doubt about claims that the vote in georgia was in any way secure and in any way honest. the video appears to show election workers in fulton pulling out suitcases from beneath a table and then illegally counting ballots without supervisors or republican watchers present. even though state election officials call that perfectly normal, if you can imagine. georgia's governor, brian kemp -- who has fought against a further recount -- after looking at that is now calling for an audit of the vote. >> i called early on for a signature audit. obviously, the secretary of state per the laws in the constitution would have to order that. he has not done that. i think it should be done. i think especially with what we saw today, it raises more questions. there needs to be transparency on that. i would again call for that, and i think in the next 24 hours, hopefully, we'll see a lot more from the hearings that the

legislature had today, and we'll be able to look and see what the next steps are. lou: next steps may, may be the legislature going into emergency session. georgia election officials, however, still mountain that that video -- maintain that video shows nothing more than, quote, normal ballot processing. in other words, don't believe your lying eyes. and now some of those very same poll workers caught in the act on that video, that suitcase video, are under new scrutiny. an uncovered video involving two women seen in that video e and an unidentified man. you can see in this video as one woman looks over her shoulder a number of times to see whether anyone is watching. she is then handed what appears to be a device, perhaps a usb, by the lady sitting across from her. as time dose on, the woman with the device seems to reach her right hand behind the man and

drop whatever she's holding into the man's pocket on his left side. sup. repetitious, suspicious, and the secretary of state who's hanging on to his job by very thin political threats had better not call this normal ballot processing. with all of the questions, all of the suspicions and outright evidence in georgia's vote, president trump is headed to georgia tomorrow to rally supportive of republican senators kelly loeffler and david david perdue. both of their runoff races will decide control of the u.s. senate. fox news correspondent steve harrigan has more from atlanta. steve? >> reporter: lou, president trump to georgia tomorrow, but today it was vice president pence. he was in a savannah with the two republican senators trying to bolster their candidacy in those key january 5th senate runoff elections that could determine who controls the senate for the next two years. here's the vice president.

>> we need the peach state to defend the majority, because the road to the senate republican majority runs right through the state of georgia. >> reporter: former president obama also held a rally today, a virtual rally for the two democratic candidates. meantime, governor brian kemp of georgia, republican, has been taking a lot of criticism not just from president trump, but from some of his supporters in georgia as well. our own griff jenkins found out this morning. >> we want kemp to focus on this election right now. we don't cower about january 5th. january 5th will take care of itself. november 3rd just happened several weeks ago, we've got to got a resolution there first. we're not even focused on january 5th. we know the president's coming here for a rally, and we appreciate that. but what we cower about is the election -- care about is the

election that's already happened. we want those results. we want a certified count here in georgia. and if we lost this election fair and square, hey, no problem. >> reporter: that presidential rally will take place saturday night, valdosta, georgia. lou? lou: steve, thank you. listening to that protester, i think he had it exactly right. the protesters with him, obviously, to as well -- do as well. just how big are those protests? >> reporter: the focus of many of them is to not vote in the january 5th runoff elections, and that's raised some concerns among conservatives. yesterday there were about 100 people out there, today because of the rain a little bit less but certainly vocal and getting a lot of attention about what they might do to influence the runoff elections for the senate. lou? lou: steve, thank you very much, appreciate it. steve harrigan reporting from atlanta. president trump's team also arguing another lawsuit, this one in nevada. his attorneys charge that more

than 40,000 people double voted in the state along with 1500 others who voted who are dead. hard to figure. the president's team saying directly the election in nevada was absolutely stolen. a judge in carson city, the state capital, expected to rule in the case as early as this evening. and the u.s. supreme court has entered the legal proceedings in this election. justice samuel alito has given pennsylvania state officials until next wednesday to respond to an emergency filing by republican lawmakers. republicans arguing that mail-in balloting in pennsylvania violated the constitution and filed certification of -- final certification should be blocked. we've got a terrific lineup this evening to talk up this battle for the white house. colonel phil wald ron, retired

