the president has a six-point lead in pennsylvania in the trump campaign has declared victory and claimed pennsylvania 20al electoral votes. president trump is ahead of joe biden by 1% north carolina and the president is leading biden by 1.5% in georgia. the foxnews decision desk says joe biden one the state of arizona and 11 electoral votes. the trump campaign is adamant they will protect the integrity of the selection and they will be able to declare victory in arizona by the end of this week. just over 600,000 votes remain to be counted the president is behind only 93000 votes there. president trump expressing his frustration with the delay and states calling many of those races last night after results showed him leading in a number of the states.

everybody a ballot and were looking at philadelphia, it's interesting why those are not counted yet are they waiting to see how many extra votes they need before they bring that forward, the president one pennsylvania, with arizona and he'll get another four years because he earned it. lou: we look around the country, five states, six date, georgia and went to democratic stronghold, fulton county georgia is having a terrible time because of her broken water pipe that is absolutely nothing to do with the ballots and they just stopped counting, just stopped and we look at five democratic states, those are the democrat run states, is it coincidental that there's five democratic states that don't know how to count and move balance forward in the law and the rules surrounding the prerogatives of the opposing party, that seems to be the case

but the big majority of states know how to get it done. >> not just that, think about joe biden he saw all the polls and they were all wrong, the poll that matters is emerging public and president trump knew it, you know what he knew the pull of the american public because he was listening to them and talking to them i've never seen a man with this worth ethic doing five rallies a day we end up at the end of the night being exhausted, can you do a telephone town hall with more people inside the congressional race as well, joe biden could not get out almost anything, that's why the end of the day president trump is going to win another four years because the american public knows that he is the one who can rebuild the economy and we can't take anything for granted that's what we have lawyers on the ground, inside and will have to fight because we want to make sure every legal vote is counted but it's the legal votes that had to be counted and they should not be voting after the election, nobody believes in that.

here's what's happening, they are saying the secretary of state of pennsylvania is all of a sudden saying there's still millions of ballots to be counted, that number continues to be changed, and you asked the actual number they said we don't know, i don't howow that's possible, how can you make an argument that millions of ballots need to be counted but when you asked for a specific number they say we don't know what the number is, we know that the city has a history of fraudv when it comes to elections and we will make sure that does not happen, we will make sure that the voting has stopped and that people are continuing to do that and there is no stuffing of ballots, our people have the right under the law to inspect what is going on not from 30 feet away were happy to do it from i 6 feet away but they've conceded the fact that here in philadelphia we have a right to see what's going on in there trying to keep us from going back in their people walking around with badges and putting

dhillon member of the 2020 trump advisory council, the national co-chair of lawyers for trump, great to have you here. in my own mind, you are busy now. >> it's been a long night and your show has done an excellent job of highlighting the critical hotspots around the country, rest assured we have a squad of lawyers on the ground already in the remaining states including the ones that have been called, michigan, wisconsin and we are fighting hard in arizona, pennsylvania and we are pushing "rd to have the results declared in georgia and north carolina, the new york times has retracted its early call for arizona, i believe fox still has it out there but we believe because the ballots that have not been counted yet in arizona are same day yesterday votes which will skew towards the president that we have a good

chance of making up the less than 100,000 deficit with over 600,000 ballots left to be counted there. lou: 93000 is what we have the last gapsi for the president and narrowing. let's go to pennsylvania, one of the most egregious examples, savannah guthrie shocked that no one required a postmark on a ballot, we have other examples where no one is comparing rigorously ballot signatures to make sure that they have a match, we have a supreme court that decided that it's all just fine as they try to avoid obviously taken a position in this race, your thoughts, pennsylvania buildup to early voting weatherby in person votes or mailing with the lax rules

that are simply encouraging fraud in their state. >> let's start with the premise that the right to vote is very fundamental and one stray vote should be appalling to anybody in the civilbo rights world, if the situation was reversed and it was a red state, texas doing this to democrat vote observers we would have multiple lawsuits filed by the naacp, the aclu, fdl see all the awful votes would be filing lawsuits but we don't operate that way. in pennsylvania we had a thug a situation where a lot of voter intimidation of lawyers, lawyers have been threatened in pennsylvania in philadelphia by the city attorney for arrest if they're not pennsylvania license attorney, that is not the law anywhere in the country people have a civil right, they don't have to be a lawyer to be observed, as corey lewandowski

mentioned observing from 30 feet away is meaningless and then impossible to compare signatures or jack to a mismatch, the fact that the ballots under the secretary of state rule can be counted even if they are not postmarked is p outrageous and also a violation of the united states constitution which gives only the legislature or congress the right toe, set those rules,y changing arbitrarily and having not endorsed by the pennsylvanit supreme court that is one of the things that we expect to go back to the court in that state, hopefully as we continue counting and continue being aggressive in insisting on a rate we will win the raquel and maybe not need to go back into the courts but that's a battleground and we have lawyers including getting pennsylvania lawyers into those rooms where they're allowed legally to observe in other areas that were talking about the contested races in detroit, the polling officials are actually putting up cardboard over the windows to make it impossible physically

for observers to see what is happening in the counting room, nobody can object to a signature mismatch, a lack of a postmark, even in the case of an voter being honest and dropping in the mail it is the case around the country that the united states postal service does not frank or postmark bowl camille so in california we have the same issue where the ballots are prepaid by the state, but by mail ballots, it's quite possible for many of them to not be. lou: what is the likely outcome of the lawsuit in your assertion under the law under the constitution and why in god's name were those rights asserted in anticipation of what we were witnessing right now. >> some of them have been asserted throughout the year end prior litigation so i don't want anyone to come away with the the rnc orthat

republicans or state party sat on their hands and waited a lot of these were litigated in advance we followed lawsuits around the country and got things and some we did not, unfortunately the pennsylvania happened between ruth baderh ginsburg's death and the seating of amy coney barrett, and narrow time when it was afforded for ruling in juster's roberts voted the t wrong way if that comes bk up would not have a different outcome. lou: what a shock. are you confident that we will see this addressed and you will prevail in court and that the president, his lawsuits will be productive? >> yes i'm confident that some of these things will resolve without a lawsuit in the narrow ones that may require we will aggressively pursue them all away, hopefully we will win soon we are projecting by the end of the week to finalize the tumor states that we need.
