the election to find out that there was actually an investigation that was stemming from suspicious activity reports. that's a big deal, liz. that means this is more than just a possible tax evasion claim. that means this is widespread. could be illegal movement of money. could involved others including jim, perhaps joe. we don't know, the full scope of it, conspiracy for illegal movement of money is certainly what the fbi and the department of justices investigating. people have been talking about the past, what will happen in the transition. reality is, this is being led by lying prosecutors in the trenches and lying investigators that don't really care about who is in office and who isn't. they have a case to investigate. i can promise you they will continue to investigate regardless who is in charge. elizabeth: if the biden say appoints new york governor andrew cuomo as attorney general the probe still continues?

>> it does. the u.s. attorney out of delaware is independently nominated by a president and confirmed by the senate. and he, he is not told who or how to handle that office and who to investigator not investigate. when i was u.s. attorney i hadn't authority over all of my investigations and that is what is happening there. now the attorney general could remove the u.s. attorney but that talks quite a bit of time. up to have another confirmation and a in that timeline you will see that the cases continue. that is the, that's the beauty of the department of justices, they're political at the top, but not in trenches. elizabeth: we have a federal probe in manhattan into hunter biden. a federal probe in delaware into hunter biden. a federal probe in pennsylvania into james biden. all of those probes going on. the fbi, irs, grand jury impaneled in the delaware probe and media not covering it, not talking about this, not covering

election and there was indicia it was a large investigation involving the movement of millions of dollars that may have even touched on some national security concerns and interests and then you have a candidate that is running for office that refuses to answer questions, who is implicated by one whistle-blower that comes forth whose evidence is verified? i mean this is, i guess the time that we live in. it is offensive to me who spent most of my career in the criminal justice system. it should be offensive to those who have watched it happen. elizabeth: and, brett, hunter biden's business partner at cefc, that energy conglomerate in china, he was a former deputy secretary-general of a unit at the, in the chinese military services that was responsible for espionage, for intelligence, and for propaganda but you had chuck schumer and senator ron wyden saying the fbi dial it back about any investigation into hunter biden. you had 50 former intelligence

society. and you're saying this is serious stuff, based on their policies, right? >> yay. they have the house. we know that nancy pelosi is likely to be speaker when we convene on january 3rd, vote for speakership because the democrat has the majority. aoc, is right in the fact that if they do win these two seats and they have control of the senate, it is democratic control in the senate and house and presidency. the only thing that speaker pelosi will have to negotiate with is the progressive left-wing of the house which they gained more seats. i think they're up to seven or 10, have a stronger caucus now in the last elections. you will see the entire government lurch strongly to the left, direction that the vast majority of americans do not support, and do not support these policies. so i encourage anybody in georgia watching this, get out to vote and support the republican candidates, so we don't see a huge swing left and huge increase in taxes, things like the green new deal in america. elizabeth: well one of the

♪. elizabeth: okay. let's welcome back to the show national border patrol council president brandon judd. it is great to see you again, brandon. polls show americans and immigrants want humane legal immigration. authorities in laredo, texas warning about dozens of human stash houses being hidden by human smugglers inside neighborhoods in suburbia. what is going on here? >> because the trump policies have been so effective in controlling the border we've been more effective on the border than we ever been before my entire career, cartels are now forced to work in extraordinary measures. they're forced to go out and rent homes. they are forced to go out to find homes. the problem with these homes, they are extremely unsanitary. they're extremely dangerous. they're extremely cramped and these cartels who do not care at all for human life, they're packing these individuals in

there, waiting until they have transport to move them further into the united states. most people think that illegal border crossings, they stay in texas and california and arizona and that is not true. they work their way up to atlanta, to chicago, to new york. they work throughout the entire united states. so they have to get the transport to them to get them to those destinations. elizabeth: didn't the justice department recently warn that gangs like ms-13 are making big bucks off of human smuggling? >> yeah. this is actually a multibillion-dollar industry per year. the cartels, organized crime, that is what cartels are, they are organized crime, they act as a business. they look for how can they generate a profit, how can they generate revenue. one of the best ways to do it is tie border patrol hands up crossing lower value products, making sure that our agents go to take those individuals into custody and they create artificial gaps in our coverage on the border. they cross their higher value

products right behind us. that is why we have to be concerned about what might be coming if we're going to see larger numbers of people coming up to the border, more caravans. policies make a huge difference and the trump administration did a great job on the border. and continue to do a great job. elizabeth: border security, border security officials say nearly 400 stash houses with illegal border crossers inside of them across the country n laredo there are about 100 of them. they're ferried out of laredo throughout the country. laredo sector is a big sector. it covers 175 miles of border area from mexico-texas border up through the boundaries of oklahoma and arkansas. we're talking hundreds of stash houses now. >> and what is scarery about that, that is what we know of.

just because we know that there is 100 stash houses in laredo, doesn't mean that is all there is. there will be a lot more. we take down the stash houses as they come up and they will spring back up this is not necessarily a bad thing. we want crime to have to go to extraordinary measures. that makes it more difficult to sell their products to people that, to would-be illegal border crossers in other countries like guatemala, el salvador, honduras, even china. so we want to make it as difficult as we possibly can and that's what has been done here. now we have to have the intel to continue to shut down these stash houses. elizabeth: now we have got acting customs and border protection commissioner mark morgan, a guest on our show, he is talking about the spike in illegal border crossings. he said, quote, cartels and human smugglers are fueling perceptions that our borders will once again be wide open and then we will be reinstating the loopholes that have been closed. is this what we can expect now