army colonel, he'll share his knowledge of dominion voting systems. we'll also take up the department of justice's refusal to follow up on voter fraud cases with judicial watch president tom fitton. president trump's attorney, rudy giuliani, also with us this evening. he'll have the latest on the trump campaign's legal challenges and successes. and also with us this evening, pastor robert jeffress. the political persecution of general michael flynn may go on somewhat longer than we expected. a federal judge today suggested that u.s. district court judge emmet sullivan could choose to challenge president trump's pardon of general flynn. at a hearing today, bush-appointed judge with reggie walton said judge sullivan might decide to challenge the pardon because the protections, he said, are, quote, too broad. what is too broad is judge sullivan's definition of what a district court judge's powers are.

why that is being tolerated is beyond me. congresswoman zoe lofgren is doing everything she can to swiftly move senator mike lee's green card giveaway bill through congress. you know the one that they passed by unanimous consent, if you will, in the dark of night. she wants to send that legislation straight to president trump's desk within the next nine days. now, senator lee managed to pass that amendment to his immigration outsourcing bill last night through the senate's unanimous consent procedure in which not a single republican in the senate stood up to block mike lee. in other words, every one of them sided with the chamber of commerce and the business round table against 18 million americans who are still unemployed in this nation, sided9 with the chamber of commerce, big business and wall street against middle class men and women, working men and women and their families. now, many of those republicans

have been bought off by the top recipients of h-1b visas. those include tech and social media giants amazon, facebook, microsoft and apple. senator lee himself has received about $80,000 over the past two election cycles from silicon valley. and he is a willing stooge for silicon valley. rino cosponsors of lee's legislation have also received tens of thousands of dollars from big tech including outgoing senator cory gardner -- adios, partner -- as well as senators john cornyn, roger wicker, susan collins, joni everyonest. each of you -- ernst. each of you should be ashamed and apologize to working men and women in this country and marley those who have lost their jobs. senators john cornyn, susan collins further betraying the american worker and their families. both of those senators just rerecollected, both of -- reelected, both of them now

lou: breaking news now, hackers have stolen the personal information of more than 100,000 alaskan voters. hackers gained access to the voter data through the state's online voter registration system. alaska's lieutenant governor says no other election systems or data were i affected, or so they believe. we also believe that dominion, according to the company, is doing business in alaska. we don't know if this was a direct -- [laughter] entry through any of their equipment or software. our next guest is a retired army colonel. he spent half of his 30-year career in information warfare.

he has testified in a number of battleground statements before state legislatures -- states before state the legislatures about how our voting systems have been manipulated in this election. joining us now is colonel phil waldron. phil, it's good to have you with us, we appreciate it. we have -- your testimony has been fascinating before each of these state legislatures, and i believe that you have been absolutely, i'm going to say per wayive, because you've been -- persuasive, because you've been so inform tuf. at the center of it all, dominion voting systems. are they the culprit here? not the only culprit, but are they the principal culprit? >> thank you for having me, lou. i like to explain this as a campaign plan. if in the military we were going to attack a target, we would have a specific air campaign plan to talk out radars, to take out electronic warning, to take out communication, to take out critical functions, and you'd have the ground forces that were

coming across and attacking other, you know, critical pieces of infrastructure. and looking at the whole battlefield here, which i truly believe we are in the middle of a information warfare, unconventional warfare, that's what's happening. there's multiple ways that are being interducted. there's -- interdicted. there's, obviously, the electronic pathway, there appear to be ballot shipping and storage as we've seen -- lou: right. >> -- affidavits in pennsylvania as well as arizona. you know, in the state of michigan there were 17,000 plus dead people or people who voted in michigan who had obituaries. so each one of those is a willful attempt to strip rightful voters in america of their civil rights. so it's a multifacetedded attack.

