see you again tomorrow night. good to see you. e'll see you back here psalm time tomorrow. ♪ -- same time tomorrow. ♪ lou: good evening, everybody. it has been a week since the radical dems tried to steal an election from president trump, or so it appears. and finally there is a signal of life coming from the department of justice. attorney general william barr has authorized the justice department now to investigate substantial allegations of voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election. within hours of the attorney general's or authorization, the man who would normally lead such an effort, the director of the department of justice election crimes branch, reresigned.

his resignation is a clear indication that he lacked much of any desire to investigate possible voter fraud in this election. without pilg e r holding the d. back, the department move swiftly to identify instances of voter fraud and irregularity. president trump remains confident that good nudes will be come -- good news will be coming and soon. this is what the president tweeted today. quote: we are making big progress. results start to come in next week. make america great again. president trump's fight for a fair election is one that a vast majority of his supporters are enthusiastically behind. a new politico/morning consult poll shows 70% of republicans do not believe the election was free, they do not believe the election was fair. and of those, 78% say that

mail-in ballots led to voter fraud. 72% say they believe ballots were tampered with. well, the votes from election day are stilling being counted all around the country, many in battleground states. and the idea that those battleground states were free of any interference is not widely held. it is where the trump campaign has launched a number of legal challenges to how those vote tallies were counted whether in mail-in ballots or whether within the accounting systems themselves. in arizona right now, the president is within 15,000 votes of joe biden. there are 61,000 ballots, we're told, still to be counted in the state. and in pennsylvania more than 53,000 mail-in ballots have yet to be counted, a further 114,000

provisional ballots are being reviewed, and joe biden has a 47,000-vote lead as we speak. in georgia where there will be a recount, president trump now trails biden by fewer than 13,000 votes. we'll be taking up the latest in president trump's ongoing efforts to insure every legal ballot is counted. attorneys harmeet dhillon and sidney powell are in the fight, and they join us. as does the trump campaign's senior adviser, corey lewandowski, also in the fight. and victor davis hanson, who has the best perspective on all of this from his lofty station as one of the country's preeminent, preeminent historians. well, we want to turn now to affordable care act back in the hands of the supreme court today. all nine justices heard oral

arguments in the third major challenge now to obamacare since it was implemented. those justices trying to decide whether the law can still stand or some part of it after congress removed the financial penalty or the mandate, the individual mandate, for not buying health insurance. and on wall street today, the rally goes on. on wall street stocks finished mixed. the dow up 263 points, the s&p last 5, the nasdaq down 160. volume on the big board, still heavy trading, 6 billion shares. well, we're going to turn now to the battle between president trump and vice president biden. and joining us on the phone tonight, we're going to bring in a representative of the citizen coalition that is led by the cofounders of a group called allied security operations group, keith lewis and russ will

be joining us here, and you're going to find, i think, that discussion fascinating as well as the creation of a new web site to show fraud and to show the impact of fraud and the various levels of fraud, hypotheticals waiting to be proved, but you will see in this new graphic the considerable variance of the impact on battleground statements of fraud whether it's mail-in balloting, whether it is electronic voting systems themselves. we are right now joined by one of the attorneys of the trump legal team. she is defense attorney sidney powell. she joins us by phone. sidney, great to have you with us. let me, let me ask you, first, where does the battle from your, from your viewpoint stand tonight? >> it stands with needing a lot more work done because we're inundated with reports of fraud

ranging from statistical analysis and incredible anomalies of hundreds of thousands of votes being injected repeatedly into voting systems, particularly -- lou: right. >> -- in wayne county, michigan, and in wisconsin. there were over a million votes injected on behalf of mr. biden into the system that don't seem to trace to anybody else in the same number, repeatedly injected. and now we've got affidavits that were just filed by another firm in michigan explaining that there were all kinds of shenanigans going on in wayne county. it's really a dramatic affidavit. i just sent a copy of it to your staff so, hopefully, you can pull some of the exact language from it. but vans pulled up with big container ors of what had to be votes because the vote of 100,000 or more mysteriously

appeared, and the data bears that out that things, you know, votes that were not proper were injected into the system as well. lou: the accounts of voter fraud in various forms across the country but particularly in the battleground states, these are numerous and, you know, as journalists, fox business is pretty good at counting. but to maintain any kind of count here is swamping everybody. and i would think particularly the white house and the campaign headquarters because you've asked for, you know, anyone to alert you to these possible frauds. it's got to be absolutely are a tidal wave -- absolutely a tidal wave based on just the portion that we have seen. is there sufficient staff? are you looking for volunteers?

