governor received. edward: these are some of the things that you mentioned five district attorney's have made inquiries into the sexual harassment allegations in this pending investigation for how the governor handled the nursino homes situation in the state resources possibly used in his book, where you see in you outline those investigations, where you see them ending up. >> i think the governor has serious criminal and civil liabilities which is part of the reason that he resigned yesterday, i think it's obvious to anyone that's been watching that there are serious legal issues that have been raised, obviously the most egregious case was the obligation that the governor groped his executive assistants when it came to the sexual harassment allegations but beyond that the nursing home scandal where he sent covid00

positive case patients into nursing homes resulting into 15000 residents dying and then covered up the true toll of the death count, i think that in my estimation was criminal and warns criminal charges against the governor and his senior staff melissa rosen who recently resigned along with the governor are goingny of them to be facing many liabilities. edward: we heard about the last-minute parts from the governor he reportedly his office saying i won't run again and therefore just let me stay eein office, do you feel like because his resignation as happened in the last-minute wheeling and dealing there is some of that this is all resigned now but let's hold off on some of those investigations or put down some of those investigations specifically into omthe nursing homes. >> that was an attempt by a sociopath to avoid any liability but the simple truth is this,
