under biden tax policy. jackie: david webb. great to talk to you tonight. we appreciate you phoning in. thank you so much. i'm jackie deangelis in for elizabeth macdonald. you're watching "the evening edit" on fox business. have a wonderful evening. ♪ ♪ ♪ lou: good evening, everybody. president trump today called the 2020 presidential election the most fraudulent in history. the president's comments in the white house today follow an absurd claim by attorney general with william barr this week. the attorney general said he has found no evidence of fraud that would change the outcome of the election. that despite dozens and dozens of witnesses who have now come forward in the face of intense pressure, harassment and intimidation by the radical left with their compelling accusations of election abuse,

irregularities and outright fraud. president trump today blasted his attorney general saying he's disappointed barr has not followed up on all of the allegations and charges of fraud. >> he hasn't done anything, so he he hasn't looked. when he looks, he'll see the kind of evidence that right now you're seeing in the georgia senate. you know, they're going through hearings right now in georgia, and they're finding tremendous volumes. so they haven't looked very hard, which is a discuss appointment, to be honest with you -- dispreponderate, to be honest with you because it's massive fraud whether you go to wisconsin where we just filed a case or michigan or if you look at what's happening in georgia as an example or pennsylvania. if you look at nevada which is moving along very rapidly or arizona, you saw those numbers come out yesterday. we found massive fraud. and in other states also. this is a, probably the most fraudulent election that anyone's ever seen.

lou: president trump would not say whether he still has any confidence in his attorney general. instead, he told reporters to ask him the same question in a couple of weeks. president trump did make it clear, however, that i remains -- he remains committed to fighting for the tens of millions of americans who voted for hum. >> i -- for him. >> i want to thank the 74 million plus people that voted which was the largest amount of people that a sitting president has ever had, 74 million plus. and because the level of loyalty, i've never seen anything like it. all over the country, they know it was a fixed election. it was a rigged election. they know it, and i appreciate their support. lou: we'll have much more this evening here on the battle for the white house. we're joined by whistleblower ethan pees, a subcontractor for

the u.s. postal service in wisconsin. he says 100,000 mail-in ballots were illegally back dated to circumvent a state deadline. we're also a joined but congressman deny nunez, ranking republican on the intelligence committee -- devin nuñes, we'll ask him about why the department of justice is refusing to investigate election fraud and whether the doj and fbi by their inaction have made themselves complicit in the crimes against the nation. we'll also tonight are have an exclusive interview with general michael flynn. he joins us here in his first television interview since being pardoned by president trump. among other things, we'll be talking about the general about that pardon as well as the four years of political persecution by the deep state and the radical denials that he -- dems that he and his family have endured. and the focus of his newfound

freedom and his energy, what he will do to get president trump reelected and, oh, yes, get to the bottom of the most fraudulent election in this country's history. as president trump continues to fight for a free and fair election and for all americans, legal challenges continue to advance in six key swing states. in georgia today the president's legal team shared explosive new evidence of voter fraud at the state farm arena in atlanta's fulton county. they reveal surveillance video that shows four poll workers counting ballots in secret after are republican poll watchers had been ordered out of the room, out of the building. talk a look at this. take a look at this. >> is so according to the witnesses, the are republican observers, there's a lady who has blond braids who comes out to announce we're going to stop

counting. everyone go home. and, in fact, we see that. what happens is everyone clears out including the republican observers in the press, but four people stay behind and continue counting and tabulating well into the night. so what you're going to see -- look at the ladies in yellow. you'll see that they will begin to do nothing, ostensibly not working because, after all, they said they were going to stop counting. they will wait until the witnesses over there in the roped-off area, the press and the observers, leave the room. then you'll see them move into action and begin scanning ballots. lou: the video, the video also shows those workers hauling out suitcases from beneath their desks and tables after the republican poll watchers had been are removed from the room.

president trump quickly reacted to the video on twitter. he he said, wow, blockbuster testimony taking place right now in georgia. ballot stuffing by dems when republicans were forced to leave the large counting room. plenty more coming, but this alone leads to an easy win of the state. more explosive evidence of election irregularities, electoral fraud hue lighted at a hearing -- highlighted at a hearing before the michigan house oversite committee. former michigan warfare office and retired army colonel phil waldren testified last night, and he said that votes from dominion voting machines are ultimately counted in europe. >> one of the myths that has been propagated even by the directer of sis saw at homeland security which is the cybersecurity infrastructure

