$11 trillion in spending. do you have 11 trillion? because i do not have 11 trillion i have to do not have any patients for socialistic restructuring because as i have made plain on many occasions, i prefer the federal government leave me the hell alone. georgia is a lovely state and i have never had a bad time there. even when i watch john stewart's 9-inch nails like their forests in atlanta van. and he took me to it a strip club with beefy women dancers. this race could end up far more tragically than that nights. and again, we cannot let that happen. so that is why in this exhausting and interminable election cycle every 2024 republican presidential hope for is going to try and help david perdue and kelly loeffler over the initial line. the only person that can really move the needle is president trump. if he does in fact hold a few nothing to lose rallies that will be a sure sign he plans

injustices are righted in places like michigan and nevada. do they have any hope? >> they are going to get a chance to go through that process and a number of the states through the mandatory and requested recounts. my experience tells me the margins we are looking at, while they are close in general terms, they are pretty much outside the scope of what usually means in recount. leaving a hand recount of an entire state like georgia. i don't think there's a lot of the chance the results will change dramatically. kennedy: the trump team says there's a lot of ballot stuffing. there were dead people who vote voted. in states like pennsylvania there were late votes that may have arrived after the election day deadline that were still counted. so how do you take votes away that have already been tallied? >> pennsylvania will be one of the more interesting cases here. the state legislature set a

date to stop counting. the state came along after that and extended it. justice alito has told the state to segregate those ballots that were affected. the issue, there are two real issues. one, it is very hard for courts even if they find that the rules are violated to disenfranchise innocent voters. so as a remedy that is a tough one. number two they've done what i have seen and heard does not sound like even if that case was successful it would move enough votes to get pennsylvania into president trump's column. so i think it is an uphill battle and a lot of these cases. student is there anything in these lawsuits that will make certain that we do not have to go through this again whether it is allowing poll watchers in so ballot counting can be overseen by neutral parties? or at least evenly distributed parties between the two major parties that we have.
11:12 pm
and some of the other nefarious activities that a bit implied throughout this, are there any safeguards? can we learn from this and apply those to future elections? >> we can. one of the things that's critical a lot of these issues need to be raised in advance, not now all we are staring down certification and a lot of the states. a couple of issues, one the issue of dead people being on the voter rolls. a number of states held off and delayed purging their roles heading into this election. kennedy: why would you hold off on that? who decides not to, i am an optimist. i love gambling and i believe in redemption. however i'm a bit of a realist when it comes to reanimation. and i'm pretty sure the people who passed on to the next realm aren't coming back for one last shot at filling in the circles.
11:13 pm
>> you are absolutely right. i know that given the trump campaign until tomorrow to present their evidence in that regard. courts are certainly willing, should be willing to entertain issues of dead people being on the roles, they're going to have to come up with factual justification on each one of those. and again, if the numbers are not big have to flip the election i find it very unlikely any is going to bully and election. see if i don't think they're going to require new election. one thing left would be doing any differently if they were not behind by these margins and critical states. which means we have to do some are election processes to instill confidence and voters in the future. hopefully we learn from this. alex vogel think it's much for your time. >> thank you. kennedy: gloria sprayed the corona personnel threating to seriously up and the holiday season, mix out the election we got a potentially strange
