we will see you back on monday. have a great weekend, everybody. ♪ ♪ lou: good evening, everybody. these are, at a minimum, perilous days for all of us. we were a nation divided before this election just ten days ago. we are more so this evening. we're in the midst of a battle for the white house, but it is even more than that, it is a battle that began more than four years ago with the efforts of the chiefs of the obama intelligence services trying to block the presidential candidacy of donald trump. four years ago while implementing a plot sponsored by his democrat rival, those same agencies relentlessly spied upon

and tried to frame or influence officials of his campaign, his transition team and president trump himself. those efforts to subvert president trump and his administration have been nothing less, in my opinion, than treason. an attack on our constitutional republic, an attack on the american people. their conspiracy in league with the democrat party, its leaders and the corporate-owned left-wing national media has reached the end game. we are at the conclusion of what has been a four-year assault on donald trump. the culmination of first an 11-month fbi investigation, then the baseless special counsel that resulted in exoneration for the president, then a specious, fraudulent impeachment led by the cynical and sinister capitol hill democrats. they are nothing less. and now a national election that has amassed more irregularities, more anomalies, perhaps more

fraud that will be focus of this evening's broadcast. we have a lineup of guests for you this evening to take up the president's fight for a free and fair election and for, indeed, our nation. and why is it that he has been for the better part of four years fighting this all but aa e loan. -- alone. the trump campaign's national press secretary, kayleigh mcenany, joins us. she'll be with us in a few moments, as does defense attorney sidney powell, part of the president's legal team. congressman scott perry, who is fighting for free and fair elections for the country and, as well, the president in the state of pennsylvania. another of the president's defenders, congressman devin nuñes joins us as does pastor robert jeffress. in the midst of all of this, of course, the president does have a government to run, and today he just concluded a news conference in the white house

rose garden focusing on the china virus pandemic, operation warp speed that produced promising advances for the china virus vaccines. here he is. >> as a result of operation warp speed, pfizer announced on monday that its china virus vaccine is more than 90% effective. this far exceeds any and all expectations, nobody thought they'd get to that level. and we have others coming which we think will be at equal level, maybe more if that's possible. in july my if administration reached an agreement with pfizer to provide 1.95 billion to support the mass manufacturing and distribution of 100 million doses with the option to purchase a total of 600 million doses shortly thereafter. our investment will make it possible for the vaccine to be provided by pfizer free of charge. lou: free of charge. well, the president today also remained defiant in the battle

for the white house. the president having one hell of a fight though against the radical dems, the rin os of his own party, the washington establishment, military leaders, big tech, the judiciary, did i mention the national left-wing media? republican attorneys in michigan plan to appeal a detroit judge's ruling today, a ruling that ignored accusations of voter fraud. evidence of voter fraud. the ruling allows detroit's vote count to go on while the judge also denied an audit of their questionable results. and he also denied the request for the preservation of any evidence to prove that fraud. in pennsylvania a three-judge panel today said the state's three-day extension for mail-in ballots was constitutional. the u.s. supreme court now will likely have to decide whether that is the case or not. never trumpers within the department of homeland security

also ignoring electoral fraud claims. the u.s. cybersecurity agency says that the november 3rd election was the most secure in american history. this is nothing less than an extraordinary statement, and it is a statement that those within the department of homeland security, those top officials, many of whom disagree with. amazing how just within four short years our elections went from being under attack by russians, iran, china and how, how many other foreign actors we don't know to suddenly being the most secure ever without explanation, without evidence. perhaps those so-called cybersecurity experts are now looking at new careers, looking to get us all to just move on past what is before our eyes right now. facebook and twitter, for example, constraining, censoring even the president of the united

states and all the other conservatives and moderates around the country. the social media giants now plan no longer to treat president trump as the president of the united states. facebook announcing it will reduce the spread of the president's posts, that their fact-checking partners deem false. twitter also presuming that president trump will leave office and now, now will subject his accounts to suspensions or bans if he's deemed to have violated the rules of silicon valley, big tech and, of course, yes, social media. how extensive is this action against the president and his presidency? right now at the pentagon the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, general mark milley, is confused apparently that our great nation, its leaders and our constitution are somehow separable.

