investments around the world but particular in the united states and every country has been pumping money into the system, were into a situation where people have access savings and you can see that in the property market, the property market is doing very well and there is actually a shortage of properties for sale and i think this will continue into this year end perhaps next year. maria: you are still bullish on this market, you think there is more game to come, even though this week we had many people questioning second-half growth where are you with macro environment for the second half of the year. >> we are coming out a very, very deep decline of gdp last year because of covid, the percentages will look very, very impressive, second quarter, third quarter, fourth quarter compared to last year i expect
