investments around the world but particular in the united states and every country has been pumping money into the system, were into a situation where people have access savings and you can see that in the property market, the property market is doing very well and there is actually a shortage of properties for sale and i think this will continue into this year end perhaps next year. maria: you are still bullish on this market, you think there is more game to come, even though this week we had many people questioning second-half growth where are you with macro environment for the second half of the year. >> we are coming out a very, very deep decline of gdp last year because of covid, the percentages will look very, very impressive, second quarter, third quarter, fourth quarter compared to last year i expect

the numbers to look very, very good you're looking anywhere 5 o last year and remember were talking about a real decline last year, this year will look very good in percentage terms, it won't be until next year that we get into the gdp side that we had previously. maria: mark even invested in the emerging markets for a long time, you know these markets better than most i want to get your take on where the opportunities are the last time we spoke we were talking about the worries around china's communist party and what they're doing and you said you see opportunities elsewhere in asia as india, talk to us about the china crackdown on companies trading abroad, look at what happened with jeannie global, the ccp wanted gd to postpone

the ipo and they remove the apps from many programs in china and we are also seeing american investors see those gains in chinese stocks disappear because of this major crackdown from the ccp and even u.s. regulators are warning not to invest in chinese companies trading in the u.s. because they don't follow the same accounting rules the american companies do, what is your reaction that were seen out of the cp. >> the ccp is first and foremost concerned about control, they want to make sure that they have control of the situation regardless of what area, economies, society, et cetera et cetera, when they see the chinese companies listing in the u.s. particular company that has a tremendous amount of information about the chinese economy in chinese people in the database of all these people using their hacks and china, the
