they purposely set up the deal in a shell corporation so hunter wouldn't have to register with the u.s. government. the fara violation, this is exactly what general michael flynn was charged with. take that one on first. >> yeah. there are so many legal issues here that demand investigation by the doj, and especially by a session counsel, her from the mainstream media for three years. russia collusion. appointed a special counsel for 1months. went through all president trump's finances and information and documents. you have a direct witness testifying and giving testimony and documenting that the senate homeland security committee today said was authentic documents. this absolutely demands an investigation. i think under 18 usc section 201 i think biden and the biden family have bribery and corruption type legal issues that have criminal penalties and all of this needs to be investigated. elizabeth: okay.

and then next, federal investigators, this is according to "the daily caller" news foundation, the federal investigators got a fisa warrant against one of hunter biden's chinese business partners at that chinese energy company that hunter partnered with, that is patrick ho. he was charged in december 2017 with conspiracy to violate the foreign corrupt practices act and money laundering. related to chinese oil contracts in chad. this guy wires a million bucks to hunter biden's law firm via a shell so hunter biden can represent him in this case. do you see how circular this? this guy was charged with the same laws that general flynn was charged with, hunter biden representing a chinese official but he set up a shell to avoid the charges. do you see how circular that is? >> this is a shell game. using companies to move money

around and filtering money to his father and using his connections to the administration to get clients to use his ability to get into the administration to lobby for clients. it is completely against the law. it is corrupt behavior. last night bobulinski said that at the best it is compromised. i would say it is more than compromised. there is certainly corrupt behavior boeing on that needs to be investigated. i know it will not happen before the election. i hope and pray after the election the doj will look at all this. elizabeth: let's move on. let's keep going on this because here's what else happened. okay the deal starts to fall apart with chinese, the chinese energy company cefc and hunter biden. then tony bobulinski finds out later that cefc used shell companies to wire five $ to hunter biden's law firm and they also set up a five million dollar loan for the bidens. that is what tony bobulinski's documents are indicating.

then, hunter biden, tony bobulinski says was asked by cefc to represent it in a deal to buy a 14% stake in rosneft. so there are all the side deals, secret deals that tony bobulinski didn't hear about. he said, wait a second you're cutting me out of all of this. so this is the deal making that hunter biden allegedly was doing on the side and tony bobulinski wasn't cut in on this. what is your final word on that? >> and joe biden got a cut, the big man, bobulinski said, he told it to the american people last night on tucker's show, that the big man was joe biden. not only was he directly getting money from these deals, but his family was getting money from these deals. elizabeth: yeah. so but we don't know where that money is though. it says 10% for the big guy in an email. there is no evidence yet that joe biden has gotten that money. congressman we'll stay on the story. we'll bring you back on. we'll keep digging into this. will you come back soon,

they are the militant arm of the democratic party. most of these major cities where you've seen the outbursts of violence and the devastation, the assaults, the arson, the murder, they're in cities run by democrats. and you know, these are things that can be dealt with, if they're dealt with right. they have the right leadership. and these leaders have chosen not to do anything. that, that leads me to believe that it is intentional. elizabeth: let's go through it. 12 cops injured in philadelphia. 30 were, excuse me, 12 hospitalized. 30 were injured overall. 91 arrested after walter wallace was shot dead by police. he was, chasing them with a knife. critics saying why didn't you taser him? why didn't you just i can take him down another way. there is that debate. i don't want to stay on that debate.

that is serious one. we understand it. we get it. it's a serious debate to v the issue is this. when you see what we're seeing on camera, the reaction. we have protesters and rioters breaking into walmart. breaking into target. breaking in stealing televisions, washing machines. cars crashing into each other. when you see that, the father of walter wallace saying stop it. you have got to listen. let let he's listen to walter wallace. the father of walter wallace the man shot dead by cops. listen to this. >> i want in my son's name everybody to stop this. give my son a chance and our family, like we decent people, you know what i mean? i don't want target us like like we animals and we not. we deserve respect and ask the public and anybody to have respect for our family, to pray for us and, you know, cut it out because looting is very mind

