the whole ukrainian transa action. so he -- transaction. so he called in the nbi. he gave -- fbi. he gave it to the fbi. he told if fbi agent he was afraid something might happen to hum -- [inaudible conversations] so this would be about the time of the impeachment. and he told the fbi agent i'm very worried i could be in a lot of trouble here, they could hurt me. the bidens are very powerful around here. and the fbi said, well, if you keep your mouth shut, nothing will happen to you. and that became the attitude of the fbi. for six months they did nothing about it, nothing, nothing.

as far as i know, they didn't interview anybody, they didn't investigate, never called him back. he then sent letters to four or five different individuals -- to me, senator johnson, several others, i think, jim jordan. and my lawyer got a copy of the letter to me originally. and when he saw it, he said, look, i'll go talk to him, i'll vet him. the guy could be a nut or he could be for real. we've had both. so bob, who is an experienced trial lawyer, former assistant u.s. attorney, lawyer for george steinbrenner, he went to visit him. he spent several days with him. he vetted the whole thing. he authenticated the hard drive about five different ways -- lou: right. >> -- and made an agreement with the guy. he gave us a copy of it -- yep. lou: you said that you -- >> and we've been cataloging it since then. lou: -- you said you've been threatened. right. this is a very big deal in, you

know, to paraphrase joe biden. >> sure. lou: the fact of the matter is we we watched twitter and facebook shut down this country's -- >> host: it's extraordinary. >> just to keep that story out of yesterday's news story. by the way, they also blocked me for a short term and one of the installments of the new post reports. but right now this material is so damning for the bidens. the national media isn't even, the left-wing media isn't even asking questions of it, and they've had two perfect opportunities to do so. your thoughts about what has to be done now that this material is out. has the attorney general called you? has anyone from the justice department? is anyone wanting to find out

what's going on? i mean, the democrats have used a news story as a predicate to prosecute and investigate. against republicans. >> well, i mean, i put out a, i put out a text message last night that reads as follows, it's from hunter biden to his daughter at a moment of frustration towards the end of this whole cycle. he basically says no one in the family respects me despite the fact that i've been supporting the family for 30 years. and pop requires me to kick back half of my income to him. well, that really explains the rico case i've been talking about with you for years. the biden family sells biden's public office. they keep the mustn't with hunter or -- the money with hunter or jim, and they take

kick back to joe. it's quite a typical chinese arrangement which is outlined in peter schweizer's book. lou: right. >> basically, hunter biden is a drug-addicted bagman for his father. lou: yeah. >> very simple -- you can simplify it into one of the old-fashioned corruption cases. lou: well, you're one of the country's, at one time one of the country's foremost u.s. attorneys and prosecutors. is there not enough in all that the new york post has reported, plus whatever you may have additionally, but is there not enough here for a full-fledged investigation? i mean, we're talking about millions of dollars from from china -- [laughter] russia and ukraine. >> given the evidence that i've turned over to them going back to january of last year, i mean, there's enough for a conviction. [laughter] i mean, i would rate this case

as one of the easier rico cases that i ever had, and i'm the one who started the rico prosecutions not only of the mafia, but of white collar crime and political corruption. this is about as easy a case you're going to get at this level. you've got five witnesses, you've got video confession, you've got, now, e-mails that are damning, and you have an explanation of the distribution of the e illegal money that hunter biden provides. and there are more e-mails and texts that explain how hunter biden divides the money and the father gets some of the money. so joe, when the most crooked man in ukraine wanted to get his company out of trouble, he hired hunter. but that money was for joe, and it was for joe to save his company which, in fact, he did. in february of 2016, the