lou: a multifaceted attack. we also know that the radical dems carried out part of that attack the through their insistence upon mail-in balloting. and republicans committed, committed folly when they permitted it in state after state in this country, marley e in those battleground statements which you been testifying. particularly. but come come by about thely, dominion voting systems with -- you have described it with algorithms which were designed to be inaccurate rather than to be a secure system. give us your sense of who is driving all of this. we know the dems are, we know the deep state has had others, other areas of responsibility in its overall attack. we're talking about command and control. the president of the united states is being censored by silicon valley and social media. we are also watching this

disinformation campaign waged by social media against the conservatives in this country, republicans, and without consequence. give us your sense of exactly who's driving this. >> all of the above. i spent the better pant of my career -- part of my career studying unconventional warfare. and you've got the underground which is the covert piece of the unconventional warfare that drive intelligence, money and i. you generally have a shadow government and then the ger result la forces and the aukes ill si. all of those pieces you can really template into what's happening here. you mentioned specifically dominion, and i think what this is is a situation that -- it's not easy to understand. it's a complex situation that

there's been a narrative built around it. and, again, narrative warfare is a real part of information warfare and information operations. lou: absolutely. >> part of the narrative is that these machines are not connected to the internet. and i don't know if you saw the georgia testimony yesterday, a lady that testified just a few minutes after i did said that he she got her polling place, the systems were coded for a different polling place. she called the help desk in colorado, and they were able to fix both of her polling pads as well as the scanning, the ballot recording devices. so the fallacy that these systems are not connected to the internet is beyond my grasp. if you're seeing live votes come up on mainstream media and social media, where's that information coming from? it's connected to a system. it's connected to the interand

servers. -- internet and servers. and if you look on contracts for the counties and the states that use these systems, you've got servers, you've got firewalls, you've got all this equipment -- lou: right. >> -- that is communications equipment. so it is communicating, and it is live. and that's what -- i just can't understand why people don't understand that. lou: and -- nor do i. nor do i understand why there's such resistance by some state legislatures who are, frankly, betraying a very important reality. i'm glad that they have. because as a result of your testimony, of the hearings that we've seen, we see legislatures -- obviously, sincerely and very concerned --er respective of party in most cases. but right now it's the also very clear that those legislators, elected officials don't even know how the hell they were elected. they have no understanding whatsoever of the technology that's being used. the state election officials

look like absolute baffoons. they've signed multimillion dollar contracts not only with dominion, but others, and they haven't got -- you have to watch their eyes when they start talking about algorithms and software systems. i mean, my god, phil, this is an outrage. and i can't even imagine what the redress here is, but i would like to have your opinion about what we should do knowing what we know now. >> i think it's just a lack of understanding, and i would happily spend a list of questions and the user's manual for the dominion systems to any state the legislator that asked for it, any county add manufacturer -- administrator that asked for it. it's, all you have to do is open a book. all you have to do is open a book. lou: yeah. >> we have a set of laws, but it

appears that the legislators don't understand election law or, you know, the federal laws that govern federal elections. any one of a number of things should be disqualifying these systems. again, this is an american issue. this is not a republican or a democrat issue -- lou: right. >> matter of fact, there was a document that we found on stacey abrams' web site that was put together by one of her staffers that was over 40 pages long of problems with the es and f system. so, i mean, it is recognized by the few of us who have actually looked at these systems and look at the vulnerabilities that are present in them. these systems all have back doors. these systems all have multiple -- you mentioned the slight of hand with the usb drives. there was photographs of a gentleman in pennsylvania walking around with a ziploc bag of usb drives, not to mention a batch that was usb drives and a

laptop were stolen from the elections storage facility i believe on september the 30th. so a month before the elections. those usb drives can be built to bypass encryption, to upload different algorithms of voting software, easy to conceal and to move, like you said, the slight of hand. lou: have you found evidence of foreign involvement? and i'll leave it that open as a question, a foreign involve involvement in our elections. >> i -- lou: particularly with dominion. >> you would say the organizational structure of these companies, this some circular business arrangements. the scidel which is the company that owns clarity elections which provides election night aggregation and reporting to the media, it's a u.s.-owned -- it

is a u.s.-owned company, but sci or del is in barcelona, spain. it went bankrupt in may. it was a very unique bankruptcy situation. in may of 2020, appears to be purchased by a u.k. company called paragon which also has a very circumstance lahr ownership -- circular pattern. in other words, paragon is owned in part by -- lou: right. >> -- [inaudible] so there are a lot of things that are just not quite right. one of our, one of our investigators found a co-located facility in barbados for smartmatic and dominion to share as a registered business address. there are licensing agreements back and forth between these companies. sequoia voting systems was sold off if from basically a lawsuit.

