are part of an ongoing, substantial and vigorous conspiracy that has spanned more than four years in an effort to block and overthrow president trump. and, of course, the radical left's thirst for power driving much of those efforts. the radical dems, the rinos, the left-wing national media, the deep state, corporate america, politically-corrupt judges, wall street and the it can titans of silicon silicon value -- tech titans of silicon valley all joining forces to undercut and undermine this president for more than four years. whether it was his campaign, whether it was robert mueller's special counsel investigation, the months of investigation that preceded that special counsel, a sham impeachment proceeding or this, the latest effort to steal a presidential election. today 174 of this country's top business leaders joined

together, as if this were not already joined, to urge congress to certify the electoral college results in favor of joe biden. aren't you astonished that the business establishment wants joe biden to be president? arguing that attempts to thwart or delay this process run counter, in their words, to the essential tenets of our democracy. doesn't a, an absolute effort to steal an election run counter to the tenets of this great democracy? shouldn't that be with considered as well? -- be considered as well? not, apparently, in their opinion. ing an obama-appointed judge today also rejected another lawsuit are challenging the election results in five battleground states. judge moseberg made that ruling, serving still as the presiding judge of the fisa court.

yes, the very same counts used -- and i do mean used -- to spy on president trump, his 2016 campaign and members of his administration. the action of the judge and the words of those 174 business leaders serve to suggest there was no election fraud, to move along, there is nothing to see here. about 60 judges have made that ruling. but, of course, all of us know there was fraud. the questions are how big, how important was the fraud, can it be proved and did it, in fact, steal an election? 74 million americans voted for president trump. 10 million that voted for him only four years before. that's more than any president had ever received before. the evening of november 3rd was shaping up to be a humiliating defeat, you may recall, for joe biden. and it all turned around

overnight. and almost simultaneously it turned around in five battleground states. hundreds of sworn affidavits attest to midnight ballot drops and democrat strongholds including detroit, philadelphia, atlanta. ballots were reportedly scanned numerous times through a machines, and video shows what appeared to be election workers pulling out suitcases stashed beneath their desks filled with ballots. and that occurred in atlanta, georgia. after republican poll watchers were told to go home and the counting was over. it turns out the counting was far from over whether in atlanta, maricopa county or detroit, wayne county, michigan. all those claims have been ignored by with investigative federal agencies and by courts, state and federal. that has prompted 11 republican

senators to announce their support for a challenge to certain electoral college votes for joe biden. that challenge will come wednesday. senator ted cruz and ten other republicans said they would object to the 2020 election results. they are standing up for law and order and the constitution. they want an emergency 10-day audit of the election results conducted and conducted straightaway. senator josh hawley, the first to stand up and demand, demand integrity in our election of 2020, has separately announced his plans to object to the certification of certain states' electors. but the rinos in congress are baying at the moon all of a sudden. they've come out in opposition to the effort to insure free and fair and accurate election counts. senator tom cotton, a protege of

the never trumper bill crust toll, says he -- bill kristol, says he opposes that effort. he opposes that effort. as does his fellow rino lindsey graham, a confused man who changes his mind about supporting president trump or the radical left or the deep state almost daily. and ben sasse, confused but a former president of a college, some 1400 students will attest to that, saying the challenge is a very, very bad idea. we do not know of any accomplishment of the senator other than to criticize the views of others. mitt romney, susan collins, lisa murkowski, bill cassidy, we all know them well, rinos all who have been nothing more than wasted space on the senate floor for all that they could accomplish, and they say the challenge, the challenge goes against the will of the american people.

votes express the will of the american people, senators, and we don't know how they voted. in many cases, the remnants of november 3rd have been, well, destroyed. and those records of the votes are not available to those who would like to have a honest recount. or an honest audit. the fact is federal law requires that those votes, those ballots be kept for 22 months, but numerous jurisdictions decided they didn't need to keep them. i think that every jurisdiction that made that decision should have to vote again. with all of those senators, by the way, when they say something is wrong, it usually means it's right. and then there's the former the rino house speaker paul ryan who says the challenge would strike at the foundation of our republic. ryan ignoring that he endangered

the republic almost constantly as speaker of the house and as a failed candidate for vice president. expect fact that almost every -- and the fact that almost every action taken i by the radical left over the past four years in their efforts to overthrow president trump, to block his agenda has been a blow to the very foundation of our republic and not once, not once dud ryan the rino ever protest. in a tweet today, president trump responded to all of those rinos saying, quote: the surrender or caucus within the republican party will go down in inthat hu as weak and ineffective guardians of our nation who were willing to accept the certification of fraudulent presidential numbers. we'll be taking all of this up in this evening's broadcast. we'll be joined by congressman mo brooks. he's leading the challenge of electoral votes wednesday. he's with us as is congressman jim jordan.