listen to him. >> we do not take an oath to a country, a tribe or religion. we take an oath to the constitution. and every soldier that is represented in this museum, every sailor, airman, marine, coast guardsman, each of us will protect and defend that document regardless of personal price. lou: i don't know of a single veteran, i don't know of a single person who thinks that the constitution is in any way separable from this nation or who, having served in uniform, ever once doubted that he or she has fought for this country. and proudly so. this is a chilling statement by the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, in my opinion. it seems like a cry to say command and control is very much threatened in our nation's

military, in our nation. this, as i said, per resultous days. -- perilous days. despite all of the challenges and threats he faces, president trump remains, of course, a fighter. a fighter without precedent. the president insists once the legal votes are counted, he will be declared the winner of the 2020 election. joining us tonight is kayleigh mcenany, trump campaign senior adviser, and it's great to have you with us, kayleigh. -- >> good to have you. lou: let's first start with these court decisions today and your thoughts about what are the next steps for the campaign. where do we go from here? >> really good to join you today, lou. we've put forward significant evidence of irregularities in michigan, 234 pages of affidavits. that case continues. it's significant, it's detailed, and the claims of those voters are real, and those poll watchers. and then we have pennsylvania

litigation that is very strong. i've read through it all, and it is basically saying this, that if you were in a democrat county, you got to cast a ballot and fix that ballot if it was flawed because the city would notify democrat candidates who would then notify the voters, who would then get to fix their ballots. if you were in the other 60 republican counties, you did not have that opportunity. that is a violation of the equal protection clause, and we believe we'll prevail. we had a significant victory just yesterday in pennsylvania, the anti-trump secretary of state who has tweeted all kinds of heinous things about the president, was rebuked by a court of law because, guess what? the constitution does matter. lou: these three setbacks today including the state of pennsylvania, are appeals underway right now? or is that being discussed and planned for? >> oh, our pennsylvania litigation is ongoing. we believe we'll prevail. it's worth noting that we're in

federal court, this is separate from the state court, and we have the state court in pennsylvania 5-2 democrat. the state court had ruled with the secretary of state and then been rebuked by none other than justice alito. so we believe we'll prevail, and the federal court is our path because we believe there is where we'll get a fair if hearing of our case. lou: sure. well, we should certainly hope so. the -- and i know you join me in that hope. the next step here is what is a electoral process that looks to be filled with all sorts of irregularities, and inexplicable to this point. we're told, we're sort of being patted on the heads by state secretaries of state, telling us, you know, this is just fine, everything is invulnerable including the dhs, the department of homeland security, and their cyber intelligence

service. this is, most of us understand that this is just pure nonsense for both the acting secretary to permit such a statement to be made without foundation and also at the same time refuse to fire the head of that agency within dhs. what is going on there, kayleigh? >> yeah, you know, it's interesting, we know that foreign countries i routinely try to meddle in our elections. this election was included in that. and last time people were keenly interested in looking into that. this time not so much. and also they don't want to look into software irregularities. i know you detailed this on your program, that dominion software. 6,000 votes swing from joe biden to president trump, they were incorrectly counted for joe biden. in another county you had other software that literally flipped a race in michigan. the republican was down by 147 votes, ended up winning by 1,000 when the software glitch was

claim. in 206 a senior -- 2016 a senior executive at dominion told the illinois state board of elections that it is possible to bypass their election system software. here's what the vice president of engineering at dominion at that time, eric coomer told the board during a meeting in good old cook county. >> no, we are not allowed to do routine updates without having to go through a recertification effort, but we do routinely give guidance on how to best secure systems and also going back again to the final mitigation against all of this is a row bust audit -- robust audit of the mechanics process. lou: he said no updates can be done without recertification, as you heard. mr. coomer's assurances of a secure system, however, are contradicted by the fact that various vendors, election

officials and others, reportedly can access the voting machine code without an update being required. and we know that there were updates on those machines a day before the election. well, joining us tonight is sidney powell, a member of president trump's legal team, general flynn's defense attorney, great american and prominent appellate lawyer. great to have you with us, sidney. >> thank you, lou. lou: let's start with dominion, a straight out disavowal of any claim of fraud against the company, its software or machines. your reaction. >> well, i can hardly wait to put forth all the evidence we have collected on dominion starting with the fact it was created to produce altered voting results in venezuela for hugo chavez and then shipped

internationally to manipulate votes for purchase in other countries including this one. it was if funded by money from venezuela and cuba and china has a role in it also. so if you want to talk about foreign election interference we certainly have it now. we have staggering statistical evidence, we have staggering testimony from witnesses including one who was personally in briefings when all of this was discussed and planned beginning with hugo chavez and how it was designed there and then saw it happening in this country. as soon as the states shut down on election night, it stopped counting, those are the states where the most egregious problems occurred. we also need to look at and we're gunning to collect evidence -- beginning to collect evidence on the financial interest of some of the governors and secretaries of state who actually bought into the dominion systems, surprisingly enough. hunter biden-up type graft to line their own pockets by

