they do everything they can to eliminate them. taking every opportunity to kill them. they have nothing to lose and they might as well do it right there on the street. it isan a terrible and dangerous situation for our agents and policemen. elizabeth: the fbi agents are heroes. we lost two of them. laura and daniel. both of them specialize in investigating crimes you you're talking about. we are covering stories that do not get a lot of attention. have you ever heard of an individual shooting through a door like this? i do not think we have seen a loss for the fbi in four decades. me was arst for vehicle assault where two of our agents were killed because of superior firepower of two other criminals. two agents killed. two suspects scaled. thatwo is not that uncommon that you would take a shot through a door. a 9-millimeter or 45 or 40 or in

this case an assault rifle. elizabeth: thank you for that information. this is one of the bloodiest days in fbi history and south florida. among the deadliest we have seen in the history of the fbi. nationally as well. that crime coincides with what we are seeing in terms of human trafficking, in terms of what the government included the marshall service is doing to rescue missing children. we have been tracking the story. 421,000 children missing in this country. now the u.s. marshals has rescued more than 150 of them and six operations in eight states. your reaction to that story. >> kudos to the marshals service. they do a really good job. customs and border patrol have been doing that for decades.

i saw one of these in 1994, if you can believe it, going after kiddie porn guys and human traffickers. it is pervasive. what is going on at the border, it will be a lot worse. that is where a lot of them come from. these kids -- i can tell you what they charge for one of these children. a it is despicable and it is a huge national crisis. elizabeth: itta is an absolute disgrace. talk to us more about human trafficking and what is your reaction to whether or not the administration and, you know, individuals and congress understand the o severity of hun trafficking at the border and why you need to keep border security tight to stop this. >> yes. thank you for asking. that's the best question ever. when we have these searches and we saw before, thousands of people come to the border, that siphons away border agents and custom agents to that location.
9:59 pm
well, there is an infinite number of those people. the cartels know that if we put a buncht of people at point a, all of these custom guys will go there and then you have point c, d and e where there are no agents. all of these human trafficking's go to those locations. it is a giant diversion to bring innd human trafficking victims d drugs. by taking away security at the border, taking down the walls are not finishing the walls, all they are doing is propagating human trafficking. i don't't think they get that ad if they did there just disregarding it. the border patrol people can give great briefings on this. they have given them to me. it is disgusting and disgraceful that our country would even think about reducing security when you have illegals coming in and there are illegals.
10:00 pm
also -- more importantly trafficking. elizabeth: danny coulson. thank you for your insight and service to our country. come back again soon. >> thank you. elizabeth:ng i am elizabeth macdonald. you have been watching "the evening edit." that does it for us. we hope you join us again tomorrow evening. ♪♪ lou: good evening, everybody. the mob of radical dems in full control of the senate as of today's agreement reached with senate minority leader mitch mcconnell, and that clears the way for the unconstitutional and fraudulent impeachment trial again of former president donald trump to begin with the full complicity of the rino gop leadership. in what will be the concluding episode in all likelihood of the most disgraceful political scandal in our nation's history, it's set to begin in one
