the fbi investigation doj going on as a pattern of abuse of this power controlling manipulating. we cannot allow him to stay in office because no doubt he will continue to do that. these investigations need to move forward but with him in office no doubt. we have a state budget that is due and the longer he stays in office the more hefi will use federal dollars to pressure or manipulate even further. i think at this point he should not be part of that process. he should be removed so the state move forward with the important work we have to do in thesee investigations should continue without interference. elizabeth: you are saying he uses his office to bully as well. is the impeachment a serious one? >> it is serious and is the way to move forward in the way, he's

and pointing in that direction. i think that's a question that needs to be asked. elizabeth: texas is deploying troops to the southern border. >> that where this will lead because mexico is saying and joining the border states saying this is a crisis in the biden administration is quote enabling and creating a boom time for drug traffickers and migrants trying to cross-train to recruit them andeg physically and assaulting illegal immigrants. what do you say waxed >> yeah i think that's very accurate. the way the biden administration is signaled that it's okay to j make this dangerous journey from central america they are putting profits into the pockets of the cartels and they are making a very dangerous journey, very cruel and inhumane message they are sending because what they are doing at the end of the day as they are providing falsehoods, falsehoods of the ability to stay in the u.s. but

what we know as the majority of these folks are claiming asylum but they don't qualify for asylum. 90% will not qualify and at the end of the day they have to be removed from the country deported and return to their home country. that's a very difficult thing to do and i think the biden administration needs to be upfront with these individuals and tell them as such if you want to come here for economic reasons or to rejoin your family you can certainly do that but their legal pathways to doing that but of course texas is concerned. i think it's great what they are doing. it'si also historic. i don't know when the state has deployed resources on their border without the federal government being involved. usually you have to ask the state to get involved like this so i think they are concerned in the state of texas. elizabeth: chad wolf thanks for joining us for that spring to the show texas b republican congressman troy. i want to show this again. even joe biden warned in 2014

southern border it's taking an enormous toll on her border patrol and they are busy processing these individuals. it gives them an opportunity to go through our southern border and they are undetected. these drug traffickers these human traffickers just love this. as a matter fact they'd like to see this for days and weeks and months itus has the president ad if you're watching your aiding and abetting this criminal activity and you ought to be ashamed of yourself. a former county sheriff local county and state law enforcement will have to clean it up. we have to clean up the mess mentioned earlier the governor abbott has sent the department of public safety to the border to augment border patrol because they need a system. the sad part about that is it's the texas taxpayer that's paying for that. and i believe governor abbott ought to send the bill to nancy pelosi and she said paycheck to

governor justice. it's great to have you on. we are wondering about the biden administration. five democratic governors forcing nursing homes to stop t. we look at the number nearly a quarter of nursing home deaths happened in four of those democratic run states so where's the probe? >> thanks for having me back. i can tell you this, a lot of mistakes made. we all see that and a lot of real t sadness. ian watched janice dean all the time on the fox network and i see a lady that is so happy and everything but yet so sad about whato has happened. the biggest problem that i see is not only did they put people back into nursing homes in the general population they made incredible mistakes. but thenen they tried to hide

things and cover things up and try to keep things the way from the people and everything. now they are the things that happen and you have to ownve upo it and stand up and stay transparent and everything and keep the trust of the people. elizabeth: they have pros ramping up with the governors of new york and pennsylvania and the prosecutor michigan facing potential criminal charges. how is it that any governors allowed to make executive orders to assess the health of seniors and the disabled when courts found dozens of these orders unconstitutional to 170 orders were tossed to out. how was it that they are allowed to do this around health loss? >> well lived to be perfectly honest this is a little bit out of my wheelhouse from the standpoint of executive orders. we have made executive orders here as well that from the

standpoint of those executive orders absolutely pertain directly to people's health and everything and exactly what has happened here there's no question it is deeply concerning. that's to say the very least. i keep going back to one thing and that is this, along the way none of us have had a playbook and this is tough stuff, really tough stuff and we really got after west virginia doing the rightth things first in the nate vaccination stuff and getting it out the way we did but right with that we realize what the issue was but the issue was this disease attacks the elderly first and foremost. with that you had to do any and everything you could does the governor and all the great health team i had an everything to protect the elderly. this is a catastrophe beyond belief and it's really sad. it's really sad.

elizabeth: it's really sad and it's terrible governor and the thing is we remember 9/11 here in new york and the world trade center people were told to stay in your seats, stay there and don't leave your office so people are saying what are we putting up with during this pandemic with executive orders like this and there are so many more executive orders that the governors did that people are questioning is that the right way to go? left watch governor cuomo manipulate information to cover up what was going on behind the scenes at a press conference. it's more insidious than people realize. watch this. >> we tried everything to keep it out of the nursing homes. why did the state do that with covid patients in nursing homes quick suits because the state followed president trump's cdc guidance, no numbers. whether person died in a hospital or died in a nursing