are there more lawyers to be hired? what is the plan there? >> well, i'm actually undertaking my own sort of independent effort now. i have started a web site called defending the republic.org where people can donate to the fund because i want this fraud fully prosecuted on behalf of the voters and the american people that deserve election integrity and to know that their legal votes count and were not eradicated by fraud or by illegal votes of other people. and it's just going to take a much more bigger effort than i see being conducted right now. lou: well, it's very difficult to understand what all must be happening at the top the -- the top levels of the legal team, have more students been filed today? >> there was a supplemental

filed in michigan today, and there's going to be a suit filed in georgia soon. one thing people need to start screaming about in georgia is the inability to conduct a reliable second election there. they're going to have to do a runoff election in georgia. that shouldn't be happening when voting machines aren't working properly and there are statistical anomalies there also. the system is completely unreliable. they've already ordered a recount, but a forensic audit needs to be done with those voting machines and under no circumstances should they proceed with a runoff election for anybody until everything has been cured. lou as you say, a forensic audit as opposed to an audit. the experts that i'm talking with say that an audit is just worthless, the classic audit in a recount, because all of the damage that may have been done to the software that is making discreet judgments that don't

♪ ♪ lou: tonight we're going to introduce you to a representative of a citizen coalition that's being built as we speak led by the cofounders of allied security operations group. keith lewis and russ ramslin, they in partnership with the economic war room, are leading a grassroots organization trying to so far the full extent of fraud that occurred in electronic voting systems over the past week or two. and, certainly are on election

day. and in accounting rooms as well, particularly in battleground states. i want to bring in now from dallas, texas, keith lewis. keith and i will talk, first, about what he thinks is the extent of fraud and show you a web site that they've created to look at various scenarios of various kinds of fraud. and i assure you, it appears to be extensive now. all of the data they've worked with has been reported to date. they having aggregated it and put it in form for all of us to look at and to respond to. this is, obviously, that data, much of it is not proved. but when you see what keith lewis has to show us, you're going to be fascinated. keith, first of all, welcome to the broadcast. i have to say to you that, first of all, as a citizen, let me just say thank you for what you and your coalition are doing for this country.

it's, it is just sickening to think of the level of fraud in the country. how extensive do you think that fraud is, keith? >> lou, first of all, just wanted to say thank you for what you do and to be able to follow my friend siny paul -- sidney paul and the great work that she does, it's terrific to be here. and to answer your question, press and i have been -- russ and i have been chasing down election fraud mostly on the cyber side as others, heritage foundation and others, were working on the voter fraud side for all of this last period of time. so our focus has been there. but what we saw, lou, was a screaming need to look at the, to look at the public side of this a because we didn't -- we know the lawyers are going to chase down and do the legal side, but what we were looking for is how do we turn public opinion, how do we let everyday americans understand how rampant fraud is. so with that, we put together --

lou: let me, let me -- >> [inaudible] go ahead. lou: let me, let's put that up, if we may, and show everybody what the site -- everylegalvote.com -- looks like, what you'll find when you go to everylegalvote.com. could we put that up, please? okay. it's up and what you're looking at there is the current situation. this is alleged fraud, shared fraud. give us -- tell us what we're looking at here, keet, if you would, real quick. >> what you're looking at is an interactive map. we tried to make this a simple way to take mounds and mounds of data and make it viewable to everyday america. lou: yeah. >> so that map, you can select a state, and it will drill down to the county maps, the county populations, and then we report

the ago regated stories about fraud in each one of those states. lou: i just want to point out, as you will note there in orange, each one of those are battleground states in which there is alleged fraud. and the rest are reflect at least the agreed-upon trump and biden aloe -- aloe e case of the electoral votes. now, let's show what that vote count looks like and what that map looks like if we include reports of fraud. let's go to that map now, please. >> yes. you're toggling between the current status and then with fraud. lou: yes. >> and without. lou: and this -- right. and if we can, let's go to the next map. and shows no voter fraud and

reverses entirely the circumstance and the vote count of -- electorally. those electoral votes basically do almost an even flip when you take into account fraud and remove it from the map. so it's dramatic. and with that you have, also, on the site, keet, a drilldown, as you suggested, in those questionable states for every voter to understand what's happening to his or her vote and how porous and vulnerable our electoral system is to intervention by bad actors, whether they be domestic or foreign, right? >> that is correct. and we we also have a button that they can report fraud upward to us, they can share their stories. we have a really interesting section called a primer on fraud. which this is the stuff that russ and i have been working on