security agency, they said, well, these machines are not connected to the internet. in the operator 's manual, there's a whole page of references that show you how and when to connect and what selectors to connect to servers and to routers, so it is connected to the internet. that's how you get election night reporting. that's through another company called clarity elections. they provide, you know, early reporting to the news media. matter of fact, as i was looking at one of your, one of the counties where i saw the spike, i believe it's oakland county, i was going to the 2020 eleio enss results, and i clicked on the election results and a warning flag pops up to the right side, and it says you're leaving this domain, you're going to clarity elections/mi. so the information for the counties in your state isn't

really maintained or owned by your county or state; but, rather, a corporation that's owned by soe software and scytl which is a madrid, spawn, corporation. it went bankrupt in 2020, it was purchased by another u.k.-registered company. lou: another u.k.-registered company, incredible. and to watch these hearings, it is clear that elected officials don't even understand how they've been elected. or at least about half of them. the justice department remained silent throughout the mounting evidence of electoral fraud across the country saying absolutely nothing about what is clearly wide-ranging electoral fraud. but they have taken time to sue facebook, and that is not entirely a bad thing. a lawsuit was filed today by doj

claiming facebook reserved at least 2600 high paying jobs for h-1b visa workers. facebook did so without considering any applications from american citizens. that is a violation of the h-1b law. one of facebook's allies in congress is senator mike lee. the social media giant has donated some $32,000 to senator lee since he was elected. in return, lee is helping facebook gain more of those h-1b visa workers. in a late-night session, lee managed to pass amendments to his immigration outsourcing bill formerly called the fairness for hue-skilled immigrants act. high-skilled immigrants act. the bill would flood green card lines with cheap tech workers from both india and china and would do so for the next decade to the exclusion of almost every

other country. and the senator's legislation passed without debate or hearing using a senate procedure known as unanimous consent which means that the senators don't have to reveal their names or show their faces behind this legislation. these foreign workers coming when we have millions and millions of more american workeo are without jobs because of the china virus pandemic. senator lee, you should be embarrassed. we're embarrassed for you either way. for all their rue white house anger at -- righteous anger at big tech, not one single republican in the u.s. senate stood up to block lee or his betrayal of american workers. congress has ten days in which to finalize the bill's language and send it to president trump. there is no way, however, that a president who ran on america

first could approve of such legislation. we urgently hope and would urge the president to e veto such legislation. it is an insult. newly-declassified text messages raise new questions with about the 2016 hack of those dnc servers. the texts are from july of 2016. they are between a recontacted if fbi -- redacted fbi agent and jennifer boone. jennifer boone is the one who oversaw the bureau's abuse of the fisa court. in the redacted texts, the redacted agent tells boone that on friday, july 22nd, of 2016, quote: there were a bunch of dnc e-mails posted on wick key leaks -- buck key leaks. -- wikileaks. that was our guys, said he.

who are "those guys"? could it be guys from the bureau? or guys the bureau was looking into? perhaps something even more sinister. the only way we'll ever know is if underlying intelligence or reports if crowdstrike are actually declassified and released by the president himself. i hope he will. we also need to know of other documents linked to the deep state's efforts to bring down president trump like where are those original notes from the fbi's interview with general michael flynn in january of 2017. that's one of the questions i'll be asking the general in our exclusive interview with him here this evening. please stay with us, we're going to be coming right back with that. and another post office subcontractor comes forward with more allegations of electoral fraud, this time in wisconsin. ♪ >> november 4th, i was asked by

called, quote, unlawful and unconstitutional acts. and it is becoming more and more interesting every day as the trump legal team advances the cause of the president and the nation. the president also taking part himself. our first guest this evening is a postal service subcontractor from the state of wisconsin who has come forward charging that postal workers back dated 100,000 mail-in ballots so they could be ill law schoolly countedment -- illegally counted. joining us now is ethan pees. ethan, good to have you with us. and, again, thanks for having the courage to step up and make your, what happened known to the american public because we're seeing more and more of these circumstances and eyewitnesses to what are crimes against the country step forward.

but you did it very early in your role. tell us, if you will, give us the timeline as you were driving mail from one facility to the postal service what you saw, what happened. >> well, starting in september, october, i had began to take mail-in ballots from my facility, united mauling services -- usually called the ums -- to the postal service in madison, wisconsin. when it began, i was happy to be a part of the election and, you know, playing such an important role making sure that ballots were moving. as things led up to the election, you know, mail-in ballots saw started to dwindle a little bit, and on november 2nd, the day before the election, i actually had one ballot in the tub to take to the postal service. and then on the day of the election, i had no ballots to take, so i thought that was the

