the biden administration is saying the supremacy clause of the constitution says the federal government has the power and the authority over immigration law the states are saying you are inflicting damage to our communities and towns and under the constitution we have a right too protect ourselves, wht is your take on the constitutional fight. >> i think the states have a case to be made which is absolutely correct the federal government should enforce immigration law what they're doing today is not unforeseen of their choosing to look the other way and enforce certain laws whether at the border or the interior in cities across the country on the removal of dangerous individuals, the states have a case to say the federal government is not nmfulfilling its mission and its job to enforce border security and immigration law without prejudice, states like texas, arizona and others are challenging that and had limited success in the early days of the
