everybody else, nobody else could get testing at that time, this will be added to the impeachment allegations. your response to that santa barbara giving us news there. >> i think that's great but it will be added to the impeachment because i think it's not just important the new york assembly hold him accountable but n the public needs to know what cuomo has done in white republicans and democrats in new york state are unhappy with cuomo. i don't know that the story is getting out there because he's c turning his back and putting his head in and trying to ride out the storm. even joe concha earlier talking about bidens press conference, cuomo didn't come up in either. elizabeth: then we've got chris cuomo, cnn being ripped for lame defense, chris cuomo getting vip testing, ahead of everybody else, nobody else could be tested like this, even he's saying oh boy, who got this statement couldht help?

dewey. it's always great to have you back on. white house press secretary b jn sake getting blasted for claiming she did not know about a widely publicized senate report by senators ron johnson and chuck grassley on hunter biden's shady overseas business dealings when jen psaki talked about this report in december. why is she claiming she doesn't know about it? >> i really don't know and it's odd, it's a report in december now claiming you don't know about it, i can only speculate, i can say jen, sometimes a strategy used when there is a report out that there's details like the one that chairman johnson and grassley put together to try to ignore talking about it, to try to minimize it, not discuss it because you discuss it, sure he may disagree here, disagree with a legal premise here but generally if you're discussing it on a report like that, you're

taking damage so it's something i've seen quite frequently, a common public relations scheme. elizabeth: she's working for the taxpayer, she doesn't work for the president, she works for the taxpayer. that means you have to be honest and truthful in your answers as she was in december when she talked about this report. when a reporter reported, she replied, not familiar with it at all. listen to what she said. >> is a report in the senate finance security committee, it claims the former mayor and what $3.5 billion wondering if you could tell us about it so what

is it for? >> i'm not familiar with that claim, it doesn't sound like it's backed up by evidence. you have evidence or>> specific? >> see you have not asked about this? >> i'm not familiar with the report at all. elizabeth: social media related blasted this as an incompetent response because the report was based on treasury documents like suspicious activity report, companies used by hunter biden. the claim that she was not familiar with the report when she talked about it in december, it doesn't stand up. >> no. i don't think it does. hit clear and those a double issue, claiming you don't know something you've seen before and second, the notion of the evidence from the reporter asking her she would read the evidence and consistent with thhigh quality of the work, chairman johnson and chairman grassley, all they said, there was something that looked suspicious.

they didn't drop any unsound conclusions, they stated what they could prove and left the rest to for the fact-finding so they made a responsible claim as you pointed out in documents, it's disappointing there wasn't more engagement with that claim by the press secretary. elizabeth: senator ron johnson tweets back at jen psaki with a link to the report of the senate report saying we hear you didn't hear about it. here is a link to it, you can read it. this is at a weird time in the news cycle when that story has been out there for months that hunter biden got $3.5 million by the mayor, the wife of the former mayor of moscow. so when you stand up and claim ignorance about something that's been out there, isn't that a red like that something else might be going on? >> i think so because the

failure to engage with the facts, it is a common method to avoid engaging withen something you don't want to engage with. the report has, it's very floral, chairman johnson's staff did a great job, footnotes to specific documents, many ofum tm which are completely noncontroversial records and if you don't want to engage with that, that raises the question of why? elizabeth: so this indicates there's something else going on with hunter biden, if they are trying to shut down information about an incompetent way, saying you got to wonder something else is boiling beneath the surface about hunter biden. your final word. >> i think you're correct, is a common avoidance strategy to shut down a story and you have to ask questions. what is going on? what's being done? elizabeth: good to see you, come back soon.

themselves, they support theth trump administration's criticism of china crushing democracy in hong kong, intimidation coloration and the allies in the region and pushing back on the south china sea expansion. all those things they've agreed with the trump administration and also, trump revitalized so the audience knows that was an alliance beginning by george w. bush in 2007 and former alliance with united states australia, india and japan, like-minded democracy, one reason and one reason only, stability and security in the region because of titles aggressive maligned behavior. it laid dormant during theev oba administration, trump revitalized it and president biden had a meeting with them a couple of weeks ago, a virtual meeting which was a good thing to do but no credit here for pretty much going down the line

demonstrate a threat, pocket missiles, it was significant in the obama administration and the beginning of the trump administration in 2017 he was fine intercontinental ballistic missiles and the rest, we don't know if theys. could successfuly carry a nuclear weapon or not but nonetheless, it was a thought on its own testfired a nuclear weapon device obviously under the ground but the fact is, all that shut down when trump and kim what you so much. the midst of testing shut down and nuclear testing shut down. the hasn't been anything in terms of negotiations since we walked out the summit because kim was finally showing his cards and his cards were hey,
