elizabeth: let's welcome back to the show retired ice acting director, tom homan it's great to have you back on the biden justice department asked the supreme court to throw out lawsuits over the term policy to get police departments to cooperate with ice when it was about to release criminal illegal aliens, is that what is going on? >> the biden administration supports sanctuary policy, the biden administration told ice there only priorities.c are thoe convicted aggregated felons like

rapists and murderers but two weeks later they support sanctuary cities. those rapists and those offenders are going to walk out of the century jails because the biden administration hasn't done anything to change them they can great the policies and priorities that they want rapists, offenders, gang members walked out of jails every day and they will keep walking out of them because joe biden's administration shut down. elizabeth: what's the rationale behind this what is the biden ia a administration rationale from. >> the rationale has been we have to have a century city because we want immigrants to be free to report crimes and victimss of victims of crime should not be afraid to come forward, ice wants access to the jail and the bad guy they don't want to talk to the victim or the witness they want access who committed a serious offense and not protecting immigrants because when ice can't arrest the bad guy in the jail they had to go to the community and find them where they willlmu find ots

so put the community at greater risk because you re-release the public safety threat back into the community he will reoffend the community the immigrant community you will put them at greater risk and we see thems victims and women's when the public safety threat reach back into the community it is a lie this is a century city, a century for criminals not for law-abiding taxpayers or the immigrant community. elizabeth: the last fiscal year in 219,123,000 criminal illegal aliens with convictions or pending charges were arrested that year, the thing is president obama's administration like the trump administration sought to withhold federal grants from local government that refused to cooperate with ice, this is a bipartisan issue why is all of a sudden not recognizing that. >> i am shocked i'm shocked at the fact that the crime rate is

rising as a tri-cities and it seems like the politicians do not care, rikers island new york the scene of the most terrorist event that happened in this country, ice was kicked out, gang members and offenders walk at a rocker silent on the streets of new york every day let me give you one example, montgomery recovery maryland they had 11 rates within a couple months. all committed by people here illegally ten of the 11 victims were immigrants, someone explain to me how a century policy protects the immigrant community it does not it protects criminals ice should be able to arrest someone only in the country illegally but committed a serious offense they need to be arrested, detained or move from the country, they gave up their right to be here when they did such a nice things. elizabeth: obama, hillary lo pelosi, theyr, all said illegal immigrants shouldn'tul be here, pelosi said we don't want anymore coming,

now people who listen to what do you say on the hard left or in the media, certain individuals in the media, they're going to say this is racist to talk like this but whatay you're saying, e first victims are the immigrant community and minority community themselves, is that what you're saying. >> absolutely that's what i'm saying, i've been called a racist and last time i testified at a couple congresswomen, if you know what i'm a racist for enforcing immigration law was set make you, you broke the law, ice isn't making this up, ice is enforcing the law thates congres enacted to me that makes sense there's nothing racist about this if you look at the ice data from last year 91% of everybody ice arrested was a convicted criminal a pending criminal charges that is good prioritization but the biden administration convinces that's not good enough we will take 90%
