issues, and that man's wife, her mother's caregiver. so all the people who were not you lady there met the criteria or were directly working with people including a woman in her 40s his child is on a ventilator. so those all seemed like perfectly wonderful candidates to get the vaccine. but what happened after you administered the doses? >> i administered all of the doses for these people who were very much eligible. these folks, from anyone's criteria you do not have to realize these people are high risk. these people are really going to suffer the consequences if they get the covid itself. so i administered all the vaccines i do all the paperwork, i submit them gets done i let the team know the next morning what happened, the next thing i know his eight-day leaders i get pulled in the office and said well, you have, you took a bunch of

vaccines, you stole them to gives your family and friends and would gotta let you go. it was as simple as that. kennedy: nobody knows the process they don't accept your explanation to give them the list of people they gave the vaccine to they said there was a lack of equity and they wanted you instead of administering the doses that people i listed who all needed them they wanted you to throw them away. what is the rationale there? i don't know what the rationale as it did not make sense to me otherwise i would not of donated. the rationale stated is they were not yours to give away. that was the part that did not make any sense. so given the alternative of throwing them away or not being yours to give away, i did not have a choice. this is all there was. they would rather i had throw them away, that does not make any sense from any reasonable person's perspective. kennedy: what is the hippocratic oath that you take?

>> look as a physician might first and foremost priority is the well-being of my patients. that is it. everything else is secondary. now i am an er doctor. that is where i am trained, board-certified. when i work in the er, when there is a problem with policy or issue, patient care, patient welfare always trumps all policy problems. that being said there is not a policy for left over vaccine disposal, right? that was part of the problem there wasn't any such thing. we had to make a decision at that point, i had to make a decision at that point. that is the decision i made considering i am a doctor. kennedy: they knew there were storage issues. they knew once the genie was out of the bottle you can't record the vial. so what happens with their job now? are you still looking for a job? have you found employment since questioning and others is back in december. >> as an er doc, i can work