where we actually put in very common language all of the types of fraud that are out there. so the fraud primer, and then there's a deep dive for those that want a ph.d. in election fraud. president-elect. he hasn't been elected president. no matter what the national left-wing media, the radical dems, the rinos and the, well, almost everyone in the deep state try to tell you. murphy has legal precedence to follow as well as the law. in 2000 the head of the gsa under bill clinton denied george w. bush any transition funding until mid december. and we just want to salute emily murphy for enforcing the law and making judgments in the interest of the nation. we salute you. joining us now, harmeet dhillon, a member of the 2020 trump advisory council, national co-chair of lawyers for trump. great to have you with us, harmeet. i think i said the attorneys for trump. i misspoke, and i want to apologize to all of the attorneys out there who want to be differentiated from lawyers, i suppose. but it's great to have you here. this is a hell of a battle.

it's starting to warm up. the president is, obviously, he's on his charger ready to ride, and here we go. you have been in the fight for days now. you, you have, you've got an immense task before you just in organization, for crying out loud. how is the fight going, and where are, where is the country in the vote count right now as far as you can tell? >> well, the fight is going well, lou. there are a lot of lawyers around the country energized and volunteering. several lawyers from my firm have done that. i have been busy 18, 20 hours a day sending lawyers different places to do different tasks, some online screening allegations of fraud and some getting ready to participate in a recount, some are involved in litigation. so i think we're doing well, and we have significant allocations in multiple states.

now, what the democrats are trying to do gaslight us and our supporters by saying, first, there's no ed of any fraud -- evidence of any fraud. second, there's no evidence of substantial fraud. then after we present that evidence, there's no evidence of fraud that would affect the outcome of the election. we have issues involving whether ballots can or should be counted after the date of the election even though the pennsylvania legislature did not change that law and other issues like that miscounting. systematic problems with machines that verified signatures and so forth. so with all of those issues, we definitely are in the game in several of these states to turn the outcome. and, by the way, some of the states haven't even been called or finished their counting yet. i feel good about that. we can give it our all over the next few days, and everybody's doing that as far as i can tell. so, you know, at some point we will resolve one of these states after the over after the over, but it is quite premature and presumptuous, as you said, for

the former vice president to declare victory, begin measuring the drapes and hiring staff. it's a little bit early for that. lou: and it's also a little bit presumptuous of the national left-wing need -- media and the associated press to decide they will be the ones who are the arbiters of who is president-elect are. it is -- how do you, what's your reaction to the role of the media heresome. >> well, they should stay in their lane. but as you know, lou, in the last four years the media has been very much partisan, very much arrayed against our president and taking an oversized role. and now they are even doing things like calling out supporters of the president and/or calling out senators who refuse to congratulate joe biden on his premature calls for victory. that's what cnn's screens are being taken up with today. and so they're really going over the line, and they lost all credibility, most members of the media. they need to get back into their place.

look, in 2000 everybody gave al gore the time and the space to go through his legal challenges. and as he put it repeatedly, this isn't about his race, this is about the integrity of elections, and this is about americans' confidence in the integrity of those elections. and so justice determines that we -- lou: why don't the republicans just be straight up about it? you know, the democratic party defined itself immediately in the hours after the election in 2016. it was hashtag resist all the way. that has been their purpose. this time they said new nancy pelosi -- through nancy pelosi, through hillary clinton, don't concede, joe, no matter what. and now they want to heal. why the hell don't the republicans just put up, you know, r as in republican, r as in resist e and resist like hell? expwhrsh. [inaudible conversations] lou: i have been watching the republic -- yeah. >> we had a call earlier today with all of the members of the rnc, and ronna told us about all

of the litigation. so we have a huge litigation effort going on. nobody is conceding, nobody is giving in, nobody in the core of the republican party is out of step with the president. what you see is a few rinos, like you've pointed out, and other people who are part of this culture of lobbyists and pacs and all of that who have their eye on the next paycheck -- lou: the swamp. >> this is the trump party right now, and 70 million plus americans voted for him, and we are all entitled to a fair call of this election. lou: you know, one of the things that people forget in watching the judiciary committee hearing today, watching andrew mccabe, you know, shame on any republican who forgets what they've done to this party -- they being the deep state, the radical dems and the insidious politics of personal destruction. this is, this is the party of hate. and to come out with cute words

