18000 fewer people employed in this report and 168,000 more people on the unemployed action of this report that's been a sticking point of getting those people off the sidelines and back on the jobs, in the report there are 9.5 million people unemployed in the same number of jobs across the u.s. economists believe it's a extra federal plus of keeping people on the sidelines and the threat from 2016 that may have helped this report deed expectations, president joe biden adding this many jobs as a direct result of his america rescue plan adding that we need to keep spending. now is the time to build a long-term foundation that we played in building and for long-term. economists agree, my plan will create good jobs, drastically strengthen our economy in the long run, we have to continue to make the investment to allow our economy to build back better in

up. i have two kids in middle school right now and i praise any parent willing to speak up and speak out at a very public school board, hearings around the country, this is a major problem when the government the federal government wants to teach her students that they are racist and they were born racist in ideology based in ideology, that is not okay and we have to support those families and the schools across the country and it really starts at thehe local level in the local school board are and should be accountable to the parents and the school, and the governors and the superintendent of education across the country but the federal government should not determine how her kids are taught. i have sponsored legislation that would not allow funding of critical race theory, con public schools, the same thing goes for military and sponsored legislation thatst would defund that from being taught in our military and president biden has reversed somebody executive

biden of administration doesn't want to be criticized for having corporations move overseas if they raise the corporate taxo rate, the trading of the world involved in the world is in a lot of debt now it seemed like a good time to get everybody talking about how they're going to pay for a record amount of debt, i think it is too soon how it comes out of the recovery and they can even pet cost and wages going up another things of corporate balance sheets and those corporate balance sheets have a record amount of debt to service, if you'd do these things too quickly, you cankl unravel this thing and have unintended consequences. brian: how much of an agreement like this matters? so the countries agree to the taxes rate, doesn't this need congressional approval what republicans put a big brick wall in the way of a move like this? >> we can agree without going through the senate let'soi be clear that 15% is not a high

fall, what does it mean when countries like ireland have tax rates lowerer than 15% that dont sign on, my biggest concern about this the deal that were making on the side to share the revenue generated of the profits that are generated by high-tech companies, 100 companies globally that we subjected to special revenue-sharing schemes which means a treasury will lose tax revenue that way and i'm also concerned once we start having big conventions to what taxes should be across the globe, we can get involved in situations why don't we add another one or 2% and then we readership is that the developing countries, we get involved with global tax agreements to tax rich companies to send it out to four companies and things of that nature, i'm very concerned that this is the camel's nose and it's a very bad idea, taxing is a sovereign prerogative and it should remain the prerogative of the united states congress.

brian: speaking of big global agreements that can get completely out of control, john kerry fighting climate change could entail a bigger economic transformation than the industrial i revolution. >> the fact is were looking at the creation of the largest market of the history and the world. , this will be a bigger economic transformation that is right there at our disposal, bigger than the industrial revolution and we will start to seize it, there are millions of jobs to be created. brian: francis, bigger doesn't necessarily mean better, you can transform the economy and waste a lot of resources, your reaction to john kerry statement? >> we don't get into the political stuff but we look at the fact the over record amount of liquidity and somehow you

have to maintain the liquidity, the problem making gigantic adjustments of this nature and if you're not watching carefully the debt plays out and what thet debt service and the interest rates and how the liquidity is moving in and out of circulation you could cut yourself off at the knees. it depends if these policies work or don't work it depends on so many things. we will have crude oil for ten years, we cannot switch that fast and also it depends on where in the business cycle you implement these policies and where the debt structure is as to how successful they are and how will you measure because now it's trillions and trillions of dollars on different orders of magnitude than the industrial revolution that you can easily call bigger, when you just for inflation in the money supply probably not going to be the case but it's a great headline. brian: john kerry and president biden love talking about the millions of jobs that would be created, they never seem to address the many millions more that would be destroyed, your

reaction to john kerry that we are going to do something bigger than the industrial revolution. >> of organ into something bigger, i gotta get my eyes fixed. one thing if you look automobiles, electric cars are going to require 40% fewer parts they're gonna be easy to assemble, consequently there will be fewer autoworkers, were gonna be using petroleum not just for ten yearsye but probaby another 30 it will decline in issues but will still need for plastic and will not get the last gasoline powered car off the road for a good 30 years and be clear working to be using petroleum for a long time and policies that stifle american petroleum development when we still need natural gas and oil to run our economy is simply sends those jobs overseas i want to know where these great jobs that he's talking about our i'm very concerned that the economy will be less efficient because

the senate constructs, the 1.2 trillion dollars includes only about 10% that is roads, bridges and highways in part to say we will purchase electric vehicles recharging facilities in rural parts of america, is that were hearing rural america say that we want electric vehicle recharging plants, that's where my tax. dollars arego going to, this pln doesn't make sense on the firsts place and republicans shouldn't be acting like democrats. on the second piece in more concerning this is the pathway to get senator cinema and mansion to support reconciliation. if they can go home to their moderateo states and say i got a bipartisan bill and now there's a few more things that we need to do under reconciliation and gives him a free pass to trillions of dollars of tax increases that are coming out reconciliation this is a scheme to win their vote and republicans get nothing for it,
