bringing the sides together. is there something democrats are willing to give up in order to get bigger checks? >> why should they give up anything? they compromise for this bill. they compromised for this bill with the white house. and the president is complaining about expenses in the budget part of this bill. that he proposed in his own budget. aid to egypt, the kennedy center. all of these things are party presidents out budget. was just put it this way, there is no grand strategy hereby donald trump or there's no plan. he's lighting a match and burning the house down as he walks out the door. suspect giving people money is not burning the house down. they were involved with the negotiation of this budget. but the president really was 2000-dollar checks he should get on the phone to mitch mcconnell. they will unanimous consent it right now the house speaker of representatives. and they'll do it in the senate too if the president