end of it, and, you know, i was very happy that i played my part. however, on november 4th -- lou: and then? >> -- when i returned to the post office, i spoke to the lobby manager, and he asked me if i'd forgotten ballots the night before, on election night. i told him, no, i had double checked just to make sure that there were absolutely none to take. and he told me that an order came down to their postal facility from the wisconsin-illinois chapter of the postal service to look for 100,000 missing ballots, and he said that they sent employees out around four a.m. that morning, november 4th, to gather up ballots from their partner facilities, including mine, and he said that they found seven or eight ballots at my facility which totally threw me off because, you know, there were no ballots the day before, so i had

no idea where those could have come from. lou: seven or eight, but they were looking for 100,000. >> yeah. lou: and how did they, how did they express the fact they were trying to back date these ballots? >> well, i returned the to the post office lobby on november 5th as part of my certified mail run that i would do every day, and i spoke to a different employee this time, and i just asked her, you know, those ballots the other day that were forgotten, i'm not going to get in trouble for them because i was worried that i might have forgotten ballots and that it was going to come back down on me. and as you could tell, i was very happy about playing such an important role. she told me that, no, you shouldn't get in any trouble as long as they made it in to election officials with the postmarked for the 3rd. and then she kind of hesitated for a moment and said that's why

they had us do that. and that's when it really clicked that, oh, i see, they had to back date all of the ballots that they gathered up for them to get in on time. lou: and do you have any idea where those ballots would have come from that they were back dating? or if, in fact, they were back dating them? >> well, they said that they gathered them from their partner companies which includes my partner company. but -- lou: right. >> -- realistically, that doesn't make sense that they would find 100,000 missing, especially if there were only seven or eight at my partner company. none of it really added up. lou: well, let me ask you this. we've heard from the attorney general himself that there are just no instances of, widespread instances of electoral fraud. and we're now finding, going from state to state including

wisconsin. hearings talking about what has happened, whistleblowerrers like yourself standing in front of can cameras recounting incident after incident involving what appears to be approaching at least a million votes, is certainly the possibility it'll be more than that. what is your -- what was the reaction to authorities to your coming forward? the fbi, the department of justice, your state, your state authorities? >> quite frankly, i'm not sure. i came forward to got freedom.org, and that kind of led me to where i am right now, but as of right now i don't know if it's being looked into or not. lou: but you haven't been contacted by any law enforcement agency, the department of justice or its election crimes unit, no one of that sort?

republic and all that america stands for around the world. a true beacon of liberty. joining us tonight by phone is general michael flynn who has served this nation with great distinction in the united states military and in his private life and political life as well. general, first of all, it's an honor to have you on the broadcast, and we, we are absolutely thrilled that president trump took this action. i know that there were reservations on your part and that of your defense counsel about accepting such a pardon. give us your state of mind and heart at this moment. >> well, first, lou, thanks very much for having me on your show and for your audience and for you personally. you have been a beacon of light to this country and have been really relentless in the pursuit

of truth. i honestly do not -- lou: thank you. >> it it has not sunk in yet, l. it will, i would say, and i'll just reemphasize some of the points you made from my family's letter. my faith in god, he's an amazing spirit, he's an amazing light in my life. the strength of my family, marley my wife. we've -- particularly my wife. we've been together for decades, since we were 13 years old. and really what i call, i describe as true friends, lou, patriots all across this country, friends that i've had from when i was a kid to those that i met in the military. but the outreach by america to my family and i is just extraordinary, and it has really given me the resilience that i have been able to be blessed by to fight through this and get to the point where we got. and i really do appreciate the president for seeing what he and9 what the white house

described as a pardon of innocence, because that's exactly what it is. lou: it is that. it is also -- i know your defense attorney, sidney powell, who has worked tireslessly and relent -- tirelessly and relentlessly on your behalf. she at one point hated to see the president give a pardon, and i know that means that you were concerned about it as well. how did you overcome that reticence? i'll put it that way. >> well, i think at a certain point in time, you know, knowing myself, i'd have probably just continued to go and go and go. but as my family and i, particularly my wife and i talked about it and honestly prayed over it, we came to the conclusion that this was the right moment in time to do this. the justice system that we were facing was just not going to function properly.