it was purchased by dominion, but the key officials, key executives with she is you ya went right over to senior vice president positions with dominion. so i think the questions -- and you asked earlier, really we've got to deconstruct these companies just like we did in iraq and afghanistan with bomb making networks. we identified the materials, the triggering devices, their favorite employment methods. ing we use the same techniques, and there are a lot of guys out there with those skills, and they're coming onboard day by day asking how to help, how to apply the skills that our country so happily trained us with to fight terrorism to combat this assault -- lou: well, this is, this is an assault on our country, and it

want a prison sentence, but it's not for the charges that he is -- for the crimes he's guilty of, it's for the reduced plea. i mean, this is silly, is it it not? >> yeah. i mean, if you want full justice, you're not going to get it from this plea deal. once you enter into the plea deal, this is what you can expect, and i'm not sure that the guy's going to get prison. interestingly, you had outrageously an operative from the mueller operation send a letter in saying what he did was wrong, but he shouldn't go to jail for it, essentially. so the deep state is circling the wagons, and you had durham take forever and a day to get this agreement in place, and then they go into court, and the guy doesn't on admit he committed a crime. it's a disaster in that regard. lou: when's the last time a crime was committed by a federal justice department employee and actually went to prison? can you think of of a time?

i can't think of one in recent memory at all. >> well, nothing comes to mind, as you ask. lou: yeah. it's -- i'm sure there had to be one or two that there were consequences, accountability for. surely we haven't become a two-tiered justice system as it appears. let me turn to something that you've been calling for for a long time. you wanted a special counsel and, tom, you got one. john durham, who's been at it almost two years now, he's going to be a potential -- special counsel. what in the world did you do here? [laughter] >> well, he appointed him back in october and then kept it secret from the american people for, you know, six weeks now. and, again, another act by the justice department can't hidden, conveniently in a way that benefited joe biden and the obamagate gang. at best, this guarantees that we'll get a report on, you know,

lou: breaking news now, a judge in ns denied the trump campaign's lawsuit to block the state's election certification. that judge ruled the campaign failed to meet their burden to provide credible and relevant evidence to support their request. well, joining us now, the president's personal attorney, rudy giuliani, who is traveling all over this country to battleground statements urging the case -- states urging the case that this president was elected and has been, he's had this election stolen by various forces including the democratic party. rudy, good to have you with us. first, nevada. what happened in nevada? >> well, i mean, this is a call that a judge makes where he shouldn't, actually. it was a motion to dismiss. he should assume -- lou: right.

>> -- that the evidence is true. he really doesn't have the ability at this stage to determine that it's not true, because he hasn't really heard or the whole thing. so i don't want to be, i don't want to be unfair, i do have to note that the judge is a democrat. the city was picked in large part because it's a corrupt democrat city. that's part of the, that's part of the plan they had here, lou. they picked cities that they could take control where they can pretty much do anything they want. we'll take it up on appeal and hope we get a better result in the nevada intermediate court and supreme court. nevada's not critical to us, but it's on that -- lou: right. >> we're pinning our hopes more on georgia, on arizona, on michigan and, boy, on wisconsin. we've got a great case in wisconsin. lou: and pennsylvania? >> well, pennsylvania, you know,

