president a martyr? >> don't think it's about martyr -ism i think it's about holding the constitution. i think the conservatives preach all the time, inciting insurrection is unconstitutional on day one of your presidency. and on the last day of your presidency. and donald trump's word is pointing the protesters down pennsylvania avenue, telling them to fight for their democracy at any cost. all of this needs to be accountability around. we see that with the democrats. we even see conservative scholars think it is a procedural fig leaf that they're trying to hide behind by saying this is not constitutional. they're hiding behind free speech. kennedy: again ask you to ask thomas massie massie. weiss of the chief justice of the supreme court showing up? >> that's an excellent question for it i can't speak for him but i can speak for number constitutional scholars that are all lined up on one side of this issue. because if you can't impeach a president for inciting