and it was very, very obvious that that was going to be the case. so, you know, we went and made the decision that this was the direction that we wanted to go and good enough for president donald trump for coming through, and we're, you know, certainly grateful to him. but at the same time, we also know that this was a political persecution of the highest order and not something that new american should ever -- that any american should ever have to go through. lou: we still don't know the, well, full extent of the reporting on the moment at which you were being framed in the white house by two fbi agents. we still haven't seen agent meant ca's so-called 302 which is a summary of that interview. it's extraordinary that the

justice department still withholds this, the fbi, so much about your case. who do you hold responsible for what they did to you, the persecution of general michael flynn for more than four years? >> well, i mean, i think at the end of the day people want me to say something or, you know, for years, you know, do you -- are you upset with president trump, are you upset with the white house, expect answer is no. -- and the answer is no. and the reason why because this was a is setup from the beginning, and it really -- where accountability lies is it lies in the previous administration. i mean, we all know that. the truth has been out now for, you know, well over a year -- lou: right. >> -- probably a year and a half, and there's been extraordinary the, what everyone now, you know, knows as exculpatory the evidence, right, that has come out. and it's come out through -- lou: right. >> -- through the great fighting warrior strength of sidney powell. and that tube of information,

oh, my god, what was this, the previous administration doing during the campaign of donald trump, during the transition of donald trump and then during, while he was in office. i mean, and i said in my statement that this country should never be usurped by the power in our government and by the institutions of our government just as federal law enforcement, the intelligence ever again. and i know that the president feels the same way as i do. and we cannot have that in a country like we have, a beautiful, strong country like we have, and survive. and, honestly, as i've gone through four years of this, lou, so has the president and,ing frankly, it's more damaging, so has the country. and the country has been damaged by this. lou: absolutely. >> and i think we're still feeling the pain in this recent election. lou: general flynn has never flinched from from a fight.

dc rated and -- decorated and distinguished military career, led not only the, well, the military intelligence agency the dia, but also the 82nd a airborne and the special operations, the joint special operations group. and served in afghanistan and iraq. you, the view is you inspire great fear in the deep state and in the political, the politicized intelligence agencies of the obama administration. do you think that is much of the reason that those forces went after you, the fbi, bald-facedly framing you? >> well, i until you what, lou, i think that it's that, and there are other considerations

as well that i know that they dud not want me -- did not want me standing beside donald trump during his, certainly during his early days of his administration because of the systems that i know, the processes that i know, how the institutions function, particularly the intelligence community, particularly the department of defense and even elements within the state department and other parts of our, other parts of our national security apparatus which is both foreign and domestic. so it ranges, but it's interesting that only the transition conversation that president obama had with president trump, he only talked about two things, two people. one was dear leader kim jong un, and the other was general mike flynn. [laughter] and it's like you say to yourself, what the heck? lou, you know? i mean, it's laugh are bl but it's also -- laughable but it's also very, very serious. lou: yeah. >> and i would like someone with some guts, because i'll ask them

if i ever see him, is why. why was he so afraid, why was he so fearful, and why did he have to mention that to donald trump as though, you know, flynn is public enemy number one? and so, you know, there'll be more to come out, coming out in the days and weeks and months ahead, lou, but it's fascinating part of history and certainly part of few -- of my story. lou: well, we can't wait to hear that part of the story, general. right now we're watching with interest your role in trying to make certain this president is not cheated from a second term in office. tell us about how you're applying your talents, your energy to support the president and the nation. >> well, lou, i have a great network of people around the country that i know that are trying to help understand what has happened. we have a crisis in confidence in the very fabric of our

country right now, and that's our election system, our, you know, one person, one vote privilege that we have. and that privilege is given to us by the many, many millions of people who have sacrificed their very liveses over the history of our country to give us that ability to have one person, one vote in a very free and fair and transparent if election process. you know, when you think about it, in 2000 bush/gore, we were worried about one county, right? one county down in florida. thousand we're worried about -- now we're worried about and we have problems in, i mean, literally probably hundreds of counties. at least six states, maybe eight states. you know, for your audience, i'm not sure -- i'm paying attention to them, but i've watched segments and certainly the large segments as much as i can of pennsylvania, the hearings that mayor giuliani has led -- lou: right. >> pennsylvania, arizona, michigan, there's one going on in georgia, i caught a little

bit of that today x that's probably going to last into tomorrow. lou: right. >> and then west virginia got a hearing over in -- we've got a hearing over in nevada right now. the one thing that stands out, that jumps out at every american is mayor giuliani is only bringing in a snip put of these great patriots who are coming forward bravely to testify, you know, to show testimony to the egregious, fraudulent, corrupt and in some cases criminal behavior that the last gentleman you had on, the postal service worker, you know, the woman yesterday, i think it was yesterday, up in michigan who was the i.t. worker who worked for this dominion outfit. lou: right. >> she gave great testimony. the driver in pennsylvania who drove trucks across -- lou: jesse morgan, right. >> yeah. i mean, i think -- i was told driving ballots across the state line is a felony. he probably didn't even know he was doing it. but that kind of stuff. and then just listening to some of the stuff in georgia, it's