at the end of it, i wish republicans -- particularly republican leaders at the rnc level, governors -- i wish they would just start calling it like it is. becauses this is ap election that people -- because this is an election that people know the democrats really or really want to steal. and to the degree that that is made possible through passivity and some sort of bizarre need on the part of republicans -- i'm not a psychologist, but there's something wrong with folks who just have to be approved by, against standards of nicety that i just can't comprehend. i don't think most americans can. >> yes, i agree with you. lou: 71 million people voted for this who deserve one hell of a fight from everybody. >> that's right. i agree with you completely, lou. and what people need to understand is that if we roll over and play dead or let the democrats just scratch our bellies like obedient dogs, we can count on never winning an election again in this country

and never being taken seriously. so we need to fight, we need to make sure that the election results are certified correctly, and we need to root out any evidence and examples of fraud. for senators like cory booker and others to say there's no evidence of widespread fraud, how much fraud is too much fraud for the democrats? there should be no fraud in our elections, and we need to make sure it never happens again. we already have a lot of evidence of fraud that's been filed in court, but beyond that there are other legal arguments, lou. so all your viewers should know that the republican party is continuing to fight, and we're going to fight until this is fully determined. lou: and every legal vote.com, harmeet. those citizens making up that coalition are doing amazing work. they deserve both the interest and support, i believe, of republicans. check it out if you will, the site just went live today. harmeet dhillon, give 'em hell, please. i know you will. >> thank you, lou.

grassleyed today called on the justice department -- grassley today called on the justice department to investigate joe biden's son and his brother. senator grassley wants to know whether hunter and james biden should have registered as foreign agents while doing business with an energy firm backed by the chinese government. hunter biden reportedly texted his business associate, tony bobulinski, that he did not want to register as a foreign agent in maw of 2017 -- in may of 2017 which leads the senator to ask just where exactly did tony bobulinski go? also breaking, federal investigators have talked with a u.s. postal service whistleblower in erie, pennsylvania. and in a signed affidavit, richard hawkins says the postmaster in erie told employees to back date mail-in ballots to november 3rd. hopkins now being targeted as a whistleblower. he has been placed on unpaid

leave. that may sound like retribution and retaliation on the part of management to most, but apparently not to the u.s. postal service. perhaps, perhaps the justice department will be looking into that as well. our next guest has been fighting across the country, helping the trump campaign stop the efforts of radical dems, trying apparently in some pluses -- places to rig the election. at least the outcome. joining us now, corey lewandowski, senior adviser to the 2020 trump campaign. corey, how goes the fight? >> lou, you know, it's amazing. in philadelphia -- i don't know if your viewers saw this today, but we had covered a hit list, if you will, a list of individuals who were denied

access to the polling locations to view the ballots being counted, and one of the people on that list was myself where even though i had a badge to get in, they were going to deny me access. so the fight continues in pennsylvania. lou: the fight continues, and it is, it is a tough one, i know. any new developments that you can tell us about no matter where the battleground state, whether it is pennsylvania, michigan, arizona, nevada? tell us what's going the on. going on. >> look, lou, we're on the offense in a number of these court cases. what's amazing to us is that a state like north carolina where donald trump has got some 70,000 votes, they refuse to call for him. but in a astronaut like arizona where he's -- a state like arizona, he's up only 13,000, and they've called it. we have a number of court cases that we've filed, a number that

we feel very comfortable we're going to win. look, we know for sure that ballots that were supposed to be segregated out after they came in on election day in pennsylvania were not segregated out. those ballots should not count. as a matter of fact, justice ea lee toe -- alito required they be segregated out, and now they're counting them. they've never been session regated. we're in the offense -- segregated. lou, this race is far from over, and donald trump is going to be victorious when this is done. lou: and i want to just point out that -- and if we could point it up -- everylegalvote.com. it's a website that's put together by a citizen coalition going after voter fraud and the digital fraud in the electronic voting systems. and amongst the things i've learned talking with the people who built that site is this

electronic, this computer electronic voting system of ours, i don't care what state you're in, what county or city, it is wide open to fraud and intervention. and that is, to me, an extraordinary reality. your thoughts as we wrap up here. >> lou, you're exactly right. look, we can count the votes on "dancing with the stars" or survivor in about 15 seconds, but we can't get this vote done? this clearly seems to be some fraud. a number of people have come out of the woodwork to talk about these voting machines and some to have so-called patches that were added to these voting machines on the night before the election. clearly not in compliance with the rules. so we're looking at all of those things, but there seems to be real concern about the machines themselves. lou yeah. it's -- lou: yeah. it's extraordinary. corey, thanks for being with us and give 'em hell, please. corey lewandowski. up next, nancy pelosi losing control of her party to the