we'll be talking with the political savant himself, ed rollins, judicial watch president tom fitton about why the radical left and rinos are so quick to join together and deny charges of election fraud despite, despite our lying eyes. well, president trump will be traveling to dalton, georgia, tonight. the president there will hold a rally later this evening. the president will do all of that in advance of tomorrow's senate runoff. the rally organizers expecting a crowd crowd of up to 20,000 for tonight's event. it'll be held at the dalton regional airport. some attendees from out of state have been camping out there for days. the president's support for kelly loeffler and david perdue not going unappreciated by the republican candidates. perdue indicating tomorrow's vote is about standing up for president donald trump. >> my logic is this, is that if you voted in no for donald trump -- in november for donald trump, you stand need to stand

up and fight with the rest of us that are trying to get him a fair accounting in the state and vote tomorrow. this is the last opportunity we will have to protect everything that we've accomplished in the last four years. the second thing is the last line of defense to stop the democrats from perpetrating this radical socialist agenda. it's as simple as that. and if you're with as upset as i am about what happened in november, the only alternative you have is to fight the only way you can, and that is to get out and vote tomorrow. lou: and turnout is expected to be heavy. our first guest this evening has raised concerns about the integrity of the electioning in georgia. today a fulton county superior court judge refused to take up a hearing to determine whether ballots from the november election should be forensically inspected. the request for the inspection was brought forward by garland finishing avorito, found or of an election integrity watchdog group, and he joins us now as

does david cross, concerned citizen, who has been amongst the team analyzing votes in georgia with garland. gentlemen, good to have you with us, and let me say, garland, you've been working on integrity in our elections for decades. to be told in that count today you wouldn't be able to inspect ballots, your reaction. >> well, you've been leading this issue as well in the broadcast media for 16 years, lou, so thank you very much. we were very disturbed by this. it was kind of what we call an administrative trick that was pulled today, and they tried to -- lou: who pulled it? who pulled the trick? we're very tight on time, i want to say -- i'm sorry, you're your honor, we're very tight for time, so i need to get right to, if i may, the punch. who pulled the trick, as you call it? >> well, we think our lawsuit

was moved by the chief united states justice or the judge himself to administerrive, a different judicial district. and apparently they did not want it here in fulton county. however, we have determined that that might have actually worked to our advantage because just before we came on the air here, i dud get word that we will be having a hearing on wednesday at 4:00. so this -- lou: the purpose of that hearing is to do what, garland? i'm sorry to interrupt, but what is that purpose? >> public inspection of the ballots of fulton county. these are the ballots that we have foresworn affidavits that were fraudulent and ballots that were handled during the audit, and these are the ballots that were also illegally scammed at state farm arena over and over again as you said earlier, lou.

lou: and, david, these ballots, are you expecting to see them as soon as the judge makes a ruling? is that what you would have expected had you got a ruling today? >> well, i mean, i'm a normal person. you would think we would, but, you know, i obviously don't know, you know, how this whole process with, you know, lies and corruption works. but the bottom line is that is we don't know when we're going to see hem them. we were hoping to see them today, but i don't know when we'll see them. lou: well, i'm looking at some numbers of the military vote in fulton county, and they're rather astonishing, some of these. you've been putting these -- an losing them. in one -- analyzing them. in one instance a batch, batch one -- if we can put this up -- batch one in fulton county absentee by mail, 950 votes were cast. 950 of them went to joseph

biden. what in the world, what in the world does that mean? it seems like an um possibility. then i -- impossibility. then i look down here at another place, and we're looking at 1475 votes to 289. joe biden won 84% of the military ballots in fulton county. do we know if that's ever happened before? i mean, that just seems outrageously -- >> i don't think it's ever happened for any presidential candidate to get 84% of the vote like that. and the president easily won 70% of nationwide, so i don't know how georgia was, like, the lone standout black sheep where he only got 15%. lou: well, it's a, it's remarkable, the numbers and the work that you gentlemen are doing and your other team members trying to get to the truth. i want to turn very quickly, is it your sense that the