soon enough, as we all know. let's turn to former vice president joe biden, the democratic nominee, not even being asked a single question based on the reporting of "the new york post" with documentary evidence, with pictures that disprove some of the claims particularly that the former vice president did not know, hadn't had any interaction with the9 officials at burisma, the ukrainian energy company, and also the architecture of a deal that is at least by inferential logic, a deal in the tens of millions of dollars from which joe biden may have been taking half of that money. your thoughts about that scandal and the crickets we hear from the reare republican-led -- republican-led department of justice. >> well, lou, this is nothing short of a bombshell. i mean, this is alarming, it's

disturbing. but, unfortunately, this is something that president trump's seen for a while. a lot of the coffer-up that's been going -- cover-up that's been going on not only within some levels of government, but you're seeing it with the media where you literally have a story breaking. new york post is a publication that's been around for over a hundred years, breaks the story, shows documentation that hunter biden apparently arranged a meeting between his dad, vice president at the time joe biden, and communist party officials with the chinese government. and the fact that the media won't even ask questions about it, and twitter is blocking even the distribution of it, it's something that ought to frighten every american and, frankly, the fact that george stephanopoulos didn't ask one single question last night when this story was breaking, it was out there widely known, and he just sat by and lobbed softballs all night long. it shows you what's going on in this race. lou: right. it shows you clearly, particularly when you think it's the disney company that owns a

there is considerable evidence in "the new york post"'s outstanding reporting. >> yeah. the post, the post articles have been very important, putting a lot of detail, putting a lot of detail on what the bidens did do. i think it's important, however, to go back to several years ago. we've known the general shape of the bidens' corruption in ukraine basically since 2015. "the new york times" was reporting it then. the reason the press is burying it now is because the context has changed entirely. it appears that the clintons leaked it to "the new york times" to keep joe biden out of the 2016 primary race. they all know what's happening here. they're burying it. but the bigger problem is not just the press. the fact is we're seeing repetition of what christopher wray's fbi is up to. in december, as mayor giuliani was talking about, not only did they get word of the hard drive, but that was also when they were

putting the president through an impeachment process that had to do with the bidens' corruption in ukraine. as many of us were saying at the time, the president was absolutely correct to want to know what was going on with the bidens in ukraine. and now we see that the fbi, christopher wray's fbi, buried that. this is part of a larger cover-up. lou: yeah. it is a cover-up that has extended. it is now clear that the current director of the fbi has much to answer for. it is not simply stonewalling, it is not similarly slow rolling. this is a full-fledged cover-up by the upper officials of the fbi. do you agree? >> absolutely. lou: i'm sorry -- >> it's an active cover-up. no, it's an active cover-up. lou: so why is it with a republican attorney general, one in whom this president and many republicans had great confidence in, that this is still ongoing,

irrespective. in 2016 only 30% of evangelicals said they were voting for the president, and a 45% were voting against hillary clinton. joining us tonight is pastor robert jeffress from the first baptist church of dallas, fox business contributor, great american and, always, good to see you. we appreciate your being with us each friday evening. and some good news for the president, momentum in the battleground states and the approval of evangelicals surging. your thoughts about why that's occurring right now. >> well, four years ago most evangelicals were voting against hillary clinton. they didn't know president trump like i did. they just knew they didn't want hillary clinton anywhere near the oval office. but it's different this time around. the reason people are voting for this president rather than against joe biden is his unparalleled list of accomplishments for evangelicals

and all americans. especially in the pro-life, pro-religious liberty arena. and, lou, i just have to say this, this week we have heard from that turncoat ben sasse who accused the president of other things, of mocking evangelicals. lou: yep. >> you know, there's a difference between mocking christian leaders -- which i've done myself -- and mocking christianity itself. and i can tell you this president has never mocked christianity. in fact, we heard him yesterday in north carolina say something astounding when he credited one person with helping healing through this coronavirus that he suffered, and that is jesus christ. he unashamedly talked about his faith in jesus christ, and i believe this president has the ref e reasons for the -- reverence for the lord, and i would just encourage evangelicals not to listen to those naysayers and turncoats like ben sasse. lou: well, sol of the things