just outrageous. so all that said -- i'm sorry, go ahead, lou. lou: no, i was just going to say with all of that, are you as shocked as the res of us that the justice department, the fbi is doing nothing with these obvious acts of electoral fraud and coordinated, orchestrated acts to shut down the count in battleground states, at least five of them, almost simultaneously and for the attorney general to say there's nothing here? >> yeah, nothing here, yeah. lou: and then take it back the next day because there was such an -- >> it was an outrage. that's right. that's right. to to, first of all, the american public right now has -- and i don't want to say zero, but damn close to zero confidence in -- or they certainly have lost faith in

many u.s. government institutions, our justice system, our, you know, federal law enforcement, elements of our intelligence community. we just can't have that in our country, lou. and this is just compounding it by what's happening here. and when you, when people -- anding you know, like, you asked that last gentleman, you know, did you go to the fbi. the postal service has its own investigative services, but we have -- i'm aware of people who are witnesses, one of whom in icu, another woman who's had her housebroken into twice, another woman who's had her tires slashed, multiple threats to people's lives, certainly job losses, i mean, one of -- that woman up in michigan talked about that yesterday, she had to move, change her phone number, she's got two children. i mean, jeez, we cannot have that. and i have at least one example, and it's actually more than that, but i'll just, you know, one example of someone going to

the fbi, reporting what is clearly a crime and then never hearing back from them. so, you know, i don't want to leave it at that -- lou: yeah, we've heard it. >> -- but i'm telling you, we cannot have that in this country in this crisis that we are going through right now. and the last point that i'll add, lou, is that our elections, our election process should not be decided in the courts. it should not be decided in the court system. it should be decided by the people of this country. and we have a constitutional process. it's a shame watching these legal battles that are going back and forth in the court system and at the end of the day the people of this country -- and there was a great, there's a viral video out there of a great man, great gentleman up in michigan who basically says, hey, we are not going to have confidence in this thing unless we get this right. so the governors of these

various states, some of which i've mentioned, they're going to have to have the guts to say either we're going to have a country and a father and free election process, or we're not -- fair and free election process or we're not. and if we don't, i am a afraid to think about what people will do in the future. because, again, we're a constitutional republic. this is our foundation. go ahead, lou. of sorry. lou: well, general, i know that you're working as hard as you can to make certain that this president is not cheated of a second term and that this nation is preserved. you said that our election shouldn't be decided in courts, and they sure as hell shouldn't be decided in either barcelona or frankfurt, germany. general, it's always great to talk with you. thanks for being with us and come back soon. all the best. up next, reaction to my interview with general michael

committee. congressman, great to have you with us. your reaction to, to general flynn saying point blank he holds the obama administration responsible for the persecution, his persecution over four years and the efforts of the fbi to frame him. your thoughts. >> well, first off, i would say for four years the american people have not been able to hear directly from general flynn. this is the first television interview that he's done, albeit via phone, lou. but look at all that we missed out on, the experience of this man. lou: yep. >> this is why the obama administration wanted him out, and he brought it up in your interview. he's the only name that obama raised to president trump during the transition. they were trying to eliminate general flynn from the very beginning. and now it's call onlying out. it's all coming out. lou: and it's, he didn't want to take it up tonight, and i understand that.

but to, it is curious that mr. obama was worried about general flynn and kim jong un. >> well, lou, it's even worse -- lou: extraordinary combination. >> but it's worse than that, it's way worse than that. so remember, actually, the house republican intelligence committee investigation where we learned -- lou: right. >> -- about the fbi agents, that they didn't think flynn was lieuing, we learned about this in early 2017. i raised this to the department of justice at the time and said, wait a second, what's going on here? oh, we can't talk about it, special counsel. i said, wait a second, you have an innocent man that you have under investigation, and then, of course, the threats went on and on. i want people to remember they tried to set up his family and destroy him. even though we had ed, they had evidence, we notified them of this evidence, and it's why what general flynn alluded to, the confidence that the american people now have in, from the election system to the department of justice, to the

fbi, it's at the lowest levels ever in history. and this is not a good place for the american people to be. lou: although i do have to say that the evidence that is mounting thanks to, in large measure, to the work of rudy giuliani, the president's attorney, at these hearings and what we're seeing in the way of whistleblowers come forward, eyewitnesses and the evidence that's mounting including the video surveillance today released in georgia, this is going to be very difficult for the supreme court to ignore, do you not agree? >> well, i just spoke over the last couple days with the former attorney general in nevada. right now there's a hearing going on. i don't know everything that's coming out, but this is a serious person. this is someone who's been around politics, he was the attorney general from nevada, talking about as many as possible 40,000 pallets that were -- ballots that were double counted possibly. this is the information and the evidence continues to come out.
