lou: and newburyport claims the hapless fbi had initially no interest in taking possession of hunter biden's laptop from a computer repair shop in delaware, an attorney for the

shop's owner the owner john paul macisaac provided a statement to john solomon, the attorney saying that isaac's father who lives in new mexico tried giving a copy to the fbi last summer but the bureau turned them away, fbi agents then contacted the father of october of last year as a radical dems were ramping up their impeachment proceedings of all things and then a few weeks later agents returned to the shop to seize the laptop and that is where we are. multiple reports also claiming hunter biden is under a criminal money laundering investigation under the fbi according to the reporting of james rosen, the bureau is a looking into firms associated with hunter biden and his family business associates.

that investigation according to rosen's reporting started last year about the same time the fbi took possession of hunter biden's laptop. new evidence has also been given by former biden associate tony bobulinski, joining us tonight jim hanson former u.s. army special forces, president of the security studies group, national security and foreign policy think tank. good to have you with us. maybe you could make some sense of what is going on here. i have not seen a very satisfactory to me from the government the fbi first refuses to take a laptop, the fbi then has a subpoena to take possession of the laptop that has been twice offered to them, what is going on with the fbi? >> a lot of things and none of them good. we rely on the fbi to keep americans safe and we have a situation now where they have

failed miserably to do that job, they allowed the vice president, former vice president joe biden to go unnoticed as he and his family ran a corruption paper play scheme around the globe and when people tried to hand them evidence they turned away and sit on it for long enough now in the very last minute of the campaign we are seeing just how bad this was, were seen that joe biden knew about this, he facilitated it, he took meetings and there's evidence of crimes that are on a verified e-mail trail that down to the christological level we know is legitimate. it is disgraceful and we can't let the fbi get away with this work on behalf of the american people. lou: thanks to the terrific work of tucker carlson we now know a lot about tony bobulinski and his role as he stood there

before the debate, the last presidential debate having to defend his name, his family's name against attacks from a well-known lawyer who happens to be a congressman who is a liar and a level that we have not seen to our knowledge at least ever in the congress of the united states, adam schiff. absolutely vilified tony bobulinski as an agent or an actor in russian disinformation. it was appalling to hear that and to know that the media, the national left-wing media has been carrying the lies of a man that they know full well can barely speak without lying. >> and they continue to do that, it was brave of tony bobulinski to come forward. i don't blame him if you smear me and my family all come back into hard and he came very

credibly, very engaged and informed on all the issues because he was there. he made a very good point, he said this is not me telling you this, i'm just handing you the same things i handed the fbi, evidence from hunter biden's mouth, jim biden's mouth, from joe biden's meeting notes that say they all knew about the paper play corruption, they knew they were hiding the 10% stake of joe biden in the chinese venture and together were conducting a criminal conspiracy involving money laundering and tax evasion. all of those things are not tony bobulinski's fictional ramblings, their e-mails and text messages from the principles involved, it is time for them to pay the price. lou: we know based on the evidence that tony bobulinski put forward and some from other quarters but principally from tony bobulinski.

that laptop contained much of the information, it was in the possession of the fbi for ten months for a period of ten months without any interest or action by them. then suddenly when he appears, they appear in they appear first as he is moving toward the chair in front of the senate homeland security committee. their intervention blocks his public testimony, his further testimony to the committee and now we find that committee will not be providing further public details until after the election so i cannot help given what we have seen from the politically corrupt fbi and justice department, i cannot help them believe all of that was intentional and part of the fbi because the result was not more information for the public, it was to obfuscate the whole issue, the whole event and they

succeeded, your thoughts? >> you are absolutely right, what they were covering up with their own malfeasance and malpractice and are conducting investigations that a second grader could see was required by what they found on hunter biden's laptop which nobody disputes his hunters laptop, nobody disputes these e-mails are real, there's a lot of smoke in mears by the democrats trying to pretended something else but they got the evidence, the fbi sat on it, they stopped the american public from finding these things out, it's time to be informed for an election, that is partisan malpractice by the fbi and somebody needs to clean house over there, i hope it's president trump in his second term. lou: i concur. jim hanson, thank you so much, we appreciate it. good to see you. the "lou dobbs tonight" quotation of the day from my

convene hearings on the everyday. lou: why would not out of sheer embarrassment and shame the chief judge, the federal judiciary not reached down and take this district court judge out of his seat and put in someone who really intends to do justice and would take into account four years of persecution of general michael flynn and his family, why would chief justice roberts not insist that the happen? >> i wish i knew the answer to that, i can't say that i really do, we have had a motion to disqualify judge to limit also pending for now a month and of course he obviously has not granted that. everything is just sitting there apparently he wants to wait until the election, there was a conversation at the hearing about having to wait until a new

president was elected or perhaps the new attorney general kaman, it seems to be the most political prosecution of our lifetime. lou: the federal judiciary is politically corrupt as a justice department of the fbi, the federal judiciary is starting to look like something conjured up by the soviet union and not by our founding fathers, now were watching big tech censorship century as we discussed on the show earlier not only the president of the united states but the commissioner of customs and border protection because his agency has been so effective in stopping murderers and rapists and drug dealers and traffickers outer border and they call that hate speech as he is explaining, probably accomplished at our southern

obama came in with a negative increase in u.s. death rate and turned it into a positive one, it is gonna steadily since then until president trump came in and is going back down again despite having to deal with covid. lou: i should say when it says positive it means higher and negative means lower, this president has worked hard and the public health authorities have worked hard, even many of the public health agencies are so politicized now that they're not in unison with the white house to acknowledge what they have achieved together which is lower death rate from this virus, much has been learned in the american public is a beneficiary here. the suppression of the vote, the

times you did not vote for empires and kings, they were imposed upon you and the policies were imposed upon you but as john j the first chief justice of our supreme court said god has given us the privilege in this christian nation of choosing our leaders and the reason it is important to vote, by our vote we are choosing the moral and spiritual direction of our country and not to vote is a sin against god innocent against this country, the good news, people of faith are turning out in the selection at unprecedented levels. lou: let's take a look at the numbers, the even debacle likely voters if we could put that on the screen, it's a very impressive figure in 2016 the number was 70% of evangelical supporting trump and 79% this year, that is perhaps a

difference maker if this turns out to be very close race, your thoughts? >> that survey showed that nine out of ten evangelicals plan to vote in the selection and we remember evangelicals make up nearly one half of the total republican vote, if you've got 910 voting in 79% of them support president trump, that is a huge tailwind for this president going into the election, republicans are not guaranteed a victory with evangelical support but there guaranteed a loss without it as mitt romney discovered, i think the president is looking very good for election day novembe november 3. lou: as we wrap up on this beautiful friday in america, your thoughts about next week and what the outcome will be?
