down colin fossil fuel jobs and expect all of a sudden the solar plants will pop up in west virginia. john kerry's family owns the private jet. private jets pump out 40% more than commercial airliners. john kerry has lectured oil and gas gas workers you have you have to lose your job while flying around in a right jet. even admits majority of emissions come from overseas. >> he also know paris alone is not enough. not when almost 90 percent of all of the planet's mission, global emissions come from outside of u.s. borders. we could go to zero tomorrow and the problem isn't solved. >> they can be the people to go to work to make the solar panels. i think workers are going to see that with the efforts of the biden administration so they will have much better set of choices, frankly it will create more jobs.

elizabeth: all right. that kind of top down talk is just not going to play with republicans already. i mean they're going to fight this in court. i just want to make this final point about why the biden agenda is going to hit a wall in congress. because they think they can ram through stuff on budget reconciliation like covid relief, to do that, to get a simple majority vote you have to abide by the pay-go rules. that means if you're going to incur new debt you have to cut spending elsewhere. if they do anything that incurs new debt they have to cut medicare or farm subsidies or geepublicans agree with what they're doing to bust the filibuster to do a 60 vote. what do you say to that angle? is the biden agenda going to hit a wall? >> of course it is going to hit a wall. remember, biden took office saying that we are now going through four simultaneous crises.

that you're watching the fox business network. welcome back to the show scott martin. i love having you on. you are wall street pro. gamestop, it looks like the gamestop frenzy is being stop. are youu worried this will spred a bubble mania that affects other sectors besides these reddit stocks? what do you say? >> it is game over and i think it's a lesson learned really. i don't think it's going to spread as much as we thought it would have on monday because if you look at the trade it was over by basically noon on monday by lunch. didn't last as long. the gamestop frenzy the nokia and amc frenzy lasted several days so i think given some of the shorts were taken out of the provision and some of them were taken off guard that allow the gamestop frenzy and some of its counterparts to last longer. next time i don't think it will be a surprise. liz: so there's a lot of talk about this being a morality tale

with david and goliath the little guys taken in the big guys when it really was a bubble mania. this is terrible for investors in the market. people gett. hurt in loose a lot of money. this is not just a morality tale rates and expensive game of financial uncle, right? >> yes and frankly in a game of arithmetic you know what happened to gamestop's stock over the last several days. rallied 35%, 40%, 60% every couple of days here and there and then out lost a big number 3% drawdown and then a 50% drawdown. when you look at the arithmetic and see we are losing less amounts on the bigger numbers 48 was near the top you start to realize how much money you are losing that individual investors were e-mailing me over the weekend saying i don't understand why allows a much money but i thought i made more than i lost but yes if you were losing more off of your numbers.

to your point it was a lesson for investors and there's no such thing as free money. liz: let's explain it this way is one of my pals on wall street told me. let's talk about it this way. let's financeay a big -- that is the values of shares in failing companies small retailers like gamestop and many allow these inexperienced traitors $150 per share at $30 it sounds like investingha in a ponzi scheme. now we have that happening and now we have why doesn't the big board list these companies? the why is now congress talking about fixing the problem with a wealth tax or tax on stock trade when hedge funds have stopped congress from enacting a tougher role which would mean you have a firewall inside the markets where you cannot basically short

the stock unless it's on an uptick? we have that for decades. that's a natural fix, right? >> grade-point and regulators route to brecht is 10 lunch and dinner and a midnight on this one and it got out of control. to your point the fact that this was allowed to go on all last week was near criminal. it wasmi allowed because it wasn the rules but it was a bad move. on thursday-ish some sharks got into the water meaning some of the big institutional investors started coming in and hedging, shorting these names where there was outright shorting theng stok and you saw what happened on friday. a lot of those platforms that represent individual investors mom and pops trading started cutting off liquidity to a lot of those investors that needed the liquidity the most. get out of the way and they got

stuck in the trade and they got trapped. now here it is monday and tuesday in people want 50, 60, 70%. liz: you just laid it out perfectly scott with the lay of the land would happen. they will limit trading to include the trade so that's what happened with robinhood. he's expected to testify. talked to me about senator elizabeth warren wanting now a tax which is unconstitutional and you would need an army of irs auditors the size of russia to enforce everybody's net worth meaning the value of your house, the value of your car's market to market what your net worth is. irs officials have told me they don't wantt that. you need an auditor arm and an appraiser armed the size of russia to enforce it. absurd.ently breathtakingly idiotic is what one person told me.

you see that happening in michigan but let's welcome "fox news" contributor david webb. here's what else is happening. lease 15 states and washington d.c. amassing major fights between teachers unions and school boards and parents saying saying -- fighting over reopening. talk to us about that. >> there's so much to say here so let's try to unpack this in the short time we have. first of all obviously the students are losing. we are losing the school year but more than that they are losing the advancement of education and socialization. think about things and school abuse and other issues. over 50% cut by teachers and school counselors and officials so that's another issue. good security for the kids in poor communities and now let's talk about the women around america. women in some of the biggest losers in jobs since the pandemic vegan especially in the service sector jobs, restaurants