corruption could be faithfully and fairly described as local and county corruption rather than state? what -- how would you, garland, describe who are the corrupt actors here? >> it's bipartisan corruption, lou, as you probably are aware. in this case we have pretty solid evidence that fulton county has corrupted the vote. we know that 950-0 cannot possibly be legitimate numbers. but on the other hand, we have the republican secretary of state covering up for the democrats by saying that there is no fraud in the state of georgia, it didn't happen, everything was normal ballot processing at state farm arena, nothing to see here. we know that he's not telling the truth. lou: and your take, david? the corruption. , as you say -- corruption? as you saw, you're a private

citizen trying to help out, help get to the truth. your sense, very quickly, as we wrap up here. >> oh, listen, listen, totally. i went to the second vote recount, and i sent you guys a picture of the unsecure ballot totes. when i was there, i saw nine totes that didn't have locking member numbers as well. lou: can we put that picture -- excuse me one second. let's put up that picture if we could, please. thank you. what are people looking at here, david? >> so what you're looking at, this is called a ballot transport tote. it's a black suitcase with a locking member number on it. lou: right. >> each one of them was supposed to have a red zip tie on it to signify it was secure. when i went back and spoke with garland, i said there's nine of these things over here that aren't secure, and the first reaction i got from garland was, david, that's not possible. they all have to be secure: so i took garland and another couple of gentlemen back over, and when i got close to one of the bags,

i pointed at at one with my foot, and a woman came running over and said you kicked that ballot transfer bag, we told you not to touch it, you're out of here. so she brought two security guards and took me off the property. so they're hiding? each one of them will hold anywhere from 3-4,000 ballots, and if you've got nine of them insecure, that's 35,000 potential ballots that skipped the chain of custody. lou: david cross, garland favorito, thank you both for being with us and being involved and trying to get to the truth of this thing for the american people. not for anyone else, frankly. let everybody else wait. i'm tired of worrying about who gets to see the truth. it should be the american people. and the right to know is being just crushed in this country by nearly every institution we depend upon. that, i hope, is among the things that are changing. a major challenge to the

states they will object to during wednesday's certification. sources until us that no conclusions have net been made by -- yet been made. more than a hundred house members reportedly objecting to the results in arizona, georgia, michigan, nevada, pennsylvania and wisconsin. those six battleground statements at the center of -- states at the center of this week's, well, historic events. joining us now, congressman mo brooks who's been leading the fight to challenge the election results on wednesday. congress convenes to officially tally the votes from the electoral college and will try to ine stall joe biden -- install joe biden as president-elect. congressman, great to have you back with us, and we are now nearing extraordinary events in washington. the numbers of senators and congressmen joining you have risen dramatically. in the house, first of all, your reaction to the support you and the president are receiving in

this effort. >> well, on the house side, we're very strong. i would anticipate that we will have over a hundred united states congressmen who will support this effort on the house floor either by cosponsoring the objections or by speaking to reject these electoral college votes from tainted states or from voting. and, you know, voting, speaking, cosponsoring, those three things. on the senate us side though, i'm a little bit disheartened. it appears that right now we only have one senator, josh hawley, who's agreed to cosponsor one objection for one state, that being pennsylvania. as of this moment, i don't know of any other state that any other senator is willing to cosponsor. now, we've had about a dozen who are kind of going through the motions, a dozen senators. but what we really need are senators who will sign the dotted line and join our objections to michigan, wisconsin, pennsylvania, georgia, arizona and nevada

where we ought to have at least 30 house members for each of those six states, and in some of those states it might be 40 or 50. we'll see what the total number of objections are versus the total number of republicans in the house side that will vote to reject the electoral vote submittals from these states that have very tainted and unreliable, untrustworthy election systems. lou: senator cruz is proposing a electoral the -- electoral vote commission like occurred in 1876. with an urgent audit of the vote and a convening of that commission. at one level it sounds fine, on the other level it sounds like subterfuge. which do you think it is? >> well, i'm baffled by it, quite frankly. if it had been back in early