set. it will not bring my son back. >> right. elizabeth: there is so much nobility and integrity with what the father is saying there. when you heard that, what was your thought? >> it's sad. you know, it's sad. because these people, has nothing to do with wallace. the looterring and the rioting and arson has nothing to do with him this is an excuse for them to go into the communities and act like animals and loot and pillage and do all of the stuff they're doing. has absolutely nothing to do with wallace. we've seen this, not only in philadelphia, we've seen it all over the country. it is an excuse to go out there and do this i feel bad for the father. he is right. you know, you're destroying our community. it is the community they live in. why do you come in here and destroy a community? it shouldn't be done. the. elizabeth: retailers in philly, by the way there is curfew 9:00 p.m. tonight in philadelphia. retailers and small businesses,

let's welcome back to the show young americans for liberty analyst. she is an author. she is a great writer, a columnist. it is kristen tate. kristen, love having you on. okay. when you see this record turnout, it will beat 2016, it is on track to do that, there is lots of talk about what will decide the 2020 race. what do you think it is? is it covid-19? jobs? hunter biden business dealings, stories in "the new york times" and "washington post" about the trump organization, their business dealings? what is it? what is the deciding factor? what do you think? >> liz, this election i think is so much bigger than one issue or any one topic. this is an election about what it means to be an american and who we are as a nation. we're dealing with one party right now that wants to potentially do away with the filibuster, pack the supreme court, add states by giving statehood to puerto rico, and you know, all of these other radical things, open borders. they have want to do away with

the second amendment. and then you have another party that is championing, that is a that champion for capitalism. one party for the american dream. this is crossroads for a nation. i think voters understand that. this is very different visions. this election is much bigger than donald trump or joe biden. we have a big decision to make. that is fundamentally what this election is all about. elizabeth: you're saying this is an election that is about, you know, changing the dna of the country, of who we are as a country? what we value? what has brought us here to where we are as a country? the electoral college, the founding fathers, you know so vital and electrifying vision of entrepreneurial genius for this country. we hear what you're saying. but then you see stories in "the new york times," president trump, got $280 million of debt forgiven by deutsche bank and fortress investment to build a

massive skyscraper in chicago. we see the stories by "the times." we see stories over in the "washington post" reporting that trump businesses made 2 1/2 million dollars from government events at his hotels. they said 8 million from the dynamic between his supporters and his businesses. i don't know how they figured that out. you see those stories too. when you see stories streaming across the crawl lines and headlines, you have to say, what is the voter going to think, right? >> well the problem is that the mainstream media has totally ruined its own credibility because voters have been reading anti-trump stories every single day, it all kind of gets lost in the noise. the hunter biden scandal though liz, should have much bigger impact. a lot of voters are not aware of the story because the media refuses to cover it. regardless hot next president is, one big story from this election is going to be the media and how playing flagrant

is has become. in 2016 the mainstream media covered the hillary clinton email scandal. they believe that is why trump won. they will not let that happen again this time. that is why they are burying the hunter biden emails have not been really disputed by anyone in the biden family. they haven't said that the emails aren't real. when when the media talk about the story. they don't cover the substance of the story. the real story that the "new york post" journalist didn't know whether or not to actually cover it. or the real story that rudy giuliani is somehow compromised or the real story is russia. they always go back to russia when they have got nothing else, but thank goodness we have networks like fox business around fox news who have real journalists that are covering the facts of this scandal as it comes out and that could make all the difference in an election could be decided by a few of tens of thousands of votes. elizabeth: you know trump won in

2016, he said i'm going to take on the swamp. hunter biden said effectively what i was doing was pretty swampy. i basically got where i was, he told abc because the last name of his father you know, joe biden. so you know, you wonder if that zeitgeist is still there right now if the voters sees that, trump was taking on the swamp and he is going to try to do it again because this hunter biden story feels pretty swampy. your final word, kristen. >> people are so sick of the swamp creatures, who haven't had a real private sector job in decades. they have been sitting in government. trump says, joe biden has all the grand plans. why hasn't he done that in the decades he has been in the senate or when he was vice president? this is why trump won in 2016. to drain the swamp. it's a message definitely still resonates. elizabeth: all right. kristin tate. good to see you. thanks for joining us. come back soon. >> thank you so much, liz.