lou: breaking news, house speaker pei refuses to denounce socialism. republican house minority leader kevin mccarthy thinks he knows why. here he is talking to axios. >> the best way to raise money is just let nancy pelosi and aoc talk. >> so you bring up a relatively junior member congresswoman, ocasio-cortez. why do your people respond to vociferously to her? >> well, she runs the floor. >> what do you mean by that? >> that wing of the party, the socialist wing of the party, they are the new power of the democratic party. >> more so than speaker pelosi? >> oh, by far, by far. lou: well, joining us now, victor davis hanson, senior fellow at the hoover station at stanford -- hoover institution,

best selling author, great american and historian. victor, good to have you with us. we're at one of those points. a presidential election, a contested vote, charges of fraud. what do you think? >> well, i think we're going to see -- we have about 70 days before the inauguration. we're going to see this be adjudicated, and it's going to have a lot of bearing on georgia. and there's a lot of unknowns, 9/11 unknown -- known unknowns, lou. because what's going to the happen in georgia if the base feels the republican party didn't make a general wine effort to authenticate voting? they're not going to come out. what is joe biden going to do as he's been media-decowerred president-elect? is he going to go around the country and tell people we better take a second look at open borders and reparations, and is he going to do that

before the florida election? i don't think he's e going to do that, but he's going to have to do something because he can't stay in the basement anymore. if he says he's president-elect, people are going to want to know who he's going to appoint, what are his policies, and that's going to have a bearing. i don't know, do you think republicans have learned anything about the deleterious effects of extended voting, mail-in balloting, massaging the polls, calling states early in the media, the role of huge infusions of billionaire cash? they're going to have to come up very quickly. so all of these things are playing out as we speak. but it's not just two senate seats, it's the fate of the country. because the country might survive for a while joe biden, but it can't survive joe biden with a senate and the house. it's just not going to be -- because they can, as we talked before, they can end the filibuster, they can try to add states, they can immediately pack the court. so it's going to be one of the

most exciting next 30 or 40 days in history of this country. lou: and georgia with highly suspicious voting activity, more properly put highly suspicious counting activity whether it be the mail-in ballots or whether it be their electronic voting is systems. this is a huge problem across all of the battleground states, and we don't yet know what role it's going to play. but there's is suspected fraud in each and every one of those states. your reaction to that. >> well, that's a very good point because if you're a computer operator in florida or you're a vote counter or you're involved in some way with authenticating this upcoming election, the degree of your vigilance is going to fend on deterrence -- to depend on deterrence. so if the attorney general goes after what he feels are signs of fraud or the republican party

tries to hold people to account, that's going to have a deterrent effect on georgia officials. but if they let it go and say, you know what, we don't want to whine, we're not sore losers, let's quit, then the people who may have been culpable are going to be emboldened. there's not going to be any consequences. so in the next 30 days, both what happens legally or through the judicial system but, more importantly, the temper and the fortitude the of the trump supporter is going to be very important in signaling the georgia officials involved with this, for this election what is permissible and what's not permissible. lou: and the court itself as the campaign tries to bring up, develop all of the evidence and the proof that it can of all of its charges against the integrity of the system or lack of integrity, the court itself they have, in the minds of some,

signaled they would be willing to hear the case just by the ruling by samuel alito. what do you think their appetite is to become the policemen of these elections? i don't know, frankly, that they have much of a choice, do you? >> i don't think they have much of a choice if they're forced into it, but i don't think that john roberts, the chief justice, has much of an appetite for it. i think on the legal issue, i'm speaking as a novice, but it does seem to me as i read the constitution, and i've read some case history and i read what attorneys tell us and legal scholars that it's very clear in the constitution that the legislature set state laws unless they're overruled by the u.s. congress in matters such as, you know, women's suffrage or the 18-year-old vote. but otherwise they set the rules. it's not an unelected board person or a state judge. so it's pretty clear that pennsylvania altered and changed the legislature's laws and intent. the question is how brave will

the supreme court be if they find that's accurate and it changes what is perceived by half the country as a biden election, that means i think they're going to wait until what's the deal in north carolina, what's the deal in arizona, what's the deal in georgia. and if it's close and there's a real trump surge, then they might get involved. but if not so, i don't think they'll -- or it could work the other way. but i think they're going to be looking at how controversial a decision that was consistent with the constitution would be. lou: right. right. victor davis hanson, always good to talk with you, and it's great to talk with someone not a lawyer about -- [laughter] the constitution and the supreme court. thanks so much as always, victor davis hanson. we're coming right back, stay with us. non-valvular afib can mean a lifetime of blood thinners. and if you're troubled by falls and bleeds,