november, that would have been one thing. but the question now is how are you going to vote on it? what's the process between now and 1 p.m. eastern time on wednesday to get a vote to create this kind of commission? i don't know of a mechanism that is available to have that kind of vote in the house or the senate. time will tell if they're able to do that. but from a substantive standpoint, even if they are able to get this commission created, to have it done in ten days? there's no way in the world that a commission can do a complete and thorough investigation that would divulge to the american people and members of the house and senate how bad the voter fraud and the election theft has been in the november 2020 election cycle. lou: yeah, let me just go through, if i may, with you some of those senators who can be disheartennenning at times, irrespective of the events of this week. top republican senators against objecting to fraudulent

electoral vote. amongst them, the majority leader, mitch mcconnell, tom cotton, mitt romney, thune, graham, toom e y. they are, in other words, the usual suspects joining richard shelby, lisa murkowski, roy blunt. trump has already called for primaries against lisa murkowski. matt gaetz put it succinctly, we aren't going back to the old republican party. those yes i men that you see there -- gentlemen that you see there represent that in high if not sophisticated fashion. he says we're not going back to the old republican party, we're not going back to losing politely with mitt romney. we're not going back to the bushs and the cheneys. this is donald trump's party, i'm a donald trump republican. we need to hear those words in the senate to match up with the delegations from those battleground states to which the electoral votes which you will

republic, are we going to have an honest and accurate election system. and those who vote to fight for america and our republic, who show that kind of courage, they're going to do the right thing. but i'm very much concerned that we have far too many congressmen and senators who have yet to do their homework, who have yet to perceive that the evidence is overwhelming and compelling of voter fraud and election theft and who are more apt to dung and run -- duck and run, cower in their foxhole rather than do the right thing. if the american people would demand of their senators and congressmen to stand up and fight for america, then we'll do fine, and we'll win this vote on wednesday. but if we have republicans who are afraid to fight, who are unwilling to do so, who are half hearted in their measures, then, of course, we're going to lose, and voter fraud's going to win. it comes down to that. i'm going to fight, i hope others will join me. lou: congressman mo brooks, thanks for being with us. we appreciate it and all you do. well, joining us now, tom

they can appoint new electors if need be. they don't need to be called in, they're in session now, many of the i key states. and the question is of the senate and the house, are they going to rubber stamp what everyone understands to be or should understand to be compromised elections. and in my view, that will happen if the people let their elected representatives know how they feel about it. we now know, thanks to this leak, that that we can't trust the officials to either investigate what happened in georgia or even to run this election. their veil has been lifted as people who are willing to engage in unethical and potentially illegal behavior to target donald trump. so the election crisis continues even tomorrow based on what's happening in georgia with this anti-trump activism by the leadership of the secretary of state's office there. we're in a constitutional crisis, and whether or not trump wins or not on wednesday, the

the virus was in a dozen countries, and we did so two weeks before the world health organization decided it was a pandemic. as well as the cdc, we might add. also breaking, the democrat-controlled new york state assembly will consider an extraordinary new authoritarian bill this week. authoritarian, why you ask? the bill would allow governor andrew cuomo or those he delegates the power to remove and detain people who are deemed by them to pose a threat to public safety and to place them in a medical fundamental or other appropriate facility. what do you mean, left-wing fascism? giving cuomo power over life and property. that didn't work out too well for at least 7400 nursing home

patients at the height of the pandemic. there is no reason it would work any better for the citizens of the state of new york at large. joining me now, former reagan white house political director, fox business contributor and political analyst and great american, ed rollins. ed, good to have you with us. happy new year. >> happy new year to you. lou: i want to start with the simple fact we're eight -- thank you, sur. we're eight weeks from the election, and we still don't have verifiable, tangible support for the crimes that everyone knows were committed; that is, defrauding other citizens who voted with fraudulent votes. we know that's the case in nevada, we know it's the case in pennsylvania and a number of other states, but we have had a devil of a time finding actual