getting a voting machine in that would either make sure their election was successful or they got money for their family from it. lou: well, that's straightforward. it may take -- you're going to have to be quick to go through and to produce that investigation9 and the results of it. the december, the december deadlines are approaching for electors and just as we saw in 2000 with bush v. gore, how critical are those deadlines, and how urgent does that make your investigation and discovery? >> well, for fraud this serious, i think even if the states are stupid enough to go ahead and certify the votes where we know the machines were operating and producing altered election results, if they're stupid enough to do that, then they will be is set aside by the fraud also. i mean, we are talking about hundreds of thousands of votes.

president trump won this election in a landslide. it's going to be irrefutable, and we are -- patriots are coming forward all, every day, all day faster than we can collect their information with testimony they're willing to give under oath about how their votes were stolen and how the machines operated. they were updated the night of the election, sometimes after the election. we've gottatist call evidence -- got statistical evidence that shows hundreds of thousands of votes being just put in and replicated. it's going to be -- there needs to be a massive criminal investigation, and it's going to affect millions of voters and elections. lou: with these allegations, these charges, is the fbi already carrying out an investigation of these voting companies, where their servers are domiciled? in at least two instances, three instances we know they're in

foreign countries. tell us where the justice department is on all of this. >> i wish i knew. i'm not on the inside, so i'm not privy to that information. i knew that even democratic senators and congress people for years have reported problems with this system to the fbi and to the government, and nobody's done a blooming thing about it. the people in the election security part of department of homeland security need to be fired yesterday. they're absolutely ridiculous. of course, chris wray needs to be fired too because the only fbi interview of any witness was to intimidate him and try to get him to change his truthful testimony, four hours by an anti-trump fbi agent. they still have politics infecting the fbi instead of just following the law. we are on the precipice of -- this is essentially a new american revolution. and anybody who wants this country to reremain free needs to step up right now. these are federal felonies. altering a vote or changing a

ballot is a federal felony. people need to come forward now and get on the right side of this issue and report the fraud they know existed in dominion voting systems because that's what it was created to do. it was its sole original purpose. it has been used all over the world to defy the will of people who wanted freedom. lou: sidney, at the outset of this broadcast i said this is the culmination of what has been over a four-year effort to overthrow this president, to first deny his candidacy, the election, but then to overthrow his presidency. this looks like the effort to carry out an end game in the effort against him. do you concur? >> oh, absolutely. and it's been organized and conducted with the end help of silicon valley people, the big tech companies, the social media

a decision that may propel him to another term in office. dershowitz saying the pennsylvania supreme court's three-day extension of the mail-in ballot deadline, quote, may have been the right decision in some theoretical sense, but the constitution doesn't permit anybody in the state but the legislature to make decisions about elections. dr. anthony fauci at it still. now telling americans to shut up and do what they're told, obey your public health officials, he says. when talking about americans' appreciation for independence, fauci said this, quote: well, i understand that, but now is the time to do what you're told. fauci continued: scientists are often perceived as authoritarian and sometimes, in fact, they've made that perception themselves by the way they act. i think we can improve on that. finish that, i hope, was not his idea of improvement or even an effort at it. i wonder where he got the

election and fraud alleged in so many states but certainly it began with what we witnessed in pennsylvania. how is the fight going? you're on the ground there carrying out that fight. >> well, thank you very much, lou. and, of course, this is a fight, quite honestly, that we're well used to in pennsylvania. unfortunately, i grew up thinking that other states were horrifically corrupt until i looked at my own home state of pennsylvania. we've been dealing with election corruption since as long as i can remember. and, lou, as you know, the left for four years without any evidence whatsoever has charged this president with any number of things, made allegations and dragged the american people through this saga without, with baseless claims from russian collusion to ukrainian quid e pro quo, to you name it without any corroborating ed whatsoever. now -- evidence whatsoever. now we have a mountain of evidence. we have thousands of after

cheating, debauchery. their rulebook, the rules for radicals, says do what you have to at all cost. the ends justify the means as long as you fete to the means. they don't care what they have to do. we're seeing it play out right here in america, you know? we're seeing the trump legal team, president trump's legal team being extorted and bullied out of representing the president. this is the country where john adams represented the british who were about to be our enemy at that very moment because we believed in law and order, and we believe in the rule of law and justice for everybody, not just the people we think are innocent, but everybody. yet the left doesn't seem to accept that. lou: well, they're accepting -- there's an old expression, what you accept is what you will get. the republican party in pennsylvania has apparently been accepting a lot of nonsense and corruption for a very long time on the part of the democrats. why should they think this year, this time would be any different?