pennsylvania certified in a strange, strange decision today against us. so we are going to appeal that. it's a terrible decision. i would say coward withly republicans -- cowardly republicans, they know what happened. pennsylvania's had 800,000 illegal ballots. 800,000 ballots that were secretly cast without any republicans getting the opportunity to observe them. so that one we'll take up on appeal, and that one i feel pretty strongly mix in with a couple of wins, i think we'll prevail in the supreme court on that one. pennsylvania and michigan -- lou: i want to -- >> -- had the most fraud. of course, you know that atlanta had the most blatant fraud with that bank heist on television. lou: that the secretary of state called perfectly normal conduct for an election. i don't understand how the man

is still in office, frankly, with that remark. let me say two things, if i may, very quickly here. one is your summary in michigan to the state legislature there, to the state senate, i thought, was absolutely masterful, it was eloquent, it was absolutely a wonderful statement that should insist, it should persuade, it should motivate every state senator and assemblyman to step up and to fight for the constitution and fight for the integrity of their election systems in those states. i hope that that will yet happen, but i want to say to you, you're fighting wondrously and eloquently, and i'm sure the president is as proud of you as a all -- >> the president is a wonderful client, and i until you, i tell

you, it's harder fighting with our own side. my gravest disappointment is in how many republicans are afraid to step up. they know what the right thing to do is, but they're afraid they're going to get attacked like me. and they even said that. they said how do you deal with this? how do you get up in the morning? i look in the mirror, that's how i deal with it. i'm my own man. lou: john ratcliffe, the -- yeah, i think that that would be a grand idea for every american. the constitution assures that each of us has that opportunity and that right. john ratcliffe, the direct or of national intelligence, the highest official in intelligence, says that china is carrying out a campaign of influence against our elected officials and making no, there was know equivocation or qualification in his statement. that -- to what degree do to you sense that what we've witnessed in this congress, this senate

and in some court decisions in some of these state legislatures is the result of foreign influence in which we have officials who have been compromise or who have compromised themselves? what role is that playing in this ugly, ugly episode e in our country's history? >> well, china has played a major role in the shutdown of information that's being disclosed to the united states. going back to the, going back to the hard drives that revealed 0 years of crime -- 30 years of crime by the biden family and $50 million. china used its influence in big businesses, big tech, networks to make sure that none of this was put out. china can't stand another four years of trump. maybe he'll straighten them out. and they own biden. so this was an all or nothing election for china. i mean, they got us in a really bad position with coronavirus.

tossed out a california trial court's ruling that had upheld governor newsom's restrictions on freedom of religion. well, joining us now, pastor robert jeffress, from the first baptist church of dallas, also a fox business contribute or. pastor, you've got to -- this is a wonderful development. give us your reaction to the supreme court ruling. >> yeah, what the supreme court is doing, lou, is affirming what they said last week over thanksgiving in saying that government cannot put stricter restrictions on churches than it does on pet stores or liquor stores. and this is a wonderful decision by the supreme court, and you know what's interesting is, lou, back in the summer these california churches appealed to the supreme court for relief, and chief justice roberts said no way. he wouldn't interfere with what local authorities were doing. but now the supreme court is listening. what is the difference? the difference is the addition

of justice amy coney barrett to the court, and we have one person to thank for that, lou. his name is donald j. trump. and when you think of president trump's addition of three conservative justices and 200 conservative federal judges to the appellate courts, your going to see -- you're going to see rulings like this, conservative rulings for generations to come. lou: well, i want to talk to you also about the new study claiming 97% of conservative christians voted for president trump. what do you make of that? >> well, you hear all this fake news that biden got a lot of the evangelical vote. that is fake news. the fact is 43 million evangelicals turned out on november 3rd. the overwhelming number of them voted for president trump because of his pro-life, pro-religious liberty accomplishments. they stood with president trump and, lou, i'm here to tell you

they are still standing with president trump. a reporter asked me yesterday what do evangelicals think about all of these charges of election fraud. and i said certainly every this a difference of opinions on various aspects of that, but every evangelical i've talked to believes that these are serious charges that need to be investigated, they may need to be litigated, but in no way should they be truncated. these investigations should not be shortened in anyway. you know -- way. we were told during mueller investigation, the witch hunt, that we need to give time for these investigations to play out. we need to do that here as well. lou: absolutely.