proof. why? >> well, we haven't been able to get it before the courts. unless you can make your case before the courts, there's fro reprieve here -- there's no are peeve here. i wish my friends in the house and senate on wednesday, but the truth of the matter is they're going to get rolled over. on january 20th, biden is going to be inaugust a rated as the president. it may be trump's party, but it's not trump's party in washington, d.c. today. at the end of the day, maybe we with need another party. they're not going to get in, and no one's going to take this case up. you have all the affidavits in the world, and i think the president has been poorly served by his lawyers and some of the white house staff. at the end of the day here, they haven't paid their case effectively. lou: and the fact of the matter is that this president is looking at the prospect of having this election stolen from him. do you think that's a fair statement? >> 42,000 votes shifted, meaning

half of that number would have given him 269 votes which are taken to the house of representatives. these are all small margin, 10,000, 5,000, 33,000, i think, is the total in three states that we lost, and certainly there's enough question trial time i think -- there. i think the key thing is how do we go forth in the future, and i'm not sure that the vehicle is there. lou: let me ask you this, because i've heard that from a number of people, ed, we've got to fix it. as if, you know, we can just ignore the reality. and so i'm going to ask this: which of these two parties, which of their factions do you most trust to fix this? because that's where we are right now. we have a government that cannot respond to a, an i assault on the american people leaving 350,000 americans dead, and that

rinos like paul ryan talk about the foundation of democracy and the will of the people which is, of course, expressed through our votes. and we don't know about the accuracy of those votes. we have a very good indication they were fraudulently counted, you know? vote all you want, just let me count them. your thoughts as we wrap up here on what the prospects are for this president having -- winning the right for an investigation and to assure the integrity of an election. >> this president is not going to have any more options inside. he'll be gone on january 20th at noon. he's a very powerful force outside, and maybe that has to be his major issue over the next couple of years, reform the system from the exeternal as opposed to the internal. they're not going to let him one

this thing, it's over, and the reality is he's still a very powerful man. he has a very powerful voice, but he has to do it outside. he can't do it inside. that's my 50 years of watching this -- lou: well, that's a sorry -- >> i wish i could tell you differently -- lou: no, no, i'm asking because i think -- by the way, i don't see right now at this very moment today, i don't see a way forward for the country. and that concerns me deeply. that america right now is in the hands of an establishment and factions that are not putting america first, and that has been the premise of both or the, of course, this president and the trump years, the foundation he's laid for our future. ed rollins, it's good to have you with us again and look forward to talking with you much more in 2021.

♪ lou: joining us now, congressman jim jordan who just finished a meeting with his congressional colleagues about contesting the electoral college results on wednesday. congressman, thanks for everything you're doing. i say that almost every -- [laughter] every time we talk about anything. >> it's what you're doing. lou: well, thank you and happy new year. >> happy new year. lou: can you tell us the latest on what you expect wednesday? >> yeah. on the house side, you're going to get objections to six states, the six states we've been talking about over the last nine weeks. several of those states you had unconstitutionally you had -- understand that the constitution's very clear. article i, section four says the time and place for holding elections shall be determined in each state and the legislature thereof. so it's the legislature that

sets the time and place, and in several states you had secretaries of state, partisan supreme courts, county clerks just saying, no, we're not going to follow that, and all pushed but the democrat party. and the reason they pushed it is because in those legislatures in these key states, the battleground states, republicans controlled those. so they couldn't do it the constitutional fashion, so they had to go around it and issue all kinds of changes to the election law. that's the fundamental argument. then you add the fraud on top of it, those are the arguments we're going to be making on wednesday for the american people to, frankly, see for the first time. lou: let me ask you this, and we're going of to have to -- we're over time, but why in the world shouldn't the republican party be able to come together to defend the president of the united states, arguably the greatest since with abraham -- since abraham lin congress -- >> yeah. lou: -- and whether it's the supreme court that refuses to deal with what are absolutely violations of the constitution on their face --

>> yeah. lou: -- whether it's mitch mcconnell in the senate and the lack ey in the senate. >> i wish we with would fight for president trump and the constitution just like he has fought for the more than people, done what he said he would do more than any president in our lifetimes, lou. he has kept his word and performed and accomplished and got things done for the american people. so i wish that republicans, our party would unite and fight for him and the constitution in the exact same manner that he's fought for us over the last four years. lou: do you think the reare money party will -- republican party will die if they don't? >> i think we need to -- the american people deserve to hear the truth on wednesday. they deserve to understand what exactly took place in these states where they did not follow the constitution and how they conducted their elections. and understand it was justice