great -- parlor, i'm on parlor. i've got to -- but that's, you know, a simple question. go do it. now what? >> well, then, so that's the way, because they cut off our ability to communicate, we have to make sure that we're communicating with all of our supporters out there in order to tell people what's actually going on. i think that's the key, is knowledge is power. lou: knowledge power and what -- knowledge is power and what the american people know because of this contested election is that it cannot, it cannot stand. it's outrageous. do you agree? >> i agree. i totally agree. every legal vote has to be counted, there's no question about that. and the fact that all of these -- look, i said this earlier today, i was talking to some folks here in california. if there was a board of supervisors seat or a local seat for state election or city council or even congress for that matter, there would be a recount. nobody would be calling these elections. these states are way too close

to call. and what we're witnessing here is, is a choreographed, a well-choreographed play that was written before this election. if it was too close, they were going to riot in the streets. they have just enough, what are they doing? moving past everything trying to cover it up. lou: and the radical dems want us to forget that they tried and succeeded, i think, to intimidate a justice of the supreme court, brett kavanaugh. they intimidated millions of americans with their violence, their antifa, their black lives matter rioting across the country, and then they shut it down. this is an effort to intimidate, this is an attempt to take over the country and deny this president what is rightfully his, a second term. congressman devin nuñes, thanks, as always, for being here and for all that you do. appreciate it. up next, supreme court justice samuel alito sounds the alarm about the radical left's assault on religious liberty.

♪ ♪ lou: welcome back. supreme court justicesamuel alito says religious liberty is in danger, becoming a disfavored right. alito told the federalist society that religious liberty is, quote, not a cherished freedom, it's often just an excuse for bigotry, and it can't be tolerated even when there is no evidence that anybody has been harmed. the dishonest national left-wing media also now claiming pastor robert jeff e rest called joe -- jeff rest called joe biden -- robert jeffress called joe biden the president-elect. he joins us tonight, pastor robert jeffress, fox business contributor and is on this broadcast almost every, every friday evening. [laughter] we thank hum for doing that. and also i want to start with, if i may first, with samuel alito talking about the endangerment of religious liberty under this country.

the implication being it will only be more so in the years ahead. >> well, he's absolutely correct, lou, and he asked an interesting question last night. he said is our society inclusive enough to include and to tolerate religious views that are unpopular, views like marriage should be between a man and a woman? and, you know, in 2015 alito was one of the dissenters in the same-sex marriage case at the supreme court, and he and the other dissenters predicted that that decision would cause a collision with religious liberty in the future. well, that collision was put on hold because of the election of donald trump who did more for religious liberty than any president in history. but, lou, i'm here to tell you -- lou: right. >> -- that if president trump is no longer president, joe biden has already announced he's going to attack religious liberty. in an interview with a philadelphia publy case, he said he's going to go after the

groups that do not support a more liberal idea toward marriage. and that's why i'm warning every lou dobbs viewer tonight that know that if joe biden should become president, you better buckle up for a bumpy ride if you believe in religious liberty. lou: yeah, i think, frankly, that all of our liberties are in, under threat with that prospect. it's also interesting for justice awe lee toe to have said -- alito to have said that covid is being used by the left to curtail our religious liberties. and, again, i think he's exactly right. but i don't think with that this has enough shape and form for so many americans who are going about their lives as they watch this. i mean, because the left is using covid, the china virus, for the most authoritarian things, decisions imaginable and orders. don't have thanksgiving dinner, don't go to church, whatever it

may be. it's outrageous. >> yeah. it is outrageous, and i'm glad the catholic church is pushing back against cuomo and his unconstitutional shutdown of churches. and alito noted last night that it's not right for nevada to give more preference to casinos than to churches. look, there is no constitutional right for a casino to be open -- lou: right. >> but the first amendment protects every church's right to be opened. and these rights like you mentioned, lou, they're under assault, and they're going to continue to be as long as the democrats are in charge. lou: pastor robert jeffress, i apologize, we're out of time. i want to just add to your remarks. read his, if you wish, read his op-ed. while some in the left wanted to characterize it as entirely roan yous, it turned out to be another one of those left-wing assaults on a great american. pastor robert jeffress. thanks for being with us,
